Resting high overlooking the lake, Bridgewater Bay Get-a-Way offers beautiful views both day and night of Smith Mountain Lake. Whether your visit entails getting away and resting or you are looking for fun, SML offers it all. Enjoy a day boating on the lake fishing or exploring the coves and eat at one of the many lake front eating places or hang back and enjoy the pool. Enjoy beauty and comfort in this spacious condo/villa. The fully appointed kitchen allows guests to prepare meals and the Traeger Grill on the back deck allows for amazing grilling. The back deck provides a view of the lake and community dock. The deck is a perfect place to end the evening watching the grand sunsets, the deer eating and the ducks crossing the lake. The property has two master bedrooms (1 King and 1 Queen) with spacious bathrooms (1 with jetted tub) and two smaller bedrooms (1 Full and 1 Queen) with a nearby bathroom. There is a full size pull out sofa, a twin size pull out sofa and a full size bean bag convertible to a mattress. Two other toddler/child sleeping options available. The basement has a pool table, ping pong table, centipede video game, games and a popcorn machine. The downstairs patio has a fire pit and outdoor furniture. The unit also comes with several child sized kayaks and two adult kayaks. Children's life vests available. Corn hole, community pool and hot tub, walking paths and tennis courts. This is an absolute wonderful place to stay!! We’ve been coming as a family to SML for over 30 years. This is one of the best places we have ever booked. Celeste was very responsive and so easy to work with. We had no issues at the house. Linens all included was a huge bonus and kitchen is well stocked. Wonderful neighborhood. Plenty to do inside the house with games, ping pong and centipede game. We had a blast despite our rainy week. If you are considering booking this , don’t hesitate. You will not be disappointed!

Our only "issue" (which really wasn't) was our failure to realize there wouldn't be a separate bedroom for each adult that came, though there were plenty of bedding options. Otherwise, it's a lovely place in a very nice setting.

The location is fantastic, with a great dock for fishing and a splendid view. I can't say enough about the amenities. It had everything you could possibly want. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy a great vacation. The owner was very helpful in answering questions and providing useful recommendations and tips. One of our best trips ever. Well worth the 5 hour drive!!!

Celeste was so easy to work with and the house was amazing. It was a great mini retreat for my family that included seniors, adults and kids all having a wonderful stay! The house was very well equipped and located close to many amenities. Highly recommend.

The house exceeded expectations; it is every bit as good as represented online, perhaps better. It was remarkably well equipped, from Qtips to kayaks. The view from the balcony is lovely in the daytime, sometimes spectacular at sunset. Good restaurants, a couple of large supermarkets, and boat rental agencies are close by. Our host Celeste responded to all questions promptly and provided clear instructions about the features and policies of the house. I recommend it enthusiastically.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we are thinking about doing this every year instead of the beach! So relaxing and the property was perfect for our group. The owner had great communication with me and was such a joy to work with. Unit was perfect location, well stocked with absolutely anything you could possibly need. Would definitely recommend this anyone.

best unit in whole complex and very reasonable prices.
its close to everything by water or land and its awsome to be able to walk down the hill and get into your boat. the pool hours are the longest anywhere. 8am till 11pm. on top of everything else the owner is so pleasent and easy to work with and is always available for whatever you need.

Great stay
Stayed with wife and three kids on a three night trip to SML in July 2019. The place is great for families -- clean with plenty of beds for a 2br condo (a king, a bunk with a twin and a full, and a daybed). Owner is terrific -- went out of her way to help us on a couple of occasions. Huge couch can accommodate everyone for movie night. The one thing I'd change is the bring-your-own-linens thing...I'd have happily paid more to not have to worry about bringing sheets or towels, but that's not really a problem, just a preference. Recommend, and would stay again!

We brought our parents to SML for the first time. Our whole family had a wonderful time. Beautiful home
We had an amazing time at this property. The views were beautiful, the home was spacious, and the decor was gorgeous. Celeste was a wonderful host, and we enjoyed the kayaks that were rented through her. This was a beautiful vacation spot and we were glad to have spent our trip in this gorgeous home.

