The location is great for walking to all attractions in Carlsbad. Beach is steps away from condo. The living area may need to upgrade their cooling unit but other than that no complaints at all. Bedrooms stayed cool and other amenities were very nice. Even had coffee so we did not have to purchase items to leave behind. Thank you so much for a great place.

Booked this property (unit 4) for several days to enjoy the beach and surrounding area. First imporessions were excellent- the property is easy to find, provides free covered parking, and a nicely updated interior. All the ammenities of home are here too: comfy beds, TVs in every room (with cable), excellent wifi, a nice kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal... the list goes on. Top of my list for this property is its location! Walkability is through the roof here- you're a 4 minute walk to sand, less than 10 minute walks to incredible eateries of all variety... it's really wonderful. You also have quick access to the freeway if you're wanting to hit up San Diego or another nearby beach city (La Jolla, Del Mar, Encinitas, etc.). You are provided all the beach gear you could need- 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 boogie boards, sand toys and a large beach cart to haul it all! We spent a couple days at the beach and these items came in so handy! We had an awesome setup as we spent the entire day resting and playing on the beach. Carlsbad State Beach was wonderful- clean, large beaches with lifeguard towers nearby. Friendly people, access to bathrooms, it has it all. We had AC units in both bedrooms and slept comfortably each night. Our teenage daughter absolutely loved the bed! A wonderful spot, would highly recommend! Oh yeah, there's a courtyard on site with gas grills, fire pit, tables/chairs- a great spot to hang and relax for larger groups!

We have stayed at Beach Palms many times. It is the perfect location to enjoy everything Carlsbad has to offer. Easy walking distance to restaurants & shopping. Close enough to hear the surf. Apartments are well stocked & maintained. Easy check in & friendly staff. We will definitely be back. Many thanks to Beach Palms. Carole Smith 😀

Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Condo is extremely clean and had everything we needed. Any questions we had were answered right away. Can’t say enough. My only complaint is that my pants no longer fit from all of the great restaurants and bars nearby!

So glad we stayed at #4 in this building, great views of the ocean and great amenities. Very comfy rooms and beds, which we appreciated traveling all the way across the country! The interior courtyard was very nice and quiet, only accessible to those staying in the building, and that's where you'll also find the recycling bins and laundry (which has its own detergent, not coin-operated which was nice). The outdoor shower and garbage dumpster are outside the front of the building, and the beach supplies are at each parking spot. Very convenient location to walk to the beach and shops in Carlsbad, and the Coaster stop isn't too far off either. So glad we found this listing, we'd highly recommend!

We stayed in Carlsbad for its ease of access to the San Diego and LA areas. Ventured to both cities throughout our entire 7 day stay, and this condo was in a perfect location to access the beach on our down days, and both major cities via the I-5 interstate when we had plans, which was only 2 miles from the condo. We had a wonderful time staying at the Beach Palms condo, however, I will mention that there is NO Central Air Conditioning. Only 2 window/wall units in the bedrooms (we stayed in UNIT #4). Also, I did not realize there was a washer/dryer for entire complex until after our trip was finished. Communication via text took 24 hours to receive a reply. I also left a voicemail on the "answering machine" and never heard back to let us know updates.

The condo had everything we needed and located across the street from the beach, perfect! A/C in the bedrooms, cable TV in both bedrooms nice touch. Bathroom provided an additional lighted makeup mirror, thank you. The parking was narrow so be aware if you're in a larger vehicle but other wise it's a great place & we'd book it again.

Everything from our check in to check out was perfection! The place was immaculate And very spacious Really used one bedroom which was extremely comfortable and soft. The parking was in the back, which made us feel very safe leaving our car there for so many days. The use of the wagon, umbrella, and chairs made it very easy to enjoy the beach. The rental came with all the necessary cooking utensils to cook meals and have coffee at the kitchen table while looking into the ocean. You do have to cross Carlsbad Boulevard to get to the beach, however, it takes about 8 minutes to get all the way to the beach. You are also a couple blocks away from Carlsbad village which is an extremely nice walk. This is the perfect place to stay and we will be coming back!

Convenient beach supplies -umbrellas, chairs, sand toys and a big sturdy cart to haul everything! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Safe and clean area. Friendly cleaning staff. Had a blast with the family. Definitely coming back!

Lily was a great host. Nothing was truly needed but when I had a question she was super quick to respond! The place is lovely and well equipped. Great restaurants super close by. Walk across the street and enjoy beautiful beach! Definitely recommend this property and we will be visiting again! Already miss the stay :) Evelyn
