About this apartment rental
Our Apartment is Located in an old Palace inside the Historical Center of Montepulciano and has Air Conditioning, several Modern Amenities and Comforts. It is a 5 minute walk from the Language School of IL SASSO. Our apartment is very spacious and has been renovated and furnished with new furniture. It has great working FIBER OPTIC WI-FI. It Has a New Kitchen With New Appliances Including Dishwasher, Stove,refrigerator and Washing Machine. There is also a DRYER in our apartment. There are High Ceilings throughout Apartment, 3 Matrimoniale Or Queen Sized Beds, Large Master Bedroom, Living Room and 2 Bathrooms. It is Centrally Located and Short Walking Distance to Shops, Restaurants and Cafes. Montepulciano Has Several Beautiful Museums, Churches, Palaces, Cantinas, Piazzas and Parks. It is also a 5 minute walk from the famous Language School IL SASSO where many of my guests have taken some of their courses to learn Italian. It's also a great location to visit other beautiful local Tuscan towns which are a short drive away.

What a rare delight —when reality exceeds the expectation! This lovely lodging, nestled in the fairy tail hill town of Montepulciano, is spacious and immaculately clean and well appointed. It has views of the cobble-stoned village on one side and sweeping views of the Tuscan countryside on the other. Jaw-dropping beauty! You will hear the church bells ring, and you will never want to leave. The host, Dorita, is delightful and attentive to ensure the needs of her guests are met — we appreciated her help in arranging for transportation during our stay.

Loved the property and location

We loved this large spacious apt in the heart of Montepulciano! Everything is walkable. There are shops, restaurants, gelato, wine cellars, wine tastings, stunning views, cappuccinos and more. Dorita is a great communicator and even went out of her way to come say hello and meet us in town. The apartment is large and updated. The bathroom is huge and modern. There is a sitting area in the master bedroom and an entire huge living room to hang out in and a grand foyer when you enter. The views from the bedroom and kitchen are beyond words. There are some lists of highly recommended restaurants there for you to consider. There is also a local park and playground at the bottom of the hill. We drove our car to some other local towns and enjoyed the views of the rolling hills of Tuscany. I am glad we chose Montepulciano and this apt to be our home base for our vacation. Highly recommend!!

This property is right above the Main Street in Montepulciano. The host, Dorita could not be more welcoming with the tour and offer to help. Originally New Yorkers they know how to set up a property. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Great location in beautiful town
The apartment is great. Quite large, well furnished and very comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring and very close to convenient free parking -a bonus in Italian villages! Views of the Tuscan countryside are wonderful and it’s fun to be in the middle of the town activities. Lots of nearby restaurants etc and very convenient food stores. Montepulciano is lovely and a great base for Tuscany and Umbria

Couldn’t be in a better location
Our group included a couple using canes. The apartment being close to the entrance of old town enabled them to get to the car for our side trips & enjoy that part inside the walls. It’s also close to a small market, a store with vegetables, and a butcher.

Beautiful Apartment in beautiful town
Dorita was an amazing host. She was very friendly, accommodating and easy to communicate with. The apartment was spacious, very clean and our family of four felt very comfortable there. The views from the apartment were breath-taking. There were so many things to enjoy including touring the city, wine tasting, incredible restaurants and shops that were all within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying there!

Beautiful scenic Montepulciano location
Wonderful spacious apartment in the heart of Montepulciano. My husband and I and my two sister found the accommodations perfect for the four of us. Dorita is an excellent hostess. She went out of her way to recommend local cities to visit and restaurants. Cannot wait to return.

The apartment had everything our family needed.
The only downfall is that it is not air conditioned. With all the windows open it was still 82 degrees at 2am. The apartment is within the city so it was noisy at night with the windows open.

Stunning apartment with gorgeous views
My husband, adult son and I enjoyed five nights in this lovely apartment. The apartment is inside the old city and right on the main street of the town. The apartment is very roomy, comfortable, and affords the most lovely Tuscan views from the master bedroom, dining room and kitchen. The other two bedrooms are over the main street (which is pretty quiet). Dorita was a gracious hostess, providing us with terrific recommendations and even taking time to secure reservations for us. Our stay in Montepulciano was delightful in every way!

An exceptional residence with a a superb host! Donita was a attentive host, she met us at the apartment and explained all the appliances, left us wine, made our dinner reservations, bought extra pillows and accommodated us with a late check out free of charge. The apartment had the best sunset in Montepulchiano. Three large bedrooms for the 3 couples traveling together.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment, conveniently located very close to the town wall. The views from the dining room and bedroom are breathtaking. We frequently use VRBO, and Dorita is the best host I've ever had with a vacation rental. She was a very gracious host, doing all she could to make our visit a pleasant one.

