Vacation in style at the luxurious Bella Riva Resort located on Florida's beautiful Okaloosa Island. This secluded, gated, community offers the most exquisite features available in Fort Walton Beach, including expansive rooms, high ceilings, granite, and travertine throughout. Unit 202 offers only the highest quality accommodation for your family of up to eight, with splendor and elegance found only at Bella Riva Resort.

You will first take in the luxurious feel of the Mediterranean architecture as you arrive. The gated resort offers privacy and security, allowing only residents of Bella Riva to enter. Vacationing in Unit 202 includes two gated parking spaces, one being covered, as well as a private covered storage closet for your beach items. Keyless entry allows all members to have access to all areas. The majestic lobby will impress your family and friends while relaxation immediately overtakes your senses. As you arrive at your private villa-style condominium, you will take in the elegance of travertine flooring, ten-foot ceilings, and extra spacious rooms and corridors.

The great room adjoins the dining area and superior kitchen for an open-air feel, allowing your family to interact while relaxing or preparing meals. With wall-to-wall glass, the ocean and Gulf Coastline is visible to the entire family from inside. Just outside is the 10ft x 32ft oceanfront balcony with upgraded outdoor accessories and large enough for your entire family to thoroughly enjoy together. The view of the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico will take your breath as you scan for dolphins swimming nearby.

The master bedroom also adjoins the balcony with a private sliding glass doorway. You will enjoy your sleep after a day on the beach in your quality king-sized bed with large flat screen HD Smart TV. Also adjoining the master is the magnificent bath, complete with his and hers walk in closets, large porcelain tub, separate tile shower, and his and hers vanities.

Each of the other two queen-bedrooms has a private bath adjoining them and private HD Smart TV's. The fourth bedroom, which doubles as an entertainment room for children or teens, features a private tv and a convertible queen memory foam sleeper sofa that sleeps two.

The beachfront pool and hot tub are private to the resort. Gated parking provides privacy and security for guests and residents. The beach is spacious and is one of North America's most sought after. Sugar white sand stretches for miles along Okaloosa Island and protected natural sand dunes provide picturesque backdrops for weddings and family photos.

ABOUT THE AREA
Okaloosa Island is also home to many endangered giant sea turtles who nest here annually. Dolphins and other sea life can be viewed easily almost daily from your balcony or from the nearby Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier. Keyless locks are standard allowing all members of your party to always have access. We are local and provide same day assistance, and if you need anything during your stay, you can be assured that our courteous staff will be happy to assist you in any way.

COVID-19
This property is available for occupancy. Your health and safety are our top priorities and concerns. That is why we are implementing a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect our property against Coronavirus with special emphasis on all high touch areas in our rooms and common areas. All bed linens, bath, and kitchen towels are sanitized and changed between guests. We ask all guests to exercise social distancing and preventative practices while in and on this property.

The unit was exactly as pictured. Very clean and close to all beach amenities. Having the umbrella and chairs included at the beach was a definite bonus. I’ve stayed in 2 other units in same building and would return to this one again.

Beautiful unit and a great location. No BBQ facilities at the property. They inventory the towels and linens. We didnt check and confirm the number of washcloths and towels at check in.

This condominium was more than what we were expecting and was such a wonderful surprise! Extremely clean and very comfortable. Even my husband, who is not much of a beach person, loved this condo with its top of the line kitchen, beautiful decor and great sized balcony with top of the line patio furniture. For those of us that love the beach, we could be sitting seaside within 2 minutes! Sunset Resort rental company was always very responsive to all of our questions and inquiries. We would definitely come back and we will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

This is our 3rd year staying at this unit. It is so spacious for our family. I also want to mention the kitchen is fully stocked of every small appliance (even K-cup AND drip coffee makers) We love Sunset Rentals who manage the property.

This condo is everything you want and more for a luxurious vacation. Exclusive, gated and beautiful property and location. The only suggestions I have is to do away with keys and get door codes. Pool needs an upgrade it was at the opposite dnd of our condo.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Walked into the room and felt like the water was at the end of the living room, stunning! Rooms were clean, comfortable beds, gorgeous set up. Loved having storage in the garage for our beach stuff, very convenient! Will definitely stay here again.

Great location! The location was farther down the island, which was great! Gorgeous condo! The view outside the balcony was beautiful... natural dunes, not overlooking the pool. We were provided a "starter kit" of necessities, i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry soap, until we were able to go to the store. The kitchen was well stocked, everything needed to prepare and serve meals.

Simply amazing! Beautiful condo, with gulf front view. All the amenities. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Kitchen had all the latest appliances. Washer and dryer in the unit is a bonus. Spacious. Only small annoyance is that the mattresses were not great. I would stay here again . Loved it!

The Bella Riva condo we stayed at was beautiful and very well equipped. There was more than enough room for the 4 adults and 4 teenagers that stayed here. The only issues we had was the supply of just one key for the unit and no type of keypad or lockbox entry, it was very inconvenient to have to juggle the key. I was also disappointed in the size of and location of the pool. For the price charged I would have expected a much more impressive pool. Probably look for another condo on future trips due to pool.

We had a wonderful week in Ft. Walton at this resort. The kitchen was absolutely beautiful with a huge gas stove top and completely stocked with every utensil, pots, and pans that you would need. It was the nicest condo we have ever stayed at. The only issue we ran across was the storage unit in the garage was completely full that was dedicated to our unit and we were not able to put our beach chairs and cart there. We had to put them in our car which made for a big sandy mess.

This is our third stay in Bella Riva (and the second time in BR202). I love this condo! I always feel safe since it is gated, it is quiet, and so clean! My favorite is the shower in the master bedroom. The shower! There are 3 showerheads, so wonderful! The rainshower is so refreshing after a day on the beach. The views are excellent, as well as the beach service. Bella Riva is sitting towards the end of the developed Okaloosa Island, so it is less crowded, which we love. Of course, I will be staying at Bella Riva again!

The condo we rented was absolutely beautiful. Everything was fabulous. However, I would not advise anyone to rent with this company because we were treated very unfairly after a mandatory evacuation from Hurricane Michael. We had only stayed 3 OF 7 nights before the hurricane hit and were told to evacuate. We were never told that we could have returned to the condo 1 day later and finish our vacation so we headed home(Indiana). I believe we should have been credited for the 4 nights that remained after the evacuation. We were only credited for 2 because Sunset says they emailed that we could return. I have every email from them and a return notice is not one of them. I was so upset to leave that I know I would remember this email. We were also back home by this time so return was not possible. All I can say is TERRIBLE Customer Service! They would not want to be treated this way. They didn't even offer another rental at a different time as a way to compensate us. Extremely frustrated!

There was plenty of room for our group of 8. Condo had everything we needed including beach gear storage behind parking spot in covered garage. Condo was very clean and decor was tasteful. Beach service was also great. Destin was a short 10 minutes away. Can't wait to come back!
