Everything was pretty much perfect and as listed in description. House was stocked well in kitchen, beach wagons were helpful getting our gear to the beach, and the bikes were so much fun! Our biggest problem was mosquitoes! The area of the house was beautiful with a short walk to the beach but the mosquitoes were terrible! Not sure if it’s always that way but otherwise everything was terrific!

Property manager was super helpful! At the last minute, they had to locate a comparable house with pool for our family. The new place was perfect!!

The house is really charming and is in the best location but we had an issues with the beds, which the property manager quickly accommodated (extra padding - beds were like sleeping on cement) and the pool didn’t work right all week. We had to ask for extra chlorine and for someone to check why it wasn’t filtering so inevitable it was rendered unusable by the end. Otherwise great stay!

Overall we enjoyed our trip. The location of the property was great for our family, easy to come and go from the beach. The layout of the house was easy for a larger group. The house could have been cleaner overall. Hair on the floors when we checked in, had to clean refrigerator and mildew in the master bath. The lower level rec area had an old ping pong table with broken paddles. We were surprised that there was an elevator with instructions to call the mgmt co if problems with operation but upon calling said was told not available for use unless we had a handicapped guest and had prior authorization. It was not on the listing though. The outdoor shower head was rusted off when we tried to use but there was a footwash that was helpful when returning from the beach. It was pet friendly for a fee which was important to our family. We were able to walk the pup on the beach and the walking/ bike path across the street.

This is a great house in a quiet neighborhood right off the ocean. Perfect for a family get-away if looking for a nearly private beach experience.

We had an amazing stay on Juniper Lane gathering to celebrate a milestone birthday. Our family loved the close proximity to the uncrowded beach, the pool area with ping pong, and the large living/dining space. The bikes were an added bonus! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!!

Property was perfect for our extended family. Close to beach and other amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was very nice and worked out overall well for our family. Few drawbacks: kitchen was not as well stocked for a place advertising for 14 guests. Silverware, serving bowls few things to mention that come to mind. Dryer works but not efficiently. Spa heat option should be confirmed with guest when booking property. Understand pool heat was additional but thought of "spa" as a hot tub and thought it was included. May think about including it for future rentals? Property management did answer questions timely with only one time calling during business hours and they closed at 4 instead of 5 stated hours. Overall positive experience.

Great dog friendly house near the beach. We took a shaded path out the back door straight to the beach. It was also a nice place to walk the dogs away from any streets and traffic. Enjoyed the pool, ping pong, and the bikes. Loved the area the house is in.

We had 2 families with adult kids (13 total) share the property. The house was very comfortable for us all and the location was perfect.

Family vacation
We had a great experience at this property. The house was large, clean, and well equipped. The location was great - a short walk down a sandy path to the beach. The area of the beach was also much less crowded than other areas of Hilton Head. We enjoyed using the bikes and the pool. The property management company was very responsive to requests for sheets, propane, and an additional pool cleaning. We would recommend this house to groups looking for a relaxing time on Hilton Head with lots of room to spread out.

Juniper Gem
We very much enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful. However, the customer service was not consistent. We did not receive phone call/email responses beforehand to answer questions. And it was not communicated that if we had a problem with an issue they would try to fix it. For instance, our gas grill non-functional & we needed to buy charcoal & the cookware was suspect, small or burned up.

Convenient Relaxation
There were 11 of us plus our 2 year old. We really enjoyed our stay. All amenities were perfect and it was conveniently close to the beach! We also enjoyed the round table for dinners and the pool!

Wonderful Experience!
House is as described. Plenty of space for our family of 9. We enjoyed the BIG round table for meals and games. Pool area is nice with hot tub, table, chairs, and ping pong table. Short walk down shady path to beach. There was a wagon to pull the littles and the toys to the beach..
We’ll be back!

Great family trip!
This house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed at it. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the teens loved riding the bikes. It has been recently renovated and it was so lovely!

Couldnt be happier with this house. There was plenty of room for our while family to be comfortable and have their own space. Theres a trail to the beach out the back of the house for about a 5min walk. The beach was very clean with minimal crowds. We will be back to this house again.

