Great job by lady at the front desk. You are excellent.

The staff took care of anything that I needed during my 9 day stay.

Eggs is basically the only option for breakfast.

Haben uns im Hotel wohl gefühlt, in der Stadt weniger

Pool sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Zimmer Nachbarn nicht gehört, außer vom Stiegenhaus Frühstück OK Sehr sauber man muss die Schuhe vor dem Hotel ausziehen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat so bleibt der ganze Hotel Bereich sauber

Klimaanlage eher laut Und wenn sich der Nachbarn oben geduscht hat, hörte man das abrinnen des Wassers, wie wenn man selber duscht

Un personnel au top

Le personnel est formidable, spécialement la personne à la réception qui répond à toutes nos demandes en un temps record. La piscine est un plus . L emplacement est à la fois proche du centre et au calme. Possibilité de louer des scooters , de réserver des transports, de faire laver du linge, de réserver tout type d excursions. La chambre est très grande tout comme les lits qui en plus sont très confortables. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié.

Il n y a pas suffisamment d espace autour de la piscine pour profiter d un bain de soleil. Loger au troisième étage sans ascenseur, c est du sport. La douche sans séparation engendre le bain de pied dans toute la salle de bain. Les sièges en tissu de la salle des petits déjeuners sont sales. L hôtel est bruyant et mal insonorisé.

Nice location and value for money

Nice hotel run by a sweet local couple. The rooms were clean despite the hotel being old. The wifi also worked well and the breakfast served was of good quality.

Loved staying here

The location is great it is right in the area of restaurants and shops . Close to just about everything for a small town. Staff were really great and to be honest the best place to stay as the property is pretty new and the price is great. Taking shoes off at the entrance tells one that it is nice, new and clean.

Fine but wouldn’t recommend it stay again.

Comfortable bed, clean, good shower pressure and hot water. Great location, quiet although you’re on the Main Street.

Not good value for money, we paid for a Mountain View room and you could barely see the mountains (see photos attached). There was loose wiring, a hole in one wall and mould on the wall above the window. The hotel is very run down compared to the pictures. We stayed in another place nearby for half the price and had a better experience. You can get better value for money elsewhere.

Hyvä sijainti keskustassa päätien varrella. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja ystävällistä. Aamupala oli tavanomainen (annostarjoilu), mutta hyvä. Huone oli todella pieni, mutta riittävä yhdelle henkilölle, kahdestaan olisi ollut ahdasta. Taisin saada hotellin pienimmän huoneen.

Allasalue ei ole houkutteleva, siitä on näkymä sivukadulle eikä aurinkokaan siihen paista. Altaan vuoksi tätä ei kannata valita. Äänieristys huoneissa heikko, korvatulpat on hyvä apu. Hotellissa ei ole hissiä.

Très bon accueil. Hôtel très propre. Personnel à l’écoute et réactif

Salle de bain très mal agencée. L’eau de la douche italienne n’évacuait pas complètement et le sol de toute la salle de bain était toujours mouillé. Pas d’eau chaude mais problème résolu! Petit-déjeuner pas très bon et pas beaucoup de choix.

Not a very good stay

the breakfast was good and the location of the hotel was really nice. the room was also spacious

there were ants on the bed and we feel that they could have done more to ensure the beds were clean. Our room was the not like the pictures presented on the website. the water from the taps was a little muddy and smelled quite bad at the start. They also failed to change the towels and even though we are aware that it's not a very place, the other hotels we stayed at completed this basic chore. The door of the room also didn't close well and the walls were very thin, so you could hear everything.

Our experience at Premier Hotel was anything but premier.

On the positive, we did ask for additional pillows that were provided on the 2nd night and also the cleaning ladies who run the breakfast are super lovely and kind. Min who assists with the front desk and supported both our check-in and check-out was also very friendly.

Our experience at Premier Hotel was anything but premier. I feel like we were duped by the reviews on Booking.com and Google.com and hope you don’t have the same experience. We encountered the following issues: 1. Rotted out/moldy bed frames and furniture in our first room - We asked to be moved and waited an hour for another room to be cleaned. We were moved to a room without this issue but still with a very musty and moldy smell. 2. No hot water after night 1 of our 3 night stay 3. No water pressure to speak of 4. The bathroom shelf above the toilet fell clean off the wall with nothing but 1 towel on the shelf 5. Power outage in the afternoon 6. Wifi disconnected on our last night 7. Standing water leakage in the room after the rain 8. General lack of care for the facilities (children drawing on the walls, unattended leakages/mold, dirty/unmaintained furniture) - This leads guests to also not care about the facilities or general respect resulting in smoking in the guest rooms and loud disruptive behaviors after 10pm. Please note that I have lived in Vietnam for 4 years and have traveled extensively in the Southeast Asian region. My expectations are measured for the locale/cost and not outrageous. Thank you and good luck with your time in Vang Vieng.
