Comfortable beds. Well appointed. Magical chairs to admire the night sky. Hostess with the mostest. Lake access can’t be beat. Lovely tree providing shade. We can’t wait to come back — for twice as long!

Lake views are amazing, kids spent all days swimming in the warm and shallow waters, the house has everything we could possible need during our week-long stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Very relaxing. Lynn the owner was very nice. Had a little trouble using the TV but Lynn said she would have someone check it out. We went at the end of August, there must me a river close by that feeds into the lake we had some dead spawning fish float in that were a little stinky, but whatcha going to do, that's nature. We had a fun time.

I would highly recommend this property for anyone that would love to have a beautiful view of Lake Osoyoos. The interior is well laid out and there is plenty of space to get away for privacy but also a large enough kitchen/dining/living area for several people to gather. The owner lives next door and is readily available if there are problems but she is not a buttinsky, just a very friendly, helpful, go-to person . We had various family members stay there during our time, aged 60+ to teenagers. Everyone loved it and I didn't hear one bad word. In short, I would recommend this property without reservation and would stay there again.

Lynn's place on the lake is beautiful. It's a very relaxing place to stay and we enjoyed our time indoors and outside. Would definitely recommend. Although it was just the two of us, there's plenty of space for a group.

The cabin was unpretentious and perfect for a relaxing get-away with the family. It was clean, comfortable, and had strong A/C, which was valuable during the heat wave in which we were there. The kitchen was well appointed. Lynn was a great and active host, working to ensure that all of our needs were met. (Thank you, Lynn!)
The lake was super warm and very approachable for our 5 year old daughter to grow her swimming confidence in. We spent several hours in the lake in the mornings and evenings every day with floaties, snorkeling gear, etc.
We had never previously been to Oroville. The town was fine, but didn't offer much other than covering the basic grocery needs, etc. We explored east and west of the town on a couple of days and there are some beautiful rural areas to explore in both directions.
We offer a solid recommendation for this cabin, especially for families with young kids that want to spend time in the water.

The description was perfect! Everything was as described, Lynn was a fantastic host, the experience greatly exceeded our expectations. We had a great time in the lake, easy to enter and even at my short height I was able to stand all the way to the buoys. We visited Molson too, just a short drive, otherwise we stayed close to the house relaxing and playing in the lake, which was easy to do as the home was quite comfortable. The home has enough space for the family to spread out as well if you need to stay in, which we did on one day when a storm came through. Lynn is next door, she will not bother you at all but is there if anything is needed, and was very responsive. We could not have asked for a better trip, we hope to return next year, thank you Lynn!

We stayed for spring break. While too cold to swim the kids loved the swing in the yard. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the deck. Kitchen had everything we needed!

Clean, well-appointed house with plenty of space and amenities for 6 adults. The location couldn't be better - a nice, quiet neighborhood, the front lawn runs right up to the water's edge, tons of wildlife on the lake. We had everything we needed, and Lynn made us feel very welcome - we'll be back!

My husband and black lab stayed at this home and the location couldnt have been more perfect. What a view! Thank you for sharing your home with us and making it feel like home away from home.

The property is charming and cozy. The house was stocked with everything we needed. All was spotless and in great condition. We even enjoyed complementary Netflix. The bedroom on the top floor has a little balcony which was perfect for a glass of wine while we looked at the beautiful lake. The owner stopped by to say hi and even made sure the remotes had fresh batteries! We will definitely come back again!

The views from the A-Frame home are spectacular. The yard is level and serves a great place for a yard game. The patio table is a great place to relax and enjoy the views under the shade tree. The lake is shallow (around 3 to 4 feet) for quite a far distance out making playing in the water fun and safe for the kids. Lynn is a fantastic and friendly host. This was our kids' favorite vacation.

Our stay at the A-frame was a pure delight. The house and setting could not have been more perfect for our family! What a peaceful, beautiful place. We are grateful to have found this property, and plan to return next summer. Lynn was so lovely and responsive to our needs; the best host I've experienced in years. You will not want to miss a single sunrise or sunset over the lake -- they are magical. We did a bit of exploring around the area (hikes, a fun nearby ghost town) but were more than happy to spend most of our time enjoying the yard and that glorious lake. The house is very well-appointed and comfortable. We can't wait to return!

My family of 7 (with 5 kids ages 12-22) stayed for a week in the midst of the pandemic/wild fire fiasco... despite the smoke, we had a wonderful time. Lynn is truly awesome just as everyone says. We visited the Molson Ghost Town and the Molson Cemetery for some really unique pictures! There's also some great hikes nearby. The lawn and lake at the house were perfect for playing/lounging/swimming WHEN we could go outside (due to the smoke).

