Beautifully maintained vacation home! We paint & upgrade annually. Our house is cleaned personally by us each Saturday. We take great pride in making sure that we offer our tenants an immaculate house with many extras and conveniences.

Location, Location, Location! 2 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Easy 10 minute walk to the heart of Ocean City with unique shops and wonderful restaurants. Check amenity and activity sections to see all that is available. 859 Brighton Place is a first floor unit, offering first floor convenience. Just think, no long steps to climb and an easy walk to the beach! Quiet, wide street. Very large, covered, partially shaded porch is ideal for relaxing after a day on the beach. The front porch is totally enclosed, so it's perfect place for little ones to play. Plenty of seating in the living room and dining room for eating, visiting and game nights.

859 Brighton Place sleeps 12. Our four beautifully decorated bedrooms comfortably sleeps 10. Two rooms have King beds (78"w x 75"l.) One room has a Queen bed. The fourth room has two Full (also known as Double) beds. Room for two more on the queen sleeper sofa.

We have a spacious master bathroom with a full size walk in shower. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower, two sinks and a large counter for extra convenience.

You get a lot for your money when you rent our house! We offer many extras that will make your vacation even nicer and more fun. Make your packing easy and don't jam your car full of items you don't need. Beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes and sand toys are all included. Unlike other Ocean City rentals, we provided bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and beach towels. The kitchen is fully stocked - all the usual appliances plus a Kuerig coffee maker, electric griddle, wok, salad spinner, crock pot, toaster oven, steamer and more. 859 Brighton Place has a huge selection of children & family games, toys, books and movies. The living room has a 48" Hi Def flat screenTV and blu-ray player. Each bedroom has a TV and most have a DVD and/or VCR player. We have cable throughout and premium stations (HBO, STARZ, Cinamax, SHO and Sports Entertainment Package.) Password protected secure wifi included. Beach tags are free.

Parking this close to the beach and boardwalk is always an issue. We have off street parking for three cars - more if you have smaller cars. An outside storage room is available to you and houses the beach gear and bikes for your use. The hot water outdoor shower room is located in the garage and has a locking door for privacy.

We also own the house right next door (863 Brighton Place - VRBO listing # 335219) and the house directly behind (888 4th Street - VRBO listing # 335219.) They are both also first floor four bedroom houses. This is ideal for large family groups that need multiple houses.

We rent only to families. Must be 25 to rent. No senior week/prom rentals. Please do not ask. No pets and no smoking. NOTE: WE ARE NOT AND NEVER HAVE BEEN LISTED ON CRAIG"S LIST. Call for additional info.

This was one of the cleanest and most comfortable rentals we've stayed at in OC. Beach tags, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and bath towels were a huge bonus that you don't get in other OC rentals. We loved that it was so close to the boardwalk and beach. The owner, Sue, communicated very well and quickly responded to questions. We will definitely be renting from her again.

We found the home to be as beautiful as the pictures showed and the home was described. It was very well stocked with everything we needed. It was very close to the beach and boardwalk. Everyone had a wonderful time visiting each other. The kids enjoyed the games and books. Warm apple cider donuts topped off our last day. Definitely would stay here again

Enjoyed the property. Property manager was attentive. The only thing we didn't like was having to bring our own sheets and having to wash towels before we left. It made us leave a little later then we were planning on. Cause we all showered before we left.

When my family and I arrived, we couldn't believe how great this place was. All the rooms were large, the beds were so comfortable, 2 big bathrooms, a living room couch big enough for all six of us to share. There were TVs in every room, but we all wanted to watch together on the big screen with Netflix and HBO. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need. The beautiful table seats 6. The porch was the best part with lots of seating, an awning for shade and we could see the beach just 1-1/2 blocks down the street. The porch was my happy place and I was there as much as possible. We were even treated to a big thunderstorm one evening where we all sat on the porch and got to see the whole thing. Exciting - and we were nice and dry. Then there were the beach tags, beach chairs, umbrellas and 4 bikes. You couldn't ask for more. We all just loved the place!

This rental property has an ideal location for walking to the boardwalk and was a great size for our party of 7. It was clean and the owners thought over every detail. The property is large, clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you could Possibly need for a vacation. The front porch with awnings was great and we spent much of the time there! We enjoyed the short (500ish feet) walk to the beach and boardwalk. Communication with the owner was easy. They proactively checked in to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. We will be back next time we venture to OCNJ.

Great House for vacationing with small children

The property was very clean and well maintained. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk was very convenient with small children. The porch is definitely a highlight of the house. Being fully railed it offered a sense of security with kids. There was amble seating for 10 people to eat at the table together as well as lovely wicker furniture for lounging. The owners were in great communication with us the entire time ensuring our questions were answered and we were comfortable. Brighton is a great street!

This property was spacious and comfortable with the bedrooms a few steps up from the living room and kitchen. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The location is perfect, less than a block from the beach and boardwalk. The addition of bicycles was a real benefit. We especially enjoyed sitting on the large front porch with a view of the boardwalk and neighborhood. There's even a roof-top deck for a bigger vista. Highly recommended!

We've stayed in this house before and we've always been extremely happy here. It has a great location. It's very close to the boardwalk and the beach. The house is clean and well supplied (stocked) with everything you could want. The owners called twice to check up on things during the rental. There is plenty of seating in the dining room and living room. The porch is huge and has wicker chairs and loveseats with nice comfortable cushions. There is also a large table so we ate on the porch often. The awnings are new and they make the porch perfect even when it's sunny. We spent a lot of time out there! This is the best house we've found in Ocean City. We plan to keep coming back!

This house is truly a home away from home! The owners have taken the time to provide all of the necessities for a great vacation, plus thoughtful extras such as beach chairs, iron and ironing board, and even a closet full of extra towels. Our family likes to cook, so we especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. The house is in a great location. It is a short walk to the beach and to the boardwalk amusements, and an easy drive (or reasonably walk) into town. Highly recommend this wonderful property.

This house had everything we needed for a relaxing girls weekend. Plenty of space for sleeping, relaxing and eating. We loved the big front porch to enjoy the fresh ocean air any time of day. The location was absolutely perfect: a block from the boardwalk but 2 blocks from the attractions. It was great to be able to quickly and easily get to different places on the boardwalk, but from the house we couldn’t hear any of the noise from the attractions. The owner, Sue, was also wonderful. Quick to respond when we initially made the reservation, and she also sent her contact information in case we encountered any issues during our stay. All around a wonderful experience!
