This apartment is in the world famous Carillon Hotel. The apartment has a magnificent view of the ocean and beach.

This is a large one bedroom, one bath unit with a south ocean/beach view and is on the 6th floor. Amenities include 2 4K TVs, Wi-Fi, full kitchen, and parking.

The property has three pools, restaurants, beach access with lounge chairs and umbrellas and access to the world famous Carillon Spa.

Access to the spa, gym, and fitness classes requires registration and payment of resort fees to The Carillon Hotel. The resort fees are $139.86 for the first adult and $79.86 for each additional adult per day. The registration form must be submitted four days in advance of arrival.

Overall, we made the best of our stay despite minor setbacks and inconveniences. Please see brief summary below. Pros: Location, cleanliness, hotel staff and manager provided excellent service, quality of the hotel food was excellent. Publix Supermarket and restaurants across the street! Communication with Property Manager was very good. Beach and pool well kept. Safe for kids. Cons: Experienced issues with apartment refrigerator (temperature above 40 degrees for days), cable television, radio (no power cable) and washer/dryer (clothes did not dry). Very inconvenient on rainy days and especially when traveling with kids. Inconsistency with access to beach chairs and umbrella. Please verify with HOTEL before booking. Despite what the property manager said and tipping staff every day, they did not want to provide us with chairs on the last day. Very awkward situation that needs to be addressed. Not fair when paying premium to stay on property. All we got was an apology for the aforementioned issues.

This was our 4th time renting the apt with Henry and everything was perfect, as described. I strongly recommend the apartment, location, beach and beach service. Henry is available when needed and fast to respond any doubt. Nearby, you will find Publix, Walgreens and others. I will stay here again.

The whole experience was luxury and seamless! The property itself is absolutely stunning with 5 star amenities, and incredible beach views of crystal blue waters. However, what really made this a must stay location was the host themselves. They are quick to response and so helpful! They really made sure you not just had everything you needs for a great stay, but were so helpful to make sure you had the best stay. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend anyone to book this place if it is available!

We had the best time. The condominium is exactly as described and pictured. We loved the location as it was within walking distance to pickleball courts and lots of great food. The spa was wonderful too. Hopefully we will be back soon!

The hotel is beautiful and the beach is amazing! North Beach is fun… great food and shops all around. Definitely hit the spa! Property manager was easily accessible.

The location was perfect, we really enjoyed the pool (and poolside service for food and drinks!) and beach access, and the unit had just the right amenities for a few day get away with friends at a beautiful resort! Highly recommend!

This location was great for our first trip to Miami! We definitely recommend North Miami Beach and particularly this location if you would like a quiet stay at a good value. The apartment had great amenities (especially loved the big bathroom), and the hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Loved having staff on the beach to help with chair and umbrella setup and food and drink orders! Communication with the owner was easy and efficient.

This is a nice condo within the Carillon Hotel. All the perks but at a more reasonable rate. Henry was very communicative about the check in process, and was accommodating with a slight travel/arrival change. There is a grocery store right across the street and many restaurants within walking distance. You have your choice of pools and the beach. There is a bike/pedestrian friendly multi-mile walkway as well. It was an enjoyable stay!

We had a great time during our stay. The beach is right there and there’s a great pool. You can walk to many restaurants and the Publix grocery store is right across the street. I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful week-long stay. The unit was precisely as pictured and was very comfortable. Henry, our host, was warm, quick to respond, and helpful in coordinating furniture rental delivery and pickup. There were no hiccups or blips in any part of our stay - totally smooth and easy, which is exactly what you want on a vacation!

The apartment was very nice and exactly as described. The photographs are totally accurate. The resort has a great spa, very nice pool and beach with chairs and umbrellas always available and the restaurant was very good. Henry was extremely responsive and resolved two small issues in minutes. I definitely recommend a stay at this apartment and hotel.

Great Condo. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots, coffee makers. Beds are really comfortable. Having robes was a nice touch. The location is fantastic. Publix grocery store is right across the street and lots of restaurants. The beach was incredIble. We had a great time and will be back!
