This little cottage was recently renovated and very cute. The decor was lovely. Our hosts were great to work with. I loved that everything was new and spotless! Highly recommend!!

Condo has a gorgeous view. Felt like being on a cruise ship your so close to the lake. Condo was well stocked. We cooked most of our meals there and everything we needed was there. Fun using the kayaks. I fished right iff the dock. I guess my only complaint is the steps are steep to get into the front door. We had no trouble, but I think older folks might be leary. All in all we had a great stay.

Loved this place. Easy to book, easy to communicate with owner, beautiful sunrise views, clean and tidy place, and the water is crystal clear by dock. Very accommodating and lovely neighborhood. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed for a weak. The house is exactly as we pictured, very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the area and the views of the lake were fantastic. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Would definitely consider going back.

We had a great week! The house was beautiful and immaculate! It was decorated perfectly. The location was close to everything you could want like places to eat, shopping, wineries, breweries and more. The sunrises were spectacular! The lake water was crystal clear. We kayaked, used the fire pit, sat on the patio and watched the boats go by. What a wonderful time we had! Thank you Dan and Patty for your hospitality and a great experience on Keuka (Qka) Lake! We had such an amazing week. We were so sad it had to come to an end. Dan and Patty are the perfect hosts. Their home is fully updated, has stunning views of the lake, and an ideal location. It was just a few minutes into town to get our groceries and a short drive to farm breweries, wineries, ice cream, and hiking. This vacation was a great way to recharge and connect as a family before getting back into the routines of work and school. We would love to come back for another visit in the future!

Perfect location for a getaway with friends. Alternated between eating out and cooking in because the house is so well equipped. Watched the sun rise overctge lake every morning. Can't wait to return.

There isn’t much to say that hasn’t already been said. This was a perfect place for our family of 3. Our 15 year old loved it , loved the kayaking, loved sitting on the dock, loved the fire pit, loved everything. We will be recommending this place to everyone.

Overall we had a wonderful experience. The cottage was beautifully decorated. The outside patio was a great place to relax and watch the boats on the lake. We did not use the fire pit but if would have been a peaceful place to spend an evening. Patty, our host, was welcoming and quick to reply to our texts. And she went above and beyond to set up the TV so we could watch the Olympics. The bathroom was very nice. One of the 2 bedrooms lacked a closet, which meant we had to put hanging clothes in a closet on the other floor. This was an inconvenience, but a minor sacrifice given all the other pluses of staying there. Parking was adequate, but a squeeze for 2 cars. Overall this was a great place with a great host. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a rental on Keuka Lake.

We had a fabulous stay! The property was spotless and just as advertised. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay (including great weather)! We absolutely love the location and can't wait to return!

We were so happy with this cottage. Looking out the windows from the top floor, the water view was so amazing that we felt like we were on a cruise! The owners have done an excellent job refurbing the place. Everything you need is there. In fact, we found ourselves choosing to stay at the cottage just because we enjoyed the space so much. Usually, when I walk into a vacation rental, I spent a couple of hours cleaning. No need here. It was pristine. We all felt perfectly at home. Lake Keuka was our speed -- family oriented, and everything you need in Penn Yan, just 8 minutes away. There are a large amount of wineries to visit, and we enjoyed the recreation (Keuka outlet trail, watkins glen gorge trail, etc).

We have stayed in a LOT of rentals over the years, and this was one of the best. The highlights: So clean. Well decorated. Open space. VIEWS FROM EVERYWHERE. You literally can not get closer to the water. If you open the window, you can probably spit into the water. We loved having the rowboat and kayaks which we used almost daily. The kitchen was well stocked. The WIFI worked well - and since I was working three days of our stay this was crucial. This location on Keuka isn't quite in the middle of a bustling area, but the location on the lake is prime of course. In the area, we spent the week at a variety of state parks doing gorge hike after gorge hike and just couldn't get enough. Would love to stay again. Actually, would love to just move in shh dont tell the owners

Perfect location for winery hopping and getting on the water at beautiful Keuka Lake. The cottage itself was absolutely spotless and in perfect condition - the pictures hardly do it justice. Kayaking followed by dinner on the patio overlooking the lake made for a perfect day. We’ll hope to be back very soon!