Wow! Sparkling clean, homey feeling with just the right amount of room. Easy access and perfect amount of communication between us and the host. Lynn is extremely knowledgeable about the area for first time Osoyoos/Oroville adventurers like us. Great A-frame cottage. All amenities needed. Amazing access to the very clean lake. Lynn is a SUPER HOST in my book. We would defiantly rent this home again. L and J

What a wonderful find for our summer vacation! From sitting under the willow tree looking at the beautiful lake, to the warm shallow water that was perfect to play in with our young son, to the comfort of having everything we needed in the cottage, it really was a perfect getaway from the city. While we were close to everything in Oroville and Tonasket, it felt very private and knowing Lynn was only a text away we were well taken care of. Only wish we stayed longer!

This place is so wonderful you will want to stay for longer! First, it’s located on the south end of Lake Osoyoos, so it’s peaceful as well as beautiful. The yard is perfect for outdoor games. We played croquet, Bochi ball and if our badminton net hadn’t failed us, we would have played that too. The water is perfect for swimming or floating. If you have a boat, or rent a boat as we did, you can drive it close enough to pick up and drop off people. There were seven of us, all adults, and the house easily accommodated us. It is well stocked with extra dishes, serving dishes and plenty of silverware and other utensils. If I needed it, it was there, even extra linens and towels. As a bonus, Lynn, the owner, is just a treat. She is available to help you with whatever you need. She’s extremely accommodating and works hard to keep the house and yard in tip top shape. You will love her as well as the house and lake. You can’t go wrong renting this house.

We had the best time! Right on the water, so great with kids (we had our 4+ 1 friend) because you could watch them from the deck and see inside and outside. Lynn was so helpful. We would 100% stay again!

This was a perfect escape. Everything was clean and beautiful, and we were able to have social distance. Our children were the only ones in the entire lake for most of the days. The view was lovely and the home had everything we needed to be comfortable. We hope to come back!

We drove 13 hours for our trip and the lake house did not disappoint. This property was exactly as it was described in all of the reviews...AMAZING!! It was clean, comfortable and Lynn was more than accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic time!! We’ll definitely try to stay here again.

Great mountain views, right on the lake. Didn't feel closed in (compared to Veranda Beach, which has little privacy.) Lynn (owner) was fabulous! Steps to upper bedroom are squeaky, but not a big issue since those are used mostly at night. Main floor 2 bedrooms (no steps); step down into living room is a bit deep (not a normal step down); if you're a large person (290lbs or more), bathroom toilet area may be a bit snug. These are not complaints, only observations that may interest others. Had friends who stayed at Veranda Beach in a townhouse and did not like it (3 stories!) Our grandkids did not want to leave. We would go back.

We spent a week along with another family, total 4 adults and 2 kids, during the last week of August. The house was perfect for the 6 of us, very clean, well stocked, cozy and nice, with plenty of room for 6 and the plus of fantastic concord grapes hanging from the patio.
The host, Lynn, was great. The week before our planned stay, we were worried about the air quality in the area due to large wildfires in Canada. I inquired her about moving the dates in case we decided not to make it, she was very responsive and flexible to accommodate for changes. Eventually we decided to go, and I'm glad we did as we enjoyed beautiful weather and no smoke. Lynn let our kids play with a peddle boat sitting in her backyard and that, along with a rope swing hanging from the beautiful Willow tree in the backyard, kept the kids busy and happy most of the time.
During our stay we did explore a little bit of the area. Molson ghost town was really nice, it has an nice museum, the lady at the museum was a nice lady that told us stories about the region and the history of the town. The town itself is quite well preserved and shows a good insight of the life back in time.
Oroville is very quite, but it has a supermarket and a couple of options for dinner. Very close by is the village of Osoyoos, it is more touristic and developed than Oroville. We visited the Nk'Mip Desert Cultural Center and dine at one of the numerous Wineries that are scattered in the area.
Our kids will definitively want to go back next year. :-)

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes pots and pans etc. There was even a griddle which was great for breakfasts. The
Yard was well kept and the lake was great. The bottom stair into the lake was slippery but we cleaned it up. Just watch for it when you first go in. Water shoes are great idea.
Thanks Lynn we enjoyed our time

My sisters and their husbands all enjoyed their relaxing time off as much as my husband and I did at Lynn's place! We kayaked twice across the lake to spend time in a lagoon-river area at the end of Lake Osoyoos. It was very easy kayaking, and we were able to see bald eagles just 20 feet away, along with osprey, lake otter, muskrat, and plenty of small bass fish to catch and release. We also spent time biking in the wine country of Oliver, B.C., which is just a short distance away. Even though the weather was unseasonably cool that three days, we still found lots to do and enjoy. Lynn is a wonderful hostess, and we would be happy to rent from her again. Perhaps next summer!

My family of 6 stayed at lynn's wonderful home on the lake! Couldn't of asked for a better location and home to stay in. Plenty of room for all of us and just loved having my morning coffee by the lake... miss it already. Lynn was wonderful the house had everything we needed we will defiantly be back again. Thank you again Lynn and Belle!
