You have more than enough space in this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo up on the 4th Floor. The master King bedroom has great views and your own entrance to the patio plus the master bath has a nice large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen & twin with a bathroom that has a nice updated tub/shower combo. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The Kitchen is stocked and you have anything you would need to cook a meal, updated and clean.
The Living Room is perfect for gathering in front of the 55" inch Flat Screen. Your balcony has spectacular ocean views of the Atlantic Ocean. Shorewood 436 has all the comforts of home, wireless internet and flat screen TVs.

Seashore never dissappoints! We have used your service several times and have enjoyed every single rental! We love shorewood! Its distance to coligny is so convenient. The grounds are kept immaculate. The condos have everything you would need. The pool is beautiful! And if you have the slightest problem you have someone there in 5 minutes to fix it! Everyone is so nice too! I even have some friends using seashore now.

My family had a wonderful experience at Shorewood 436. We’ve been to Shorewood a few times, but this was our first experience with this particular condo. Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of space. It would have been nice to see a bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom replace the single bed. The queen bed in that room was nice. The master bedroom was nice as well. The kitchen was fully stocked and the living room was comfortable. The exterior balcony lights were not working, but we didn’t mind and let the management company know.

We absolutely loved the location and views, checkin and check out process was great! The only complaint I have is that the condo was not cleaned very well…jelly was all over the drawer handles and splatters of something all over above the cabinets and on kitchen ceiling, bathroom vanity drawers were also dirty inside…I really do hate to complain but we have stayed at Shorewood for the last 4 years and have never had an issue but this was the dirtiest that we have stayed in thus far, I just feel for the price it should be clean

Overall it was nice but I don't think we'll choose Shorewood over Ocean One again. The property manager was overbearing the entire time. I don't pay 3000 bucks for a week at a place to be yelled at by a guy with a bullhorn about stupid rules that don't make sense when I'm trying to relax by the pool.

Property overall is great. Great location(beachfront, close to shops and restaurants, central island location), great pool, and well manicured property. Inside the unit was spacious and, for the most part, clean. Furniture is different than pictures, but nice. I would stay here again if travelling to HHI.

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at Shorewood! Great location and weather. The place was perfect for location at Hilton Head and the weather was nice. The only downside was the house could have been cleaner and the hot tub wasn’t working for most of our stay. We would definitely come back for another stay. Thanks for having us!

We traveled with three kids under 11. This place met our needs. It was overwhelming to search all of the units in HHI, and I found myself being over critical about places. This unit did its job. The positives: Great location (we could walk to ice cream). Private beach access (closer to an outside bathroom). Great pool (zero entry was nice for our 3-yr old.) Keyless entry to property (didn't think we needed it, but OMG it was convenient). Nice TV and living room area. (Kids watched a movie from the drawer one night and I secretly loved the 360 chairs).The negatives: A wobbly dining room table (we told them, it's probably fixed by now). Honestly the owners may want to upgrade the King bed and frame. I slept well enough, my spouse less so. Also, we dropped something under the kids bed, when I got down to retrieve it,the area under the bed was very dusty and I found a pill from a previous stay (looked like Excedrin). Cleaning crew just needs a periodic sweep under the beds.Overall, we'd stay here again. We had everything we needed. Fixtures are adequate. No it doesn't have fancy brushed nickel faucets, but we didn't need that, and I think that was my overpickiness coming through when I was searching for units. The charging station was a nice idea, but lacked usb-c charger that fit our phones.

We've come to Hilton Head for our summer vacation for well over 20 years. We love Shorewood Villas for many reasons - location, proximity to the ocean and pool, plus more. This was our first time in unit 436. Overall, it was fine. It could use some updating, especially the bathrooms. It was clean for the most part, but it could use a SERIOUS DEEP CLEAN. It had wonderful extras, like beach chairs, a cart and even a Cool Cabana. We brought our own though. New carpet and rugs, mattresses in bedrooms are needed.

Amazing View
The view was absolutely beautiful. The property, pool, access to the beach and of course the beach itself could not be beat! The cleaning service could do a little better on mirrors and floors especially, otherwise the condo was very clean and had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation! We will definitely return!

