While the location and neighborhood were fine, we had a few minor issues. Of the issues was the amount of small ants crawling around on the floor. We did notice some ant traps out, but it did not seem to be helping. The other issue, and the most important, was the upstairs was rented out by a group of gentlemen. They were extremely loud and one of the people involved in our party left at midnight last night because she cannot sleep due to their noise level. For the price we paid for this place and with the noise issue, I feel that we are entitled to a slight refund. Thank you.

Looking to travel Walla Walla/College Place and surrounding areas this is a great location to stay. You will get exercise climbing the stairs, so be prepared. The home has plenty of room to relax and be comfortable.

We are seniors and had no idea that the property was very challenging with the accessibility. The concrete stairs were steep and we had to make several trips up and down the stairs with our luggage and coolers. The pea gravel was very difficult to drag our luggage and coolers through. There was no mention on the website description that accessibility may be an issue. The scenic view was in the neighbors kitchen.
Also, the thermostat for the lower unit was located upstairs and we had no control. We had to call the owners to adjust it.

The house is very cozy and has everything you need and furniture is all very comfortable. It is in a good central location for everything and the neighborhood is quite. The stairs carrying your stuff down and then back up when you leave is a work out especially walking through the pea gravel is a work out, It would be nice if the fireplace worked. It is a great place to stay after a busy day!

Over all, it was great! plenty of cookwear, quiet, clean, and great size! The only thing i would have changed would be adding the amount or stairs outside to get to the unit. (it was fine for us, but if you have bad knees or walking ability, it might not be a good fit for you)

The interior of the apartment was nice and as pictured. The couches in particular are very comfortable. Just be aware that it is the bottom floor of a house. When we were there, we could hear the activity in the upstairs apartment very clearly. The two couples that were renting above did stay up later than we were intending and were a bit loud. Earplugs took care of the issue and I was able to sleep just fine. Also, make sure to have your cell phone light ready to go, the lights getting down the stairs are solar and ran out of power around 8. It was quite dark going down the stairs on our first night when we arrived late.
Overall a very comfortable spot and convenient to where we needed to go.

Checked in 2 hours late because it was not clean. We had bought groceries and were expecting to make dinner and relax after 12 hours of traveling. Instead, we had to incur the expense of dinner out. The cleaning lady was apologetic, and the house was very clean, but the property manager did not notify us we couldn't check in on time. Grill didn't work. Not pleased with the management of this property.

I loved the kitchen and back porch. Sitting outside in the mornings was so nice.

The unit was well furnished, very clean & nice all around. There are several stairs to get down to the unit, so I recommend not bringing a lot of stuff to pack in & out, and it is not suitable to anyone who doesn't get around well .

Space, great kitchen for high level cooking, comfortable sofa (very beautiful and very comfortable). Everything here is awsome. I loved having a bath with bubbles too. Garden smaller than expected compared to the photo but all closed and private. Parking not in front and a stair to get to the door.

Great for families
We loved this home for the most part, it was clean, accommodated our family very well and had everything we needed for our stay. No one was above us during our stay so noise above us was not an issue, the only downside was there is no thermostat downstairs so you have no control of how hot/cold it was in the house. It got very cold at night, and the gas fireplace did not work. We found a space heater in the master bedroom closet which worked okay for the room with the kids in it but the rest of the house was cold.

Wine Country stay
Accommodations were great. Perfect set-up for two couples who want their own bathrooms. Very Clean! Kitchen is well equipped. This is a downstairs unit so you are at the mercy of the upstairs tenants with noise and temperature control. Overall great spot for a great weekend!

Nice, clean place
The location was fine for us, the basement unit is well furnished. The only drawback is that the basement does not have any control for the thermostat as that is done in the upstairs unit. For us the middle of the night became uncomfortably warm. The house really needs a split AC system

Our 5 day Stay
Atmosphere was delightful. Clean and very modern. Lots of amenities. Convenient to the area we needed to be.
It was cold when the A/C kicked in and we had no control of the temperature.
The beds were comfortable. Plenty of toiletries, towels, and house hold items. Grill outside.
Would have enjoyed sitting out on lawn furniture, but not available.
Parking was difficult at times, as there were not always parking on the street near the house.
Beautiful little flower gardens around the house.
Our Family was able to relax there.

Nice Stay for a Wine Tasting Weekend
It matched the pictures on VRBO. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The upstairs neighbors were noisy and we could hear their loud music late at night. Street parking was easy to find. Location is close to wineries and downtown.

Overall good place just temperature issue
Overall place was nice and as advertised, only issue if unit does not have a thermostat so at the mercy of upstairs unit and place often very cold when ac on. Would be much better if had own thermostat.

4th time renting, still best deal in town
I've stayed here 4 times now. Very good value for the money. Two full size bedrooms with there own bathrooms. Large kitchen/living room/dining room area (sort of like a great room). internet is fast. Had several family dinners at the home. Highly recommend it for short or long stays.

walla walla
This is a lower unit below an upper story home. Nothing fancy and all heating is done by space heaters, but the house was just fine for what we needed. Large back yard which is nice if you had lots of kids or pets.

