This beautiful 3 story custom built log home is available again this summer.
GreyWood is located in a wonderful location with nearby views of Glacier National Park. It is situated on 3 acres of meadows, a large lawn and a live stream which runs through the property . Spacious wrap around decks and covered porches give everyone in your group privacy and room for your gatherings. 20' cathedral ceilings and expansive windows enhance your views of the mountains. Ample on-site parking is available for 4 vehicles. Ask about the separate fully furnished, apartment, downstairs, for GreyWood booking guests only! Additional fee is required.

GreyWood is adjacent to the Glacier Park Lodge golf course and is also within close walking distance to art galleries, gift shops, restaurants and grocery stores. A convenient trailhead into GNP is merely 10 minutes walking from the front door. The massive historic Glacier Park Lodge and its famous flower gardens, park presentations and fine dining are a few blocks down the street. The recently renovated log train depot adjacent to the Lodge boosts a colorful history of East Glacier Park’s beginnings. This is a fully functioning station servicing Amtrack with destinations to Whitefish, Seattle, and Chicago.

A short drive north allows you access into three entrances into GNP: Two Medicine, St. Mary's (Going-to-the Sun Road), and Many Glacier Hotel. Some guests even enjoy crossing the border into Canada and visiting Waterton National Park. (Remember to bring your passports)

Our large family rented two other homes in the neighborhood for a week of fun at glacier national Park. This particular home with its lovely and spacious outdoor decking and decking by the grill were perfect for outdoor gatherings. The host was entirely communicative with us answering every question we had an utterly prompt fashion.. highly recommended

The river is so close you can see and hear it. The glacier Lodge is in walking distance, so convenient. The kitchen is fully stocked with any dish you might needed. Tana is a wonderful host. I will recommend this house to everyone. Thank you, Tana

We had a great week at this lovely house! The host quickly replies if you have questions. The washer and dryer was a bonus so we did not have to pack much. We loved the location because you can enter Going to the Sun road from St. Mary’s and do not have to have a reserved pass. Highly recommended .

This property is amazing. The backyard is basically the NP and even has a river running through it. The house is well maintain, gorgeously decorated, and tons of room. Tana is a very responsive host, although we had no need to reach out to her during the stay. She even arranged for a neighbor to bring us a freshly made pie.

Tana’s house was perfect for our group of 8 adults (4 couples.) The basement apartment is a great perk. As it allowed us to invite a 4th couple to join us. The house is beautiful, with a lot of amenities. We had everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were very comfortable. We were gone most of the day hiking. So we didn’t have time to enjoy the wonderful outdoor space. We would definitely stay at Tana’s house again.

The house was amazing and located close to the park's east side entrances. We stayed here with family and had plenty of room for two kids and four adults to eat sleep and play. The large decks were great for grilling and relaxing and the huge living room was great for card games and family fun. We can't recommend this place enough. It was beautiful, clean, and the owner, Tana was super responsive and a great host!

We enjoyed our stay at Graywood. We were greeted with a yummy fruit pie made by a local baker to share at our family reunion. Such a thoughtful touch. The view and setting are exceptional. The child gates were a plus as we had a 2 year old in our party. The dishwasher was not functional most of our stay, but the owner Tana R. Was able to get it fixed the last day of our stay, which made clean up easier. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Tana’s home was the perfect location for the Glacier Half Marathon and our group of 10 friends (used her finished basement). The home is more beautiful in person and spotless! The front deck for dinner and the back porch were ideal and lovely. Kitchen is very well stocked. We ran by the house on Mile 12! The home is located 1.5 hours away from Logan Pass and Many Glacier Hotel. 4 min walk to East Glacier Lodge.

Great location for visiting Glacier NP. The home was clean and had all the necessities and then some. The home is situated at the top of a slope where a creek runs and you can see the mountains from the back porch. There is a golf green on one side and neighbors on another. The view from the main room was creek, trees and mountains. A really lovely spot. What really stood out to me was this, I reached out to the host to see about a baby gate for the stay since I have a 1 year old. She went out of her way to purchase and install the gates prior to our arrival. Just thoughtful and helped me relax a little while we were staying there. I would definitely stay here again. Glacier has so much to offer and I found this place to be the perfect hub.

Beautiful setting. Awesome view of Glacier NP and the surrounding Rockies. Lovely clean house. We enjoyed listening to the creek right off of the back deck and watching the sun set over the mountains. Very nice bed in the master and high quality linens. We will definitely be back. Our kids live in NY and Las Vegas and we live in Texas. We try to vacation with them every year or two. This has been our favorite trip so far. The house was a perfect jumping off spot to visit Glacier National Park, Whitefish Mountain Resort, and Columbia Falls. The house itself is beautiful, was spotless, and the setting was perfect. There was a stream in the back of the house and I enjoyed sitting on the back deck listening to the sounds of the water, so relaxing. We loved sitting on the deck viewing the stars, just amazing. The apartment downstairs was perfect. My sister and her boyfriend stayed in it. It was as beautiful as the rest of the house. You can tell the owners love this house. Tana was very friendly, informative, and went out of her way to make sure our stay was wonderful.

Given that Glacier is so big and our focus was hiking and fishing,, the East side was perfect for our family. Kitchen and home was very well outfitted, clean, and the nice laundry room was quite helpful after the hikes and one day of rain. We cooked nearly every night and had all we needed. Host Tana was great in corresponding to my questions. Everyone love the place, we only wish we hand't cut our stay to just 4 days as we needed 2 more days to explore more of the park. We would definitely recommend Greywood for a larger group that still needs some space :)

Perfect location for access to Glacier National Park! The house is extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed spending time on the private back deck with an awesome view. The open floor plan was perfect and felt spacious even with seven adults. Tana is an excellent host - always communicated promptly and offered helpful updates for our trip. Highly recommend this property!

Greywood is right in the heart of East Glacier Village and was the perfect spot for us to maximize our exploration of the East side of the park. The property is very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The setting is magnificent and Tana is a great host. Highly recommend Greywood to anyone looking to stay on the East side of Glacier National.

The property is beautiful and is in a great location. You can take hikes right from the property and it is a short ride to two medicine lake! The house has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay! We highly recommended staying at Greywood!

Very nicely appointed home with accurate description of features and amenities and a responsive owner in Tana. Excellent location near one of the main entrances to East Glacier National Park. Great outdoor spaces in front yard as well as back deck. We enjoyed our 4-day stay and would return again. Highly recommend.