Amazing weekend at the Lake!
I simply can't give enough stars for this rental. The views to the lake are stunning. The proximity of the condo is in a quiet location. The unit is big enough to stretch out in with your family. We don't mind bringing in our own sheets, towels, and such because we are pretty self-sufficient renters. We used the boat ramp and enjoyed the easy access to the lake. We also used the kitchen to its maximum capacity. All utensils, cookware, and dishes were broad in selection. There was even some cooking oil available that we forgot to bring. There are books, puzzles, and games that our 8-year old discovered quickly. Our family will be renting in this location again in the future! In actuality, we may never rent elsewhere on the lake again...it was that memorable and special.

Wonderful condo right on the lake!
This was an amazing stay. There was plenty of room for all my guests. Parking was easy for all of us. The best part is waking up to the lake right outside the window. Who could ask for more. Celeste was always in contact if ever we needed anything. It's also located about 10 minutes from the state park if you want to do some hiking, and close to many restaurants. I would suggest staying here all the time.

Everything was wonderful! Only complaint I have is the drain to the bath tub did not work and I could not enjoy a bath. But I got in touch with the owner and she was super sweet! We will be going back for sure!!!!💖

Beautiful Location; Wonderful Accomodations
My family and I booked this rental as a last minute whim kind of vacation. We took a chance and started looking at lakes. We were very fortunate to find this listing. It is a relatively large corner condo unit. There are two bedrooms. The master has a queen/king size bed and the other has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the lower level and a twin up top. There is also a small loft with a twin size trundle bed and was the perfect space for my two daughters. There are cable-connected TV's in every bedrooms and the living room. We were able to cook meals without needing anything. The condo was very clean and well furnished. All appliances worked and nothing seems to be needing repair. The condo well maintained and cared for. It didn't feel like "just another rental". Our small dog loved being able to join the family on vacation this year.
Now for the sights. This is a corner unit with lots of windows. You could easily see the sunset every night. The condo sits on a quiet cove, in a no wake zone. There is a dock at the bottom of the hill. This dock is not owned by the condo association, but instead is owned by Parkway Marina which is about 1/2 mile down the road. With their permission you could park your boat there, fish, or on/off load a rental boat.
I can't express how beautiful this lake is. It was truly a pleasure to sit out on the deck and enjoy the morning calm before venturing out for a day on the lake. There was plenty of wildlife to see and the State Park is just down the road if you want a beach, playground, boat launch, or hiking trails. We rented a boat for one day from Parkway Marina and that was the highlight of the trip.
There were a few minor annoyances, if you could even call them that. The full-time residents don't really care for the renters. The really just ignore you, but the small comments at the pool or the side-bar conversations gave me the feeling they really didn't appreciate us being there. I also noticed that there are a lot of rules posted and I love rules, but I got the feeling they were only there for the rental folks, as the full-timers didn't really follow them. An example would be pets in the pool area. There is no WiFi, but that's clearly stated, so we understood and adjusted. The owner was wonderful. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a terrific stay. I would highly recommend this condo and will definitely be looking to stay here again.

This was a perfect place for a weekend getaway with the girls. Beautiful views and a very clean condo. Nice and private location not too far from popular places at the lake. We rented a boat from parkway marina which is located right down the road. This was a wonderful experience. Very pleasant owner. We hope to return soon.

This condo was just perfect for our intimate wedding location and reception! The view of the lake from the condo was breathtaking. It was very spacious and tastefully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen. The master bedroom decor is a dream! Owner was extremely helpful in planning the location of the wedding and was accomodating on the check-in time on the day of the wedding. Definitely want to return for a relaxing weekend at Belview Bay Get-a-Way at SML!

We found the condo was excellent. It was well decorated as well as well kept. We had a wonderful time just sitting on the deck. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle but yet close enough to stores and restaurants. I was even nice to have the owner to call and see if everything was to our liking. Thanks again for a wonderful place to stay.