Wine weekends
Four friends and I stayed here for two nights for a wine weekend/birthday celebration. The only feedback we’d offer is having some plastic wrap or foil in the kitchen and the overhead vents could have been a little cleaner. We also couldn’t figure out how to turn on the fireplace, but it wasn’t really needed, the temperature inside was comfortable. Great having the fans in each room! We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious in an amazingly central location
Overall, the space was wonderful and spacious. It's laid out in a way that makes it perfect for a small group. My only complaint is that the garbage isn't closed/secure, so there were several flies in the property, and there weren't any cleaning sprays available for the countertops. Other than that, it was great!

Wine in Walla Walla
We had a great time in Walla Walla and staying at the VRBO was fine. There were a few things that should be addressed but will do that with them. Otherwise, it was a great spot. The people upstairs were nice, (although a little loud with kids and dog) but overall wonderful.

Peferfect for a single night or extended stay
Just finished a 12 day stay at this home and would gladly book it again. Home is large with two large bedroom and bath suites, as well as a large living room, kitchen/dining room area. Home has Netflix but no live tv. The home has a nice floor plan that lets everyone hang out while cooking dinner or watching tv (I had a few people over for dinner one night and everyone loved the place). Home is down a stairwell to the side of the home. This is a downstairs unit and the upstairs unit can get loud sometimes, but was not an issue for me. My biggest negatives are as follows:
1.) No temperature control in the unit. Home was a bit warm for me, but I learned to just occasionally open a window or the door if it got too warm.
2.) Kitchen stuff is limited. no measuring cups or measuring spoons. Not enough frying pans.
3.) Stairs leading to the home are treacherous when its cold and icy out. Need some friction tape.
Other than that, I loved the home, highly recommend it.

Perfect for 2 couples
2 bedrooms, each with a private bath, a nice kitchen and a comfortable living area make this a great choice for 2 couples to share. That being said, I marked it down for a number of smaller issues.
On arrival, there was nothing with any contact info for the owner or property manager, I tried emailing Vacasas address from the confirmation email but got no response. We were hoping to find out how to bump the heat up, get the fireplace to work and watch the television.
What we eventually found was that (even though it never really got to be unbearably cold) we had no access to the thermostat, which is located in the upstairs unit. The fireplace turned out to be completely inoperable, and we spent 2 days trying to get the tv to work, without success.
There is also very little sound deadening between the upstairs unit and this one.
Anyway, it's basically a pretty good property, but needs more attention to detail, particularly items advertised as amenities that can't be used. There should also be access to a property manager or someone to help if a problem arises.

A quiet place to meet friends and catch up
We found the apartment to be very comfortable and quiet. The small yard and patio were just right for chatting while enjoying a glass of wine and a plate of cheese and crackers.

The condo was very clean and comfortable to stay in. I would stay there again. We had a wonderful weekend in Walla Walla and were very glad we chose this condo to stay in.

I don't recommend
The layout and space is good and it was clean. But it's kinda shabby. But the worst thing was the noise at night. There must be zero insulation between the 2 units. It's not that the people were particularly loud but you could hear everything even with earplugs at night. Also it would've nice to have a blow dryer in each bathroom and tissues. Felt pretty low budget. There is a very long and steep staircase to get to the unit.

Great visit
Went for a wedding to Walla Walla and stayed at the house on Scenic View. Thought the house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Met Gayle (very nice) and she asked if there as anything that we needed. Great park (Lions Park) down the street and the house was only a few minutes from downtown Walla Walla. Parking was a bit of a problem one night but other than that all was great.

A beautiful place
We love WW and part of it is this beautiful home we rented. We spent a week here for a music camp this summer and The place was clean, cool and well equipped. It was very cosy and outdoors the backyard was a great place to hang out when kids were sleeping. Temp cooled down at night while almost at 100F during the day. We definitely recommend this place and Walla Walla itself!

Huge and comfortable apartment
This full-size unit has 2 master en-suites + full-size living room and kitchen. Nicely furnished, though the bed was not the best. (I'm spoiled with my Tempurapedic). Large windows facing a private back yard in this basement unit made it feel like a home. Short drive to the center of town. The only "issue" was requesting check-in just 1 hour earlier than their standard 4pm was denied even though it was vacant the nice prior. We showed up at 3pm anyway and got in just fine. Perfect for 4 adults. I'd stay here again.

Probably geared more for people with Dogs
The place wasn't bad, but I've been spoiled with some pretty nice with other rental services at great prices. Overall the stay was average for us compared to other rentals, which is why I gave it a 3 star.
The place was clean, but not a lot of details on the amenities. The 2 main issues we came across were: #1 the AC is not controllable, after we sent management a message the AC was turned on, but there were times we would have liked to have made the place a bit cooler and couldn't do this without another message to management. #2 the check-in information said we would have 2 dedicated parking spots, this is not true, it's just standard street parking.
The walk to the bottom area has stone gravel prior to the stairs. I would recommend to the owners to add some larger stepping stones, since it's a bit unstable when carrying luggage.
Per my title, it would be a pretty good place if you had dogs, since I've stayed in hotels that allowed dogs and this was definitely better then places I've stayed.