This vacation home was lovely! It was well-furnished, beach casual with comfortable beds. The lower level garage space was open to the pool and spa. The pool was rather small but ideal for our two young grandchildren--not a lap pool. It was shaded just enough to sit and enjoy a book. We traveled with our young-adult daughter who needs assistance with walking a bit and the elevator helped her be able to enjoy her stay. The house is spacious and includes two sitting rooms (with TVs) besides the family room which is open to the dining and kitchen space. Our late-September weather was great with no rain, so we weren't confined to the indoors, but it has a huge selection of movies on DVD, games, puzzles and books. The ping pong table in the garage was fun. The kitchen was stocked well with plates, utensils and cookware. We love to cook so would have appreciated a larger skillet and large pot for our shrimp boil (we purchased one at Kroger). Our recommendations for the owners are not complaints, but, for our 1 1/2-year old grandson, who is on the move and loves stairs we would have appreciated a guard for the stairs, especially those coming up to the main level as the stairs were wide and opened into the main family area. We wound up moving a small dresser from the unused back bedroom to block the stairs. Since part of us drove, we thought to bring a guard to use going to the upstairs rooms. A minor thing, too, but toddler utensils would be helpful for families with young children.Restaurants we enjoyed were (for pizza and pasta delivery) Giuseppi's, which delivered in under 45 minutes. We enjoy The Crazy Crab at Jarvis Creek each year. It's food and service is reliably good and we love the outdoor dining space for the breeze and view of the marsh. This year we also tried the Skull Creek Boathouse. It's fun, festive (noisy) with the option of outdoor dining and live music. Food and drinks were good. The tree-lined beach path is flat and an easy walk to the beach. We rented through the Vacation Company and they were efficient and helpful along the way. This vacation home was a great part of our Hilton Head visit!

LOVED it!
Awesome location, beautiful property. It's a short walk through the woods to the beach; just around the corner from Sea Pines. Lots of decent restaurants around Hilton Head, and other fun activities.
We had four young children with us and enjoyed Harbour Town, Lawton Stables, a day trip to Savannah, a walk down the beach to Coligny Plaza, and an afternoon at Art Cafe. Also lots and lots of pool time.
We had an issue with the AC on the property, and it was resolved really quickly. Only complaint was that the upstairs king isn't a terribly comfortable bed.

5 Juniper Lane
This is the second time that we stayed at 5 Juniper Lane. We love that house. We take our children, spouses and grandchildren and we all fit easily and love the layout. The walk to the beach is perfect and the accessible bike paths are wonderful for the various ages. The kitchen is set up with everything you need for a week. A second fridge for keeping drinks cold is the only thing I would add. The ping pong table is such a great addition. Everyone played! We plan on staying at 5 Juniper Lane every other year as long as we can get the house. We are disappointed that we can't book it for every other year but understand that yearly people get their preferences first.

One of the BEST Weeks!
We loved the house. You definitely get what you pay for. You are the first house we have ever rented that had a beach buggy. We have our own but having the second one made it much easier taking stuff for 14 people to the beach. We had an excellent week and the weather was perfect. We have been vacationing forever at Hilton Head. We love it and loved your house.

Indy family
We very much enjoyed staying in your home. It was big, roomy and nicely decorated. We did wonder about having a second refrigerator downstairs in the garage area for drinks. Our grandsons loved the pool and hot tub areas and we loved the waterfall feature. The walk to the beach was lovely and nice and close. We have not been to Hilton Head for spring break before. The weather was a bit of a mixed bag. I think we like Hh in the fall better! Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home. The Goulds

We will be back!
We've been coming to HHI for 9 years. First visit to this house and we loved it. Clean, nicely decorated, kitchen fully stocked, great layout. Modern tvs and wifi. 3 bedrooms on main level worked perfect for our family. Separate den on same level for kids was great. Enjoyed cooking out and eating around the spacious table. The pool and jacuzzi could be heated and they were really nice. Ping pong was fun! The elevator was helpful with arrival, departure and grocery shopping. It would be great for someone with a disability or bad knees (not a wheelchair) helping them get up and down the 3 levels. Ocean is a short walk out the back door down a path. Not a short jaunt to coligny like we sometimes like to walk over to, but still drivable within minutes. We definitely plan to return next year!
