Beautiful home with large deck on the Roaring Fork River. Minutes from down town GWS. Soak in the famous Glenwood Hot springs pool, Iron Mtn Hot Springs & Tram.
We offer private massages here at our house at $1 one dollar a minute. If you are interested please let us know when you book and we can provide the contact number of the masseuse. This person has several years experience working at a local spa and a chiropractic office here in Glenwood Springs.
45 minutes from Aspen/Snowmass, 20 minutes to Ski Sunlight. 2.5 hrs from Denver/DIA airport, 1.5 hrs from Grand Jct Airport, 45 minn to Eagle/Vail airport. Walk out the door to fish the Gold Medal Roaring Fork river, hike trails or bike the paved Rio Grande trail system that can lead you from Glenwood Springs to Aspen & back. We are also located within walking distance of the RFTA bus system that provides service from Glenwood Springs to Aspen. Furnished kitchen, WIFI Internet and cable TV. No parties or un-authorized over night guests. NO SMOKING of any kind inside home. We have outside security cameras. This helps us to monitor the weather, especially the snow in the winter months. The house was nice, really comfortable beds. The negative was the parking space that we had to back down into every day. The area was nice with a nice walking path. We played golf and it was easy to drive to several places. Would consider staying again.

We (three adults) enjoyed our stay at this rental. The living area and the terrace are nice and large, and the location is close to downtown. The master bedroom is also large, the other two less so but still comfortable. The parking arrangements are somewhat interesting, with guests having to back down a relatively steep driveway.

Four of us enjoyed a fantastic week in Glenwood Springs, enhanced by our stay here. The location cannot be beaten for a 'drive out' vacation, with easy access to Aspen, Breckenridge, Vail, and surrounding areas. Coming back to this relaxing home with its serene riverside decks was the perfect way to spend our downtime! The hosts are super responsive and accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would happily stay here on our next trip!

The only thing that I was unhappy about was that the guest bathroom shower knob was broken. Everything else about the home was perfect. Very beautiful and great view of the river and mountains! I will definitely stay again.

The property had a beautiful view. Fully stocked kitchen and a relaxing soaking tub. Not a lot of places for dogs to do their business but we took them on walks and found an area.

We loved this place and can't wait to go back. It's in a great location. It's close to everything. It was so nice to sit on the deck and enjoy the river. They have WiFi and Xfinity TV which is easy to use. So many places we stay you need a college degree to figure out how to use the TV.

The house was in a good location with views overlooking the river. I wish the weather had been warmer so we could enjoy the deck more. Everything was clean and well stocked with the necessities to make our visit comfortable. Backing down the steep driveway into the parking spot might be a challenge for some drivers who are less confident in their driving skills especially if it is icy. The owners were responsive when we had a question. Our only minor complaint is that the hot water heater only seemed to have enough capacity to fill the big soaker tub halfway, preventing full enjoyment of soaking in the tub after a day of adventures.

We only stayed for one night, but this house was still the perfect getaway. The location is great and the home is very cozy and quiet. There were several board games available, including some unique games we hadn’t seen before. We would love to come back in the summer to sit on the deck by the river.

Met up with friends from back home. 10 min from glenwood caverns adventure park, 10 min from Iron mountain hot springs, 1 hr from Rifle falls state park. Great view!!! Loved how accommodating they are with having a pet.

We loved our stay here, though it was too short. Lovely location by the river, quiet, and close to town. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed sitting out on the decks. Would stay here again if we’re in this area.

We loved our stay in Glenwood at the Glenwood Springs house! The deck was fantastic, and we enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the river. River trail right nearby was fantastic for walks. Bus stop was a short walk and easy to get around town. I would highly recommend this property and we will plan to come back!

While you're not within walking distance of Glenwood Springs attractions, it's a lovely spot on the Roaring Fork River and quite beautiful. There's a walking path nearby along the river. And there are lots of things to do in Glenwood and the surrounding area. The place is quiet and roomy, the kitchen is well stocked although you may find yourself searching through every cupboard till you find what you're looking for. The bedding was clean and fairly comfortable. We definitely recommend this place.

The property had 3 bedrooms, two baths, and plenty of space for our family of 5. It had an upper and lower deck and great views of the river. The owner was very helpful and understanding. It was an older property that was well maintained.
