The stunning 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, single level home is located 7 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, and just a minute from some of the trendiest dining spots in town! The backyard paradise has room to enjoy the private sports court, putting green, children’s playground or relax on the daybed or designer loungers by the heated pool & spa (pool fence available). We supply Frontgate rafts & pool loungers, kid’s vests, toys, pool towels and more! Our outdoor space is also home to an outdoor dining area, family games, and a fire table with lounge chairs, a perfect area for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Our well-appointed home gives you ample space to enjoy, including 2 living room areas and a chef’s style kitchen with high end appliances, perfect for entertaining! Don’t feel like cooking? We can help coordinate on site chef’s dinners and catering, just ask!

• Please no extra house guests staying the night, all guests must be named at time of reservation. Having undisclosed guests would be in violation with our house rules and you could be asked to leave without refund
• No illegal activities on the property
• Pool & yard crews will be on the property on Fridays. They will remain outside, and this is considered mandatory maintenance
• Indoor & outdoor pest maintenance occurs monthly; we try to schedule while guests are not at the home but sometimes it is out of our control and is considered mandatory upkeep
• No climbing on the pool waterfall
• Pool floats, children's toys, and sports equipment need to be returned to their proper place, not doing so will result in additional cleaning fees.

Our extended family spent a week and found the property to be in excellent condition with a well stocked kitchen, home supplies and especially well stocked garage with toys, games, and bicycles. We spent a lot of time in the pool, playing Pickleball, kids soccer and corn hole. The home is centrally located in the Scottsdale Paradise Valley region. Plenty of outdoor parking and one indoor garage space if desired. Property owners and employees are very responsive. Best property we rented in the area.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for a long weekend and couldn't have been happier. The house has everything you could ever imagine from games to cooking equipment to outdoor equipment like lawn games, pickleball paddles and pool floats. There were 11 of us and we always had plenty to do and it never felt crowded due to the huge amount of room. Check-in was informative and all communication was quick and easy. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful, sprawling property for a week and we couldn't have been more pleased. We had eight adults and four children, ranging in age from 66 to 6 months, and every one of us had a wonderful experience. It truly is a family friendly home, with a backyard full of things to do - pool, hot tub, playground, ping-pong table, pickle ball court and room to run. We were especially pleased with all of the gear for children, including two cribs, pool toys and floats, toys, bikes, stroller, etc. Except for my niece's wedding, we didn't leave this beautiful home very much at all. The home is so roomy that we all had our own personal space and we didn't feel crowded at all.
We had a small issue with the pool and hot tub heater, but the owners were diligent in doing their best to get it fixed and refunded one night's stay because of the issue. They even had Crumbl cookies delivered to our group for our inconvenience. That was a big hit with everyone!
We will be returning to this gorgeous property whenever we find ourselves in Scottsdale again.

This house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need to keep 2 toddlers happy and entertained (in a 5 star environment). The master suite is so large that we joked it was it’s own house. There are 2 incredible walk in closets in the master that are each the size of a small bedroom. We had our toddler sleep in one of the closets in the cribs provided by the house. Everyone had a blast - this will definitely be our go-to place to stay in Scottsdale!

We loved our family stay! This house has everything you need, especially with kids. The pool was great, the playground was great, the basketball was fun, and we really appreciated the toys in the garage. Due to COVID, we weren't' able to explore the nearby restaurants and commercial areas, but it looks like there is a lot just a few minutes in the car. The immediate neighborhood is good for walks to see the huge and often beautiful houses. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful.

We had a fantastic week in Paradise Valley! The house was beyond perfect. From the beautiful pool, pickle ball/basketball court, ping pong table, and swing set. The gorgeous patio with an amazing barbecue, fire pit, and dining table. The inside of the house is absolutely gorgeous with enough bedrooms for our entire family to spread out. The master bedroom is a dream with a sitting area with fireplace and a tremendous bathroom. The location of the house couldn't be any better. Close to many restaurants and attractions. This was out first family vacation since the onset of Covid and we all couldn't have asked for anything more ideal! Lastly, the communication with Devin and Aisha were more than perfect.

We rented this home for a getaway with family and friends. It was perfect. Everything about this home was fantastic. There was a ton of space for everyone and the location was excellent. The home was loaded with everything you could ever ask for from a fully stocked kitchen to a workout area to the spectacular backyard space. If you are hesitating on this property….don’t! It is absolutely amazing in every way. The listing is very accurate and the house has every amenity possible. Our family, including 6 adults and 2 kids (7,11) stayed for a week very comfortably! Aisha is amazing and did a great job Of touring us around the house. The owners are very open to communication and gracious in every way! The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need for cooking or baking. The bedrooms are set up perfectly with more than enough bathrooms. Bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body washes available for use. Plenty of towels and linens. Beds are new and very comfortable. Full laundry meant that we did all of ours before we came home and unpacking was a breeze! The living spaces are tremendous. Outdoors is really were paradise is on this property- we spent almost all of our time out here including eating at the huge dining table. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Our kids LOVED the pickle ball and tennis courts and ping pong table. The garage is stocked with every possible pool toy, kids toy, workout gear you might want or need! We even found fruit trees in the back of the property to make limeade slushees. There are restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping in close proximity. It’s a short 10 minute drive to the outdoor boardwalk (Odessea aquarium, Pangea, and butterfly wonderland). This house gave my family from all over the country a week of bliss, quiet (even with 2 kids), and happiness. You won’t regret giving it a try!