The condo exceeded our expectations. We had five adults and two small dogs. The condo is nicer than the pictures, it is very clean and well maintained. Beds were decent, the furniture was mostly new and comfortable.The owner was amazingly responsive and pleasantly helpful to questions or problems. This was our first stay at Smith Mountain Lake.The lake is beautiful and my grown kids and friends had a wonderful time on their jet ski's. Having a marina (Sportsman Marina) right next door was a major plus with since we brought two jet ski's. The Marina owner was nice and very helpful. The neighbors or other renters in the complex were very friendly.
Both the condo weekly rate and marina fee's were very reasonable for quality accommodations.
Should we visit SML again in the future we would like to rent this condo again.

This condo was not only beautiful with great views, but comfortable, clean and quiet. We practically had the pool to ourselves during the entire stay. Celeste was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone venturing to SML.

My husband, mother-in-law, and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. It was exactly as the photos depicted and even better when we could admire some of the neat details up close (we loved the barstool faces!). The views were out of this world and we enjoyed walking around the area and having our morning coffee on the balcony. We decided on a last minute visit and Celeste was very detailed with her instructions which made our check-in/check-out go smoothly. On our way home, we drove around the state park which was 5 minutes down the road maybe less. We would all stay here again when available!

What a wonderful condo. Views were awesome. Everything is decorated beautifully, had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the pool which we were the only one's that used it the 3 days we were there, so it was like a private pool. We also liked the Kings Point plub which was close by. SML park was also really close and we really liked that as well. We took a pontoon out one day and had a lot of fun tubing. Met a couple ladies that live in the condo's and talked for awhile, they were very sweet. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Would definetly recommend this place for a rental. Accomodated the 6 of us perfectly and very reasonably priced. Celeste was very helpful in answering all my questions and timely in her responses. Hope to return and will definetly rent this place again!

My wife and I stayed here for Liberty University commencement. This was the perfect place and the owner was very accommodating! If you want a place that's relaxing, beautiful, and convenient then this is the place for you! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Lynchburg area.

My husband, daughter, and I spent an entire week in this beautiful condo. We spent time out on the lake, hung out at the gorgeous pool and gazebo, and spent our evenings on the deck watching the best view of the sunset on the lake. R11, the tiki bar down at the marina, served up some amazing mahi with very friendly service. The condo amenities were great--such a lovely and relaxing place to spend part of the summer at! We will definitely be back!

I had a very short notice that I would be able to take a vacation from our very demanding schedule at work. My husband and I have been coming to SML for over 25 years and wanted to have a small vacation with our two small grandsons who live with us full time. In addition, our 26th wedding anniversary was on the same day that we would be able to come to the lake. We contacted numerous realty groups and private owners to see if we could get a good deal on short notice and less than a week's stay. No one was willing to go much out of the way to help us with affordable accomodations. After hours of research and emails on line I came across this rental and contacted Celeste. What a blessing she was. She was absoutely wonderful, patient, and addressed every question and concern we had. We have stayed at Belview Bay Condos at least 15 times and always on the bottom floor due to pricing. Celeste help us make quick arrangements and we were prepared for small quarters and was okay with that given the short notice and pricing. Was we surprised. The condo was absolutely lovely and spacious. The layout and view are worth far more than what you have to pay. The rooms are spacious and everything you need is there and in excellent condition. We were so thrilled when we walked in and the three days flew by way too fast. The only thing that would have made it any better was if we could have stayed longer. We have stayed in other rental homes in addition to staying at Belview and this is by far the best deal on the lake!! Thank you Celeste for all that you did and for going out of your way to help us even with the pool lock. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back many more times!!!

My husband and I spent several days at Smith Mountain Lake in this beautiful condo, and we can't wait to go back again for another visit. The views from this corner unit are unbelievable, and the condo itself is very nicely appointed and comfortable.
