The room was spacious, comfortable with all facilities fantastic. Dan was amazing and this hotel was one of the best I've stayed in.
Nothing

This hotel is a budget hotel. The staff was friendly. The rooms were adequate. I had a good night sleep. The mattresses were very comfortable. The owner changed my room straight away to a larger single which I appreciated.
This is a budget hotel and it was good value for money. Even though the property was dated.

The location was good.

La calefacción enchufada y los sobres de café y leche. También, el chico de recepción nos explicó todo muy bien.
A la habitación le faltaban perchas para dejar las chaquetas y la zona de la cocina sobre todo el microondas estaba sucísimo.

Location was not ideal for two female travellers, neither the accommodation. Very strange smell and unclean bathrooms

It suited the purpose of our visit!
Not warned of glass mirror front wardrobe unsecured from its wall fixings, and fell on us on opening the door!
Thankfully neither of us badly injured!
One bathroom had partial lack of running water! Both bathroom & shower room required some serious attention to décor & cleanliness.

I couldn’t stay there.
It’s not a hotel. It’s a dirty smelly guest house that resembles a crack house. There wasn’t even a key for the room he wanted me to stay in
2.7
Only the location and the bed.
The reception and staff were no where to be found when they were needed. There is no hot water in one of the bathrooms. The kitchen lacks some basic utensils, like spoon, fork and plates in it. It has just 2 plastic cups. The bathroom only gets cleaned once a day and quite poorly. The back yard through which you pass through to the back door is filthy with green algae and liters. It was a horrible experience.

Value for money ,excellent location, and good privacy’s
House keeping can improve a bit more ,especially the shared bathroom

Nothing, the facilities and administration were terrible and not as advertised
The facility's were terrible and we had two drunk guests barge into our room at 00:35am waking us up, demanding that this was their room. We were double booked

The place was clean inside with plenty of different shared bathrooms. For a low budget hotel, it was exactly as you'd expect.
The area was one of the worst I've been to in Manchester and I didn't feel safe leaving the hotel in the evening

great value for money and great host

I liked the fact that it was even better than I thought it would’ve been. They need to update their pictures of the rooms on their website because that would probably put people off staying there but if I have the new pictures they would probably know they would have more business.
I wasn’t anything I didn’t like it was actually very pleasant

Nothing
Very rude and aggressive staff. Extremely dirty environment. This is not a hotel but a dump.

Nothing.
Everything.

bed and pillows were extremely comfy
customers entrance under the metal stair case full of rubbish and sights of rubbish around the side of building. not exactly pretty to look at. plug sockets not near the kettle in the room so had to use the floor. bathrooms tired but usable

The staff manning the facility is very rude

This hotel gives such a lovely homely feel, as 2 young girls who stayed we felt safe and comfortable. The hotel is perfectly clean and wel kept and the staff are lovely and friendly - Sophie and Courtney

Eventhough I booked a room for me and my partner. Dan who worked there didn’t mind 2 friends staying. He was very understanding and showed us around. A great welkom for sure!

Absolutely nothing.
Me and my girlfriend only booked Gorton Mount Hotel as a last minute source of accommodation for a Venue which was scheduled at the Manchester Academy on Saturday 26th Nov.
We arrived at the Hotel at around 1:45pm and our check-in was at 2pm. We waited at the corner of the hotel and noticed a rather grimey/suspicious hooded man staring at my parter at the corner of the street with three phones. He appeared to be a dealer of some sort so we went closer to the hotel as we felt uncomfortable. He then approached us and said he was the hotel manager. He then let us into the the hotel and seemed very aggressive and not welcoming at all. The hotel was more like a series of neglected studio-flats. The entrance was blocked by bicycles and clutter. He showed us around the hotel as if we contestants on the Crystal Maze. Apologised for the filth smeared all over the rooms and told us that if we wanted to clean our teeth just to use the bath and that if we wanted to use the shower then to use the one over the hall cos it's less "dirty". He said that he uses that one some times himself .....
He then took us too our rooms quickly due to there being a other couple waiting to check in. He rushed us into our room "number 10" and told us that that the cleaner hasn't turned up and he was furious, swearing and blinding he informed us that the housekeeper might have been on drugs the night before and didn't come in today because she's In some sort of trouble, like that's our problem?? He Then showed us too our room as told us that somebody had been living in there for a few days!! And that we need to open the window to air the room out. The room was more than a health hazard. There was human hair on the bed, pubic hair trimmings and nail trimmings on the table and carpet. The bin was full and on the table with cup stains and the carpet was stained and filthy... the room smelt of urine and alcohol.

The rooms were clean
There was nothing wrong