We absolutely loved our stay at the apartment. It is situated on the main road, close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is clean, spacious, with lot of amenities for a comfortable stay. FIRST CLASS VISIT
Dorita and her husband were the most gracious hosts. From the time we secured our reservation, Dorita was always available to answer pre-trip questions. They both met us upon arrival, making sure we were completely comfortable with everything.
Their apartment is very modern, and everything was in perfect working order. We loved that Dorita had so much local information and brochures for us. It's the little things, like wine and bottled water, coffee pods for the machine, and bath soaps, that show the level of attention Dorita puts forth for her rentals.
One of our all-time favorite places to rent! We hope to make a return trip, and we would only stay at Dorita's place.

Wonderful apartment and host!
Three of us stayed 5 nights in Dorita's apartment in Montepulciano. The apartment is beautiful -- even nicer than the photos -- and Dorita is an incredible host. She and her husband, Vincent, met us upon arrival and took us to the apartment, which is about a block inside the gates of the very charming old town. Dorita and Vincent helped us get settled and oriented to the town and the surrounding area. They had great recommendations for local dining, even making us reservations at restaurants, as well as nearby towns and wineries. We found 2 bottles of local wine waiting for us, along with coffee and bottled water. Dorita could not have been more helpful and gracious throughout our stay and the apartment is large and very comfortable, a great place to relax after a day of touring. We would highly recommend this property and would love to go back someday!

Wonderful experience in Montepulciano
My husband and I along with two other couples spent 5 days at this perfectly located clean, spacious apartment. It is located within the walls of the old town in the midst of culture and tradition from the past. The apartment was very well equipped with a modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 comfortable bedrooms and a fantastic view of the countryside of Montepulciano.
Our hosts Dorita and her husband were very helpful with their suggestions about the highlights of this historical town and the surrounding areas in Tuscany. They even left some of their favourite wines from the town for us to sample.
We certainly felt well cared for and loved our stay.

Beautiful!
This apartment in Montapulciano is truly beautiful. Marble everywhere -- floors, tables, kitchen. Well furnished, everything needed was supplied. My only suggestion would be to provide better instructions for using the washing machine. Better yet would be a stacking unit with washer on the bottom and drier on the top. The drying rack was fine, but took two days for clothes to dry! Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much. The town is charming, restaurants and shops very nice. Thank you!

AMAZING!!!
My husband & I shared this rental with 4 friends. It has an amazing location close to everything Montepulciano has to offer!! We spent 4 wonderful days touring Tuscany returning each evening to this spacious & clean apartment that is in one word....Perfect!!! Our hosts Dorita & Vincenzo were very generous with giving us information about the area as well as providing some kitchen & bath staples. They even gave us a bottle of wine to welcome us!! Everyday life of the town happens right outside the door & stepping onto the street immerses you in their friendly culture. Our stay was much too short but while we were there we felt totally at home. You have to stay here if you're planning a trip to the Tuscany region.

The apartment is located in a perfect area. Close to shops and restaurants. In a word....perfect. The rooms are roomy and spacious. The views are to die for. Really enjoyed our stay. Wish we could of stayed longer.

Amazing, beautiful, This IS the place to stay!
I stayed at a few places booked with Homeaway.com and this was by far the best. The paid attention to the details like soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee and milk, water bottles, and even a bottle of wine!
Vincenzo and Dorita are amazing hosts. My two boys and I felt like we were family being welcomed into their home. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and beautiful decorated. I can't say enough about the view from the windows. Crazy beautiful!! Safe area and perfect location for seeing Montepulciano. They also made wonderful restaurant recommendations and even assisted in booking a taxi for our departure. I have travelled all over the world and this is absolutely one of the nicest, friendliest places I have ever stayed!

The apartment was great. It was well located, with easy access to everything, including parking. Incredible views of the Tuscan hills was an added bonus! We were 6 adults and we had plenty of room, the apartment was very comfortable and spacious. It was very clean and well equipped with modern appliances. The owner/manager, Dorita was very helpful providing advice and suggestions and readily available by phone. Appreciated the wine and pastries Dorita provided to us upon arrival.
Would certainly recommend Montipulciano, and definitely recommend this rental.

Home away from home!
The name of this property describes it perfectly! It is a stunning apartment. Sparkling clean! Five of us stayed here for 2 nights in May and our stay was not nearly long enough. Dorita and Vincenzo made this feel like our home away from home.They met us at the apartment when we arrived and walked us through everything. They gave us recommendations for winery tours, restaurants, and other places to check out. They even made us lunch reservations at one of their favorite places to eat. It was wonderful! The apartment is on the main road as you make your way into the historic district. It is very quiet and we felt very safe. The view from the main bedroom and dining room is spectacular! And to sit with the window open and listen to the birds and church bells was so peaceful! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Montepulciano. I look forward to going back to visit and staying here again.
