Treat yourself, your family and friends to a grand Key West home ideal for an extended stay on the island. This wonderful home, which has recently been completely renovated, boasts 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 bathrooms, a new modern kitchen, a living room, a dining room, an office nook, a 270 degree wrap around porch, a pool deck and a heated dipping pool/large hot tub. The house and yard are quite spacious by Key West standards. The decor, while maintaining the character of a grand old Florida Keys home, features first rate appointments such as: quartz counter tops, new plumbing fixtures, modern kitchen appliances, flat screen TVs in the living room and in all 4 bedrooms, wireless Internet, air conditioning, heat, washer, dryer, comfortable furniture and lush landscaping.The location is ideal. Situated in the peaceful Meadows neighborhood on the edge of Old Town, the house is close enough to Duval Street to access the party, but far enough to ensure quiet rest.
Picture yourself sipping a drink with your friends in the shade or sunshine on the spacious porch and pool deck, enjoying the heated dipping pool/hot tub or relaxing on the porch swing all evening after dinner. And outdoor entertaining is made easier with a half bath that opens directly onto the deck!

And special considerations have been taken to help assure you can get the recuperating rest you'll need, such as new windows, solid core doors and full insulation.

My wife and I knew we loved Key West, but now we love it more. We work remotely and decided to stay here for an extended period and 'try' living and working in our favorite place. We stayed out too late on Duval St. on work nights a few times too many.
The home was beautiful, perfectly located, had had the perfect double working desk with internet for remote workers.
With four bedrooms and three bathrooms it was obviously too large for the two of us. So we had adults and infant friends and family join us for separate long weekends. The dipping pool is the perfect size for cooling off with adult drinks. There were pool toys with floats for the infants.l
There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out around the house and wrap around porch for outdoor living. The house had everything you need plenty of pool towels, plenty of extra linens, EVERYTHING you want in a kitchen, tvs in every bedroom, pool and landscaping maintenance each week.
The owners were responsive by text, phone, and email anytime. Minor issues like the alarm system (I couldn't figure it out fast enough) and batteries in the back door lock...owners responded and/or sent maintenance immediately.
Keep an eye out for Iggy, I named him, a harmless 3ft iguana that lives in the palms around the house.
We will be back, hopefully soon.

The property was beautiful. The location was close to everything! We were able to bike downtown, but we were far enough away from the noise of Duval Street. The pool was a life saver in the July heat!

The garden area with wrap around porch was amazing! Tons of different seating in various locations around the deck area with great foliage. The entire family enjoyed the pool. We thought it was going to be too small but that was not the case. The kids played for hours in the pool almost every day. The driveway fit our large F150 in it, although there was ample street parking at all times during the month of May. We brought our bikes and there is plenty of room to store them.
The inside was very well equipped, clean, and even cuter than pictured. Every room had very comfortable beds (this was important to us). The 2 master bedrooms were large and wonderful. The internet was very fast and the office area and small desk in the 3rd bedroom were perfect. Our 2 kids did Zoom school simultaneously while my husband and I worked with zero internet issues. The A/C worked very well at cooling the house as there are 2 units for maximum cooling. The large washer and dryer worked great and is conveniently located in the large shed outside (keeps inside cooler and plenty of room in the shed).
Fabulous owner communication and a fabulous stay!

A Month in Quarantine Paradise
My family and I spent June 2020 in this beautiful home. The home is lovely and the wrap around porch was a beautiful location for me to work remotely as well as relax surrounded by tropical landscaping. The pool was the perfect size for cooling off during a hot day or enjoying a relaxing night under the stars. While we were still trying to practice social distancing we could walk everywhere from this central location. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for family dinners. We loved our time there and will definitely be back again.

Beautiful home in Old Town
We stayed in this beautiful home for all of August 2017. The house itself is just gorgeous! Wonderfully appointed and well maintained. The owners were great to deal with to boot! Our family of four chose to park the car in the off-street parking spot and bike everywhere we wanted to go.... it was perfect. You really don't need a car in Ket West other than for day trips or to make larger grocery runs. We'd highly recommend this home to friends and family.

There is so much to do in Key West and this location is in the center of everything. We rented bicycles for the month and left the car in the driveway. The homeowner had every detail covered, from having different types of glasses for different beverages to towels for the shower and towels for the pool. For those who want to stay connected to the outside world, the home has a nice desk area with wireless internet and a wireless printer.
The home has been completely renovated and the kitchen is modern as well as all the bathrooms. Yet it is full of Key West charm including Dade Pine on the walls.
The home is in Old Town but at a quiet end. It is a one mile bike ride to Duval Street where there is nightlife, bars and restaurants. We mostly rode bikes and left the car at the house. The house is also very convenient to New Town where there is more conventional shopping like Publix and Walgreens. It is about a 3 minute drive to those stores.
Key West is magical. And this home made it so comfortable - we felt like we really lived there.

Any thing that you need or desire has been thought of and supplied in advance for your comfort. Including games, a small library, internet access, stereo system, flat screen led TVs. And best of all a heated spa/pool with a water feature out on the ample deck. There is also a wraparound porch complete with a swing.
The neighborhood is quiet and well cared for yet only a short bike ride to all the action.

Wonderful house, great location and spacious
We were five adults and 3 kids, and we never felt crowded or uncomfortable. The house had everything:
· A great location on a beautiful street, in a lovely neighborhood
· Plenty of bedrooms, all spacious and comfortable, with top-of –the-line mattresses, individual TV’s, etc.
· A large and fully equipped kitchen, which enabled us to whip up terrific meals of local seafood and produce
· Very comfortable and beautifully furnished living spaces, where we could all relax and have plenty of room to read, watch TV, play games or just talk
· A wrap-around porch, to sit and read; and a back-yard patio where we dined al fresco in the moonlight
· Perfect internet connection so everyone could plug in their computers
· A dipping pool which was ideal for a quick dip for the adults, and for the 2 boys – 4 and 11 – a world of fun
· First-rate air conditioning, lovely – and well cared for – plantings
All in all, it was a great place!
