Stunning beaches less than 3 minutes walk, 15 minutes to Dunsborough town centre with the renowned cafes, pubs, bars, restaurants and boutiques.

This comfortable and easy care rammed earth home on a leafy corner block in Old Dunsborough awaits you for your perfect family holiday, romantic getaway, or just to take some 'me time' to rest and rejuvenate.
Sit on the verandah with your coffee / sundowner gazing at the mature trees and birdlife or stroll to your verge to see the sea.This property has the real holiday house feel!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lalapanzi. Our family stay included 3 adults, 2 kids and 1 dog. We spent the easter long weekend in this beautiful property, the kids absolutely loved the loft bedroom and the beautiful garden. A great location to walk or drive into Dunsborough town centre and the local beach. The host was so easy to contact and answered all questions quick and efficiently. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again.

Was a great property had everything you need in the home. Lovely outside area to relax in. Ample room for the 7 of us. Had a great time. About 25 min walk to town but was a nice stroll. Very close to beach and the dogs loved walking there in the mornings. Will definitely be back.

Communication with the owner was over and above. Small yard but big enough for the two dogs. Easy access to the beach (short walk). Hard to find a property with access for someone limited mobility but this ticked the boxes including the bathroom. Thank you 5 stars

The house is well maintained with great facilities included and in a good location. Inside and outside spaces are great. While it fronts a road that is busy during the day, with the house closed up the noise is minimal and traffic subsides considerably after hours. The yard is ideal for a dog with good fencing and plenty of room.

A lovely, cosy house close to the beach. The host really went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. Quality finishes throughout, spotlessly clean and a gorgeous fenced back yard for children and pets. We loved it.

Fantastic stay, great hosts and better than we expected. The house is a generous size and our kids loved it; Bonus we could take our doggy on his first weekend away. We were in Dunsborough for event hosted across the road and it was super convenient. The road was busy during the day but that was expected, especially this weekend.

Nice holiday house garden very good for dogs ... the outside setting and barbecue could do with a revamp .... unfortunately it's on a very busy corner traffic noise was at times horrendous... it's very close to a beautiful netted beach .... We did enjoy our stay ... it's very clean inside and has some nice touches .

The property is well situated in Old Dunsborough, well presented and comfortable. Very secure back garden for our dogs. The owners were helpful and obliging. Lovely we will use the property again 😊

Perfect family escape

Lalapanzi was well equipped for a family including tweens. Very functional, comfortable beds, clean and would be great at any time of year. The location is perfect, 5mins to beach. Easy walk to town or 3mins in car. Best for us was that our pooch was welcome and the location is really well fenced for a pet. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice house with everything as described and only a 5 min walk to beach in old dunsborough and a 20 min beachside walk to main part of town. Everything we needed was in the house with large bedrooms, big bathrooms and good sized kitchen, a good deck n relaxing entertainment area. From 1st enquiry through to check out the hosts were great and very accomodating - we all really loved our stay

We had a great stay, the house is perfectly located close to the boat ramp and not too far to walk, bike or scoot to town. House is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Owner was lovely to deal with. Thank you.

Had a great week at Lalapanzi - (lovely and secure) yard so we could take our fur baby on his first family holiday! Noise from Gifford Road a bit annoying, but proximity to our favourite beach in the world more than made up for it.

Lovely house and furnishings. Only qualms are it's on the corner of a main road and the backyard faces that road so it's not quite.Also had sponges and coffee pods missing. Tv remote also missing, and apple tv remote not working properly. However manager was prompt in trying to resolve the issues for us. Second queen bed was also a little uncomfortable but told main bedroom mattress very comfy. Pillows very comfy. Over all enjoyed the stay. Nice and close to the beach and low tide for kiddies and dogs. Thanks for letting us come.

This property is lovely and very well kept and a friendly space. It's perfect for pets. It is in the best location - only a few minutes walk to Old Dunsborough and the best sunset colours ever. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Enjoyed our stay here. Great spot close to beach. Fireplace was lovely in the evenings and house was clean and had lots of pantry items. Only issues - towels were clean but quite stained, and given we’d had to pay extra for linen and towels this was a bit disappointing. There was also a lot of noise coming from neighbours on the Saturday night! Didn’t quieten down til 22:30. Kids were a bit unsettled by it.

A lovely cosy, comfortable house to stay in winter with a fire or air-conditioning to use. The outside garden would be great in the summer time with its shady peppermint trees and lawns. Very safe enclosed yard for children and dogs. Beach is a short walk away and its a nice walk along the foreshore into the main centre of Dunsborough. The house has everything you need - only suggestion is perhaps a DVD player in the living room as the other one was upstairs in the children's room. Winter or summer, Dunsborough has it all and Lalapanzi is the place to stay!

We loved staying at Lalapanzi, it was all we needed and we really love the position. Its so close to the beach and all that Dunsborough has to offer. We loved it so much we have booked it again for 2 weeks at xmas.

We had a lovely weekend at Lalapanzi and are keen to return. The house was homely, relaxing and convenient only being a short stroll to the beach. The kids loved being upstairs and having their own TV! Kristen was a very accommodating and friendly host. Highly recommended.

We love this holiday house and stay every year. Will be part of my childrens’ memories of the natural beauty of the south-west. We must have seen a dozen whales if not more on our beach walks. Who can beat that!

Perfect location and relaxing home for a family catch up. Shady peppermint tree surrounds and short stroll to beach. We did the initial bit of the Meelup track which you can access from the beachfront with a pram until we could go no further at Curtis Bay. A short drive to Meelup Beach is a must.

I really enjoyed my stay. The dogs and I went for lots of walk and relaxed. The rammed earth walls give the home a lovely feel. Plenty of utensils for the stay.

Perfect family holiday!

Perfect family holiday!

The house had everything needed to accommodate guests from 9 months to almost 70 years! Perfect location for the beach and the town - easy access to other beautiful beaches and wineries. Great garden for an Easter egg hunt :-) Thank you for providing such high quality baby equipment and toys. Would definitely recommend for a family holiday - hope to stay again sometime!
