The 42-meter apartment offers a spacious living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is distinguished by a cozy and aesthetic interior. The living area equipped with a sofa bed, TV and access to the balcony is a perfect place to rest and relax, additionally, a fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare meals. Cozy arrangement and comprehensive equipment with the necessary kitchen and bathroom accessories guarantee a comfortable stay. Parents traveling with small children will also be equipped with a cot and a baby's high chair.

The abundance of greenery and relaxing recreational areas (Zdrojowy Park 400 metres from the flat) and the proximity of the city centre make it possible for guests to fully enjoy the charms of Świnoujście. There are many retail and service outlets in the area to cater for all daily needs - the nearest grocery shop is just 300 metres from the flat and the Promenada Shopping Centre is less than 600 metres away. The Nautilius development has an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, dry and steam saunas and a relaxation zone that will allow guests to fully unwind.