Place was exactly as advertised. We like to cook, and with COVID going on we brought some groceries along, found everything needed. Appliances all almost new, Weber grill was well-maintained and clean. Firepit was so enjoyable, outdoor chairs comfortable. Easy access to wineries in Penn Yan and Hammondsport. Did not use the washer/dryer but they looked new. Clean, well-lit place, beautiful sunrises over the lake. Wish we didn't have to leave and come back to reality!

My family spent another great week in the lake house. We never get tired of that view, and the kayaking on Keuka Lake is outstanding. You can smell the grapes even when you are in the middle of the lake! I notice every time we stay here that the owners are making little improvements, we appreciate the care they give. I will caution people that there is no TV service anymore, you have to bring a Roku with you or be in silence. Fortunately we could pick one up a nearby Walmart and it was easy to set up.

My wife and I come up to the Finger Lakes yearly. This year we wanted to be right on the water and this cottage was everything we wanted! You wake up in the morning and can have a cup of coffee and just look out at the lake and it is so relaxing. If the weather is nice enough you could use the Kayaks or have a fire by the water. The house was clean, welcoming, and close to what we wanted to do but far away enough that you weren't around to many people. Definitely want to stay here again!

2 suggestions shears on the front windows upstairs or blinds. The bedrooms I would have a t least one of the mattresses with a comfort firm for anyone over 50 we tend to have backs that require a firmer mattresses it was a challenge for me! Other than that I have reffered 2 friends already!~

We returned for a fourth visit and the lake house cottage never disappoints! The cottage is just beautiful with new upgrades each time we visit. The views on the lake are spectacular and the location is ideal. We hope to return again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dan and Patty's place on Keuka Lake! The property is right on the water with an incredible view. This was the perfect location for us to get away and relax with nature. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Dan and Patty left us all the information we needed for check-in/check-out as well as a lot of great additional information for things to do and see in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

The cottage was beautiful and newly updated. It is in a spot on the lake where it was almost always very calm. Dan and Patty were super helpful any time I needed help with a question they always responded quickly. I would highly suggest staying here you will not be disappointed! We will be back in the future.

The family and I had a wonderful experience at this beautiful home right in the lake. They have thought of everything to make sure you have a comfortable, relaxing stay. We loved that it was right in the water and very much enjoyed swimming and kayaking.

We had to cancel our annual trip to Wyoming this summer due to fear of flying during COVID, but wanted to drive somewhere with our six-year-old that felt special, yet didn't have the crowds of some of the beaches near us. I can't say I was looking for a trip to the Finger Lakes, but when this cottage popped up in a search, I knew it was perfect -- and it was! The home is just as pictured and really a gem! For a small family of three, it was just the right size. Since we weren't going out to restaurants, we really appreciated cooking in the very modern kitchen or grilling by the water. It was pretty hot during our stay, but we still enjoyed making s'mores at the fire pit, which our daughter loved. We rented a pontoon boat for the week to keep at the dock, which really enabled us to create some awesome family memories. We pulled up to a few local restaurants to get take-out lunch or dinner to have on board and soak in the view. The sun was pretty bright in the morning, so we actually preferred having coffee out on the front deck area vs. on the patio by the water. Glad there are those swivel chairs! We liked the quiet location by Keuka College. The home felt very secluded for us because no one was in the home on one side and it's just a dock house on the other. Perfect social distancing! When we weren't on the boat, we also had great swimming out back with our daughter. It's about three feet up until the end of the dock. We knew to bring water shoes, so don't forget those! We hiked Grimes Glen one day, which wasn't far and perfect for a little kid. I took her one morning to Watkins Glen - that was a real treat, but glad we knew to get there early to avoid the crowds. Dan was great answering all of our questions and clearly a premier partner. Thank you for sharing your lovely home! Although we missed being out West this summer, I think we have a new love for the Finger Lakes and would love to return again someday....

This was our third time staying at the house and each time is better than before! The house is lovely, the amenities are always top notch and seem to be upgraded yearly. We are already looking at the guest availability for the Spring. Its just the best!

This was my 2nd time at this property and I will be back again some time in the future. Great location right on the water. It’s modern, clean and well kept with plenty of privacy. Couldn’t ask for more!

We really enjoyed our stay. The lake house was very clean, nicely decorated and had beautiful views. Sitting on the patio in the early evening with tikis aglow and some wine and cheese was wonderful! The hosts left some fave wineries and restaurants for us and we enjoyed many of them!
