About this house rental
Elegant mountain home on the 5th hole of the Resort Golf Course, close to the base of the mountain and close to all resort amenities. Our luxurious home provides a perfect setting for large gatherings of family and friends with over 5,000 square feet of living space and a large yard with a fire pit. Starting with the easy access driveway and a 2 car garage, your access to Angel Fire Resort and activities could not be easier.
Once inside you will find ample space to entertain large groups of family and friends. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and ready to delight. The dining areas include a farmers table with room for 10-12, a game table with room for 6 and the kitchen bar with room for another 6. The large game room features a pool table, comfortable media chairs and a large screen TV with 100s of videos to choose from.
The house has a fully remodelled kitchen ready for making gourmet meals! There is a large refrigerator/freezer, 6 burner stove with a built in griddle, 2 ovens, a steam oven and a microwave/speed oven. Plus 2 dishwashers to make cleanup faster!! The kitchen is also stocked with various sizes of pots, pans, baking dishes, cooking tools, serving dishes and appliances (food processor, blender, 2 crock pots, air fryer)
For sleeping there are ample choices which can be used to fit most any family’s needs. The main floor primary suite has a king bed and includes a separate room which is fitted with a day bed for younger children not quite ready for the bunk room. The two guest rooms on the main floor are both queen beds and share a large full size bath. On the entry level there is another primary large bedroom fitted with another king bed and an ensuite bathroom. For the kids there is a large bunk room with 3 bunk beds with twins on the top and full beds on the bottom providing sleeping for 6 to 9 kids. The bunk room is stocked with toys, books, games and video games to keep the children entertained. For additional guests there is a queen size Serta never flat mattress bed that can be moved throughout the house and a queen pull out couch in the great room on the main floor.
There are 2 washers and dryers - one on each floor of the house.
The large deck moves the fun outdoors and includes a large hot tub, rocking chairs, a table with seating for 8, and a full size grill with propane provided. Just steps off of the deck is a comfy hammock and a large fire pit with chairs to enjoy nights by the fire.
We like to call our home the “Modern Cabin” because it includes all of the ambiance, enchantment and allure of a mountain cabin but is also decorated and fitted with all of the conveniences of a modern luxury home.

The house is even more beautiful than the pictures! It has everything you could possibly need and probably more than you think. We had 9 adults and two kids and everyone was comfortable. We used the deck and fire pit quite a bit which was great!! We had groceries for a week so the two refrigerators was a plus!
Katherine was easy to communicate with also so overall, this was truly a great experience.
If we have a large group next year this is where we will stay.

The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. Between playing in the snow in the back yard, the toys provided in the kid area, the pool table, the selection of games/board games, and the great selection of dvds to watch, our kids ranging in age 5 to 15 stayed busy the entire time and I wish we had planned some more down time just to hangout at the house. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, appliances, and anything needed to cook and serve a meal. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We had the perfect trip in this beautiful custom home in Angel Fire. Fabulous furnishings, a kitchen to die for, fire pit for family stories & laughter and an enormous hot tub to soak away a day of skiiing! Host was helpful and provided great communication. We will be back!

We had a large family gathering/ski vacation, there were 22 of us, 6 parents, 7 cousins + 7 friends, a 5 year old and a 2 year old and there was more than enough room for all of us. The house is beautiful and comfortable, a dream kitchen, with 6 burner gas range with griddle, 3 ovens, microwave, all the staples such as tin foil, ziplock bags, spices, flour, oil, sugar, every kind of utensil, pan, pot, dish, small appliance you could ever need. Tons of toys, games, play station, movies, with theater seats, pool table, hot tub, fire pit, air up mattress, play pen, sleds, shovels, fire wood, two laundry rooms, with detergent, dryer sheets, and spot remover, 2 dish washers (huge bonus with this many people) pods for them, dish soap, all kinds of cleaners, I had to message the host of the property about the TV setting and she got back with me instantly. Unlike some places that want you to make the beds when you get there and strip the beds and start laundry etc. before check out, this property only asked 2 things... don't leave dirty dishes and take all your trash! Super simple! There was just nothing we needed with 20+ people that was not available in this house. There is a lot more to this house than I am not going to take time to list, but these are the main things that made our stay so pleasant. 20 unanimous opinions that this house was a fabulous choice!💯

The property was fabulous and was able to accommodate our large family. The scenery was exceptional and the ease of access to the property made it a great vacation spot. We cooked-in most of the time and the large kitchen and great room allowed us to spend quality time and make great memories.

This is a beautiful, spacious home that is well stocked and has every appliance and amenity that you could dream of. We enjoyed the modern decor, deck, outdoor grill, fire pit with dood, and hot tub. There are even toys and board games.

This house was amazing. Anything u would want in a vacation home this house had it. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of beds to accommodate my large family of 19 people. My wife could not get enough of the beautiful kitchen in this home. It was very large and there was plenty pots and pans to cook with. It had spices and all the dishes u could need. The wild life came to our back door and ate out of our hands. My family and I loved this house and would gladly rent it again

Where do I begin? Our family has stayed at many vacation rental properties and this was by far our favorite. It is even better than the photos and Katherine has thought of everything. The location is exceptional, the property is large enough to seem private and the home has every amenity you could ask for including two of many things important to large groups - from dishwashers and washers and dryers to coffee pots and crock pots! Katherine was very responsive and helpful and we are so grateful that they share their lovely home. The deer were welcoming as well:) We were there for snow and skiing which was great, but it would be wonderful other times of year.

Outstanding VRBO, most equipped kitchen of any VRBO we have rented. Modern appliances and very clean. Great location just 5 minutes to Ski Village and lots of space between neighbors. Katherine had driveways cleared on arrival, recent snows left three to four foot drifts around property. Highly Recommend Katherine and the property.

Great place for family to gather. Short distance to the slopes. The owner thought of everything right down to the skewers to roast marshmallows for s’mores. This was the ultimate vacation property!

Stayed here for a family ski trip. Our group included seniors, adult children and an infant. Loved the home! It was well supplied with everything we needed. Great layout and a dream kitchen. So many extras that made our stay so much fun. Convenient to the slopes in a secluded neighborhood.

This is by far the best Vrbo we’ve ever rented. State of the art appliances, a kitchen to drool over. Comfortable beds. All the activities indoors you could ask for. Plenty of space for all ages. Our stay at the modern cabin in Angel Fire was amazing. The house accommodated our group of 11 perfectly - there were plenty of places to spread out as well as to gather. The games and toys for the younger kids were a huge hit, and the adults thoroughly enjoyed the indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Every detail was planned for between the extremely well stocked kitchen, robes in each room and the double set of dish washers and clothes washers, we had an extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you again for everything!!

This home was near perfect for our large group and we enjoyed our time there. We used the hot tub, enjoyed the backyard space and put the large, well stocked kitchen to good use.

BEAUTIFUL
We absolutely loved the open kitchen/family room with the view of the golf course. We were in town for a Family Reunion which we have every three years. Thursday evening we had an Appetizer/Cocktail party as a get together for everyone to "catch up". There were children that came and there was so much for them to do.
If we could rate it a 10 we absolutely would.

Modern Cabin
This was the 4th year in a row to stay here. It is so beautiful and very accommodating for our large family. The kids love the bunk room! The kitchen has everything needed and more. The remodels are beautiful, and the added bathroom really helped. The back deck and backyard are great for the adults and kids! I just can't say enough about this fabulous house. We love it!
