About this apartment rental

We invite you to share our beautiful 3 bed 2 bath corner unit condo located on the free shuttle route and a 10 minute walk to the conference center. The unit is tastefully decorated, has huge windows in a forest setting and has recently been renovated to include 2 new bathrooms with heated tile floors.

The kitchen has alder cabinets, stainless appliances, granite counters and a breakfast bar overlooking the dining and family room. It is well stocked for the culinary minded. We have both a drip coffee maker as well as a Kuerig coffee maker but do not provide the pods for the Kuerig. The kitchen has heated floors. There is also a gas grill on the deck.

The dining room table seats 6 but can be extended with 2 leaves.

The condo has 3 large bedrooms-the master with a king size bed, the second bedroom with a king size bed and the third bedroom with 2 full size beds. All of the beds have new pillow top mattresses. In addition, there is a full size day bed in the living room.If you have small children there is a pack and play and high chair available in the unit for your use.

The condo has 4 t.v.'s/ 2 blue rays/ 1 DVD / a Bose I-pod dock as well as free WI-FI access. It also has a washer and dryer in the unit.

After a day of activities, you will enjoy the large indoor pool, hot tub and sauna located in the clubhouse, just steps away from the condo. The nearby Snake River has miles of quiet scenic bicycle trails and walking paths. Keystone Lake is within walking distance with ice skating in the winter or paddle boating and canoeing in the summer. There is a small grocery store, liquor store and gas station located directly across from the Quicksilver complex, minutes from the condo.

Wow what a prefect location for our family! We had never been to Keystone and needed something convenient because we knew we'd be running back and forth to the ski resort with multiple ages and and abilities and stamina on the slopes. This is a super short 2 minute drive to Keystone on roads that are always salted and treated. We found a perfect little sledding hill right behind the property that our kids who never see snow spent hours on. The view was beautiful watching the sun come up in the early morning hours. Parking was easy with always spots available. The water stayed hot during showers for all 6 of us, the beds were comfortable, rooms were dark, and everything was what we could have wanted for a ski week. We cannot wait to book again!

We spent a 4 nights here for a quick ski trip. It was just as advertised—well furnished, stocked kitchen (spices, foil etc. too). Perfect size condo for 2 families. And easy access to Mountainside ski school. And beautifully decorated (loved the two prints in the master bath). Great choice for Keystone!

Large, lovely three bedroom two bath condo on shuttle line to Keystone mountain. Property was very well stocked with spices, coffee filters, all the kitchen items you’d want (including a blender and two coffee makers). Owner Joan is amazing and super helpful and kind. A great place for a weekend or week.

We come to CO every winter to go skiing. My family and my brothers family always stay together. This place was great for all 8 of us with plenty of room. It was VERY well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable with some of the best sheets I've slept on and the heated floors were just icing on the cake. Location was fantastic to keystone resort and anything else we wanted to do. We would definitely stay again.

Each year our family gets together for a weekend ski trip. This was our 2nd time at Keystone but our first at this property. The unit is in a wonderful location, beautiful view of the mountains, steps away from the mountain bus, and has enough space for a gathering of people. The house was clean, decor was perfect and we loved the fact of having our own locker on site. I would definitely stay here again, and believe that you should as well!

Check in process was smooth. Had to pickup keys from a location less than 5 mins from the property. As soon as we got there the host called to see if everything was okay, we really appreciated that. Location was great, had a shuttle to get to the Keystone resort and we were 35-40 mins from the Breckenridge resort. The property was very clean and appealing. It also had heated floors which was really cool. I highly recommend booking this property. Our group would book again when we come back to keystone.

We enjoyed our week at this condo. Everything was clean and spacious. Our family of 6 had plenty of space. The fireplace was amazing after a long day on the slopes! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The ski shuttle is right outside the complex and super easy to use. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

LOVED this condo!! There was plenty of room for our family of 9, including small children. Even had a high chair & pack & play! Top notch new condition very tastefully decorated & so convenient to slopes with the shuttle pick up at out parking lot. Joan was so easy to reach & very prompt attention to taking care of minor issues. Very much appreciated!!!

This condo was lovely! I felt like I stepped right into the photos- everything looked as good or better than it did online. The size of the place was perfect; our family of five fit quite comfortably with plenty of breathing room for everyone. I was shocked by just how spacious the bedrooms were... uncommonly so for ski condos in that area! There's a convenience store with basic groceries within walking distance, which proved helpful on more than one occasion. On our way in from Denver, we stopped by Target to pick up general housekeeping supplies like laundry & dishwasher detergent, but all of that was already there. The kitchen was so well stocked - down to every size ziplock bag you could need. These things may sound silly, but such little details really made a huge difference! We are so thankful that this family shared their home with us and can't wait to plan our next trips for ski season and summer 2023! :)

We were two families, 8 in total, and we had plenty of room! The house is very cozy and has all the amenities you need. Super close to Mountain House and just minutes away from River Run, Nordic Center and Dillion shopping area. The owner was super responsive and very nice! We would recommend staying here!

This is a fantastic condo that is close to everything. Just 1 mile from the ski lifts and keystone village. You can take a shuttle that picks up right in front of the condo or you can drive your rental vehicle. The condo was perfect for our party of 4. The mattresses are super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the hot tub is just a short walk down the path behind the unit. Joan, the owner, was quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend this property!

Joan’s place was great! It was very clean and the location was spot on. Close to the bus stop. Just one flight of stairs to the condo. The heated floors were a nice touch. Very comfortable beds and the layout was nice. Plenty of room for all your ski stuff at the entryway, which was nice. Kid proof doors (at least for our 5 and 3 year old). Joan called and made sure everything was okay and really made us feel welcome! Thanks so much for sharing your place.

I would recommend this unit for a family ski trip vacation to Keystone. My wife and I stayed here with our 15, 13 and 12 year old kids for our ski trip. The condo fit our family well and is located right at a bus stop or a short drive to paid parking by the Peru lift ($25 per day). The owner called to check in on us upon arrival and was very helpful and pleasant. The beds were all very comfortable and the heated floors in the bathrooms and kitchen were a nice touch. We would stay here again if we return to Keystone.

Had a great stay overall. VRBO was very nice and clean. Easily fit the 6 of us and was close to the hill and other activities. Host was very nice too. Note that the key to the ski locker did not work which was the only issue (a small one too).

This condo was the perfect home base for 4 adults and 4 teens for the 9280 Pond Hockey event. The owner has thought of every detail and provided a turn-key place to rest and warm up by a cozy fire. There was plenty of space for all 8 of to be without feeling like we were squished. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, pots, and pans, bathrooms stocked with soaps and lotions, bedrooms had very comfortable beds and extra blankets in each closet, and there was even a washer and dryer. Beautiful, thoughtful details and great location!

Keystone is a terrific place to ski and this rental is a perfect place to stay. It is large, great fireplace, great living room, comfy and big kitchen, and great bedrooms. Really, they think of everything. Humidifiers and fans. Tea and coffee and spices, and lots of stuff to cook with. So comfortable. I’d rent it again in a heartbeat.