Our experience with Seashore Vacations is always great, we have been using them for the past 5-6 years we have been coming to Hilton Head. The condo was in need of some updating, especially the kitchen floors. We felt the cleaning should have been better than it was, but overall satisfied.

When we booked this place, we specifically asked about cleanliness as our stay was doing Covid-19. We were assured that extra cleaning would be done. Upon arrival, we realized this was one of the dirtiest condos we have rented....There was food on the counters, on the floor, in the fridge, the patio had not been cleaned, etc. It should be noted that we were offered to have a crew come and clean but we spend an hour doing it ourselves.
The condo is in need of updating - cabinets in kitchen and master bathroom are falling apart, there was mold in bathroom, the small patio tables should be replaced.
The view is outstanding and the furniture had been nicely updated.
Another blemish (nothing to do with condo) was loud music being played directly underneath us. When we called management company, they did not bother to call back. So it can get very loud in the condo.

5 Star Condo
My family and I visit HHI once a year. Colgny Plaza is my favorite area to stay, shopping, restaurants and ice cream shops! The location of the condo was great, a nice quick walk to Colgny plaza and steps to the ocean. The condo was beautiful and very clean, it had everything we needed. This property is well maintained and looking down from the balcony, the landscaping looks like you are in the Caribbean. The condo has a beautiful view from the master bedroom and balcony, it over looks the grounds, pool and ocean. We had plenty of space for our family. The management team was very responsive, friendly and professional! Check in and check out process was super easy! Highly recommend Shorewood condos. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful condo, great location
Such a great space for our family of five. We really enjoyed the amenities at Shorewood as well. The construction the last day was a bit noisy, but that would be my only complaint. We’d definitely consider staying here again. So convenient to everything.

Condo had everything we needed for our family of five! Great views from the balcony and master bedroom. Kitchen is well-stocked with plates, utensils, pots, etc. TVs were nice and WiFi worked well. Easy parking. Pool was closed due to COVID-19 restrictions but the property grounds looked nice. Great location, convenient to restaurants and shopping. We hope to return!

Overall, great condo on the beach walkable to everything. The property grounds are well-maintained and we had all we needed for a 4-night stay within the unit. Beautiful view of the beach/ocean from the balcony. A bit of a walk from the condo to the beach (with chairs, coolers, fishing rods, etc) but doable. Only issue we had was elevator broke down with 2-days left in the trip and service did not come out. 5 flights of stairs got old quickly. Rental co. was great and responsive. We would rent here again.

We found this perfectly placed unit in impeccable condition. Everything was labeled and easy to find. Both bedrooms featured nice comfortable beds and linens. You are a short walk from the pool and hot tub ,but far enough away not to hear any noise emanating from that area . We will definitely be renting this unit again!!

We found the condo exceptionally clean with all the conveniences of home available to us. The check was quick and available prior to 4 pm for my family. Everything was in excellent working order. My only complaint is at 0945 the cleaning lady stood outside the condo with her children as we tried to load our luggage to vacate the the condo. We will visit again soon.

We LOVE visiting Hilton Head and have stayed at Shorewood three times now. We've refined the location of the condos we stay in to a particular area of the community to give us the best stay possible. 436 is located on an elevated floor to allow for the magnificent view you see in the picture. The location couldn't be more perfect. The actual condo is perfectly livable, but could do with some updates and premium touches. The furniture is quite dated and the bedding/pillows are on the low end and aren't very cosy. We also had a bit of a problem getting into the condominium when we first arrived due to the keyless dead-bolt lock malfunctioning. A fellow from the management company actually had to stop by and break into the front door. After that, the front door lock should have been fixed and properly re-housed into the door but it wasn't. Fortunately, the gated community is very secure and we didn't feel at all threatened, so we didn't pursue the issue. We did feel that the management company might have offered us some kind of credit, or something after being locked out for the first hour of our stay... other than that, the stay was first class and couldn't be beat :)