Property was amazing. Was even bigger than it appears in the pictures. We were there with 9 people, 1 of which was in a wheelchair and two little kids. The place was able to accommodate us perfectly. Plenty of space for for everyone. And the grounds/location were excellent. Spent most of the time in the backyard with the pool, basketball/tennis court, playset with the kids, etc. Perfect place for a family with young kids, they have pretty much every item you could think of (cribs, high chairs, toddler toilet seat, bumpers for the beds, toys, etc.) Would be lucky to stay here again.

The house was perfect to accommodate 10 girls. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The rooms were comfortable. The outdoor area has lots to keep you entertained. The garage is amazing with lot of toys and pool items. The workout area has everything you could need.
The only things that we noticed were it would have been nice to add more chairs by the pool, the pool gets dirty quickly from all the beautiful flowers in the yard and we could not figure out if there was outdoor lighting in the yard.

Relaxation in Paradise
My wife and I wanted a quick weekend away from the OC madness so we took a quick flight to Scottsdale for some relaxation by the pool, golf, dinner and drinks. The location of this one of kind property was perfectly located and well appointed. We appreciate the owners opening their beautiful home to us and we would highly recommend this estate to any future travelers, ourselves included.

If I could rate this property 10 stars, I would do it. As beautiful as it looks online, it is even better in person. No expense has been spared nor detail overlooked in pursuit of the comfort of their guests. Came down for the collector car auctions. The house as well as the location was perfect for all our needs. Everything was perfect including the amenities for our baby granddaughter. The back yard was amazing and was enjoyed by all. Communication with owners was exceptional and Aisha was very helpful at checkin and was able to give recommendations for things to do in the area. We would definitely rent this amazing house again.

Perfect home for our multi-generational family gathering.
This property far exceeded our expectations. Traveling with nine adults and four grandkids (8 and under), we were so pleased with the amenities this property had to offer. From the swimming pool to the playground to all the toys in the garage, the kids had hours of entertainment at their fingertips. They loved it so much that they didn't want to leave the property (or go to bed)! The adults enjoyed the hot tub, pickleball court, and sitting by the outdoor fireplace. We enjoyed viewing all the college bowl games from the many TV options and cooking in a kitchen that could accommodate our whole family. Many family memories were made during our stay that we didn't want to end. We highly recommend this rental for a large family group that wants to spend quality time together.

We had a wonderful time during our short stay! The house is wonderful, with many amenities, many of which are not listed. Eight adults in our party and the accomadations fit everyone perfectly. Highlight was the conversion of a VRBO naysayer into a fully converted enthusiast ready to book next year.

This was a wonderful property, very well equipped for both children and adults. The pool was the perfect size, and the play structure, basketball and the tennis court was great for our child. My whole family loved our vacation property!
This was our second stay on Mockingbird! And we hope to return next year. The house was fabulous! Clean and welcoming! Toys for the kids! We never wanted to leave for outtings. All appliances top of the line. Bedrooms so comfy. Backyard: fire pit, pool, spa, swing set, tennis court all in top shape plus the garage had all the toys, bikes and supplies anyone could ever need. WE ARE BIG FANs. And a plus...easy to communication with managers!

Everything we could have asked for on a family vacation
We just returned from our stay and while we are still recovering from the jet lag and traveling with kids the memories we made at this house will keep us feeling good for a long time! I have to review as I am notoriously underwhelmed when arriving at VRBOs or even hotels. This house was so much more than I thought it was going to be. We stayed with my two kids (ages 3 and 1) and sister and her family (ages 2 and 6 months) along with my parents and two younger unmarried siblings. The house was perfect for every age. So family friendly! The pool was gated and the perfect size for the kids. (The only issue there was a lot of bees in the waterfall and my daughter got stung twice so be cautious if allergic). The house had so much to offer to kept the kids busy (playground, came with two cribs, pool toys, bikes for us to ride). We made S'mores by the fire pit at night while listening to music and spending quality time outdoors. I would definitely rent again. The owners were so responsive (thank you for answering all my questions). I would highly recommend (although i almost want to keep it a secret)! Fantastic vacation.

Even better than the pictures
This house is very large, well appointed, and very comfortable. The owners are from the Midwest but they have a local manager who seems to pay close attention. It has 2 King suites plus 3 other Queen bedrooms. 2 spacious living rooms, a well equipped kitchen and a HUGE backyard with just about everything one could want. The pool is not overly large but has a nice waterfall and hot tub. The main King master bedroom is bigger than many houses, with the largest master bath I have ever seen. The house is close to markets, restaurants, golf courses and hiking. Great place for families!
