This was an amazing place for our family! The house was so well equipped and spacious. The pickle ball court and river access were the best part of our stay.

The Bridge House was absolutely wonderful! We used it as a base to visit Sequoyah National Park. Our family included 4 teenagers and they also loved this house. They played pickleball, volleyball and ping pong. We also loved exploring the river right across the street. It was a wonderful house for a family. We really felt like Robin thought of everything. It was very clean and the beds and towels were awesome! We have stayed in a lot of houses through the years, and never has one been so well stocked. She even had a freshly baked load of bread waiting for us when we arrived We cooked dinner each night at the house and the kitchen had everything! I just really have nothing negative to say. If you are in the area pick this place!

This is the perfect house for your base of operations to explore Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The house is just a few miles from the entrance to Sequoia National Park and it is very convenient to many shops and restaurants in Three Rivers. Robin had everything we needed in the house and we lacked for nothing in terms of supplies. We absolutely loved playing volleyball on the court next to the house and my mom and I had a great time playing on the pickleball court. Our family really enjoyed staying here and we would do it again in a heartbeat.

If we could give ten stars the Bridge House would get ten!!!!! We absolutely loved staying here. It was the perfect place to stay after our days in Sequoia and Kings Canyon. We are an active family and we play pickleball back home. We played several rounds of pickleball and of course used the sand volleyball court. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They thought of everything. Even a cooler!!! We wish we would have stayed here longer.

Great location to Sequoia national park. Plan was for two days in the park but one was enough to get all that we wanted to see. Decided to spend the extra day at the Bridge house since we loved it there. Pickle ball was the main attraction.. House is a great place for families with the game room (ping ping, darts, cornhole, etc.) But wow, that pickle ball court with the gazebo right next to the river was just awesome. We walked over to Sierra subs for lunch and then buckaroo diner for dinner. Some great places to walk to right off the main highway.

This property wowed us from the moment we walked in! It was so clean, the kitchen was stocked beautifully, high quality appliances, homemade sourdough bread, board games in the closet, and ping pong in the games garage. My teens loved it! The summertime water was a little off-putting and the water pressure was a little erratic, but the drinking water that was provided was excellent. The only problem I had was that the biggest bedroom doesn't seem to get as cool as the rest of the house, and I run hot while I'm sleeping, but the rest of my party was comfortable. The best part was the proximity to the park(s)! We got some awesome hiking in during the day, then could relax and recharge in the evening. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous place! Close to the entrance of Sequoia. We so enjoyed the winter wonderland of Sequoia and then returned to the Bridge house to play volleyball and pickleball. The home was immaculate, comfortable and well-stocked. You literally walk across the pickleball court and you are at the river. Wish we could have stayed longer!

SUPER CLEAN, comfortable, spacious, warm, beautiful & close to Sequoia National Park. Took the kids for a couple days of hiking and exploring. I’ve never felt so at home in someone else’s house. It had everything to enjoy active days, restful nights, healthy homemade meals, and all the conveniences of home on the road. I really can’t overstate how perfect this was for our family adventure.

I can’t say enough good things about this property.
First off- Robin, the property manager was amazing. She was so responsive, answered all my questions, took care of little requests we had and even left us fresh baked bread at check in.
The house was VERY clean when we checked in.
The rooms were spacious and well appointed. No details were over looked.
We loved the property- so much to do- from basketball to badminton, sitting by the river to cool off or enjoying some relaxing time inside with a book.
The location to Sequoia couldn’t have been better.
We had such a fun family trip to Three Rivers and would love to return to stay here.

Amazing property with everything you could possibly need. Loved the space, how updated it was, and location right next to the parks. I've never stayed in such a well appointed and stocked rental. Also loved the loaf of bread that greeted us upon arrival. Thanks so much!

The Bridge house was great!
My family was looking to go away for a few days to sequoia, and the bridge house was everything we were looking for. Excellent location, clean, well stocked, plus the kids loved the swingset, and Robin was a great host, easy to communicate with and very helpful. (She even baked us a fresh loaf of sourdough bread!)
I would definitely recommend the bridge house to anyone coming to this area.

Fantastic property and location. Super convenient to local shops and the market. Had all the amenities you need to enjoy cooking in and spacious to stretch out and relax. We definitely plan on returning in the future to explore more trails of Sequoia Park and try out the lake adventures.

We had a wonderful stay at Bridge House. The house is very well appointed, super clean, perfect location to sequoia national park and loved having access to the river. Robin is truly a super host and exceeded our expectations. You will not be disappointed staying at the bridge house.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It accommodated our family of 10 consisting of 6 adults and 4 children. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked the majority of our dinners at the house. The kids enjoyed the playground structure. Adults enjoyed the lovely porch and the gazebo across the road as we wound down from a day of hiking in the park. Access to Sequoia is very convenient from Three Rivers, too bad the park road is closed so close to that entrance this year. The property manager is wonderful to work with, answering questions in a timely manner and trying to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We left with fond memories of our stay at the Bridge House.

This was perhaps our most enjoyable experience in Three Rivers yet! This house has immediate access to the heart of town, as it sits across the river from a few local attractions, but it is private and quiet at the same time. We spent our time with our friends at the brewery a short walk away, around the outdoor fire pit, and playing games on the grand dining room table.
Our sleeping arrangements allowed us all to have our own space in extreme comfort and the small touches provided by the host added to the luxury of the entire experience. In addition, our host was very response, kind, and informative throughout the whole process, taking away any and all stress of our stay!
Overall, very beautiful master bathroom, kitchen, and front porch! We will most definitely put this house at the top of our list.

Family Getaway
We had a great time at the Bridge House and the neighboring Sequoia National Forest. The house has everything you need to cook meals each evening and was very clean. Our kids loved playing on the playground and there were lots of games to enjoy after a long day in the mountain. Don’t forget your Dramamine for the car rides into the mountains though! The delicious homemade bread that our host Robin made was the cherry on top of our trip! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Unforgettable Vacation Place
It was one of the best experience we had.
The house was clean, nice and in a very nice neighborhood by the river. We had been welcomed by the property manager and she was very nice and easy to communicate. Our kids had a lot of fun playing around.

Perfect stay!
Always a great stay when our kiddos profess that they don’t want to leave. Great home and great location for hitting Seqouia and all things in the local area. Enjoyed the convenience of dinner across the River at the Buckaroo as well. House is very well taken care of and appointed with all that you would need. Our family of four had a blast and plan to be back again soon. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

Home on the road
A very good trip for three seniors. Great location for the parks. 1st visit, but from looks of it the Bridge House is quite upscale for the area. Everything in the home was great. Robin was also very helpful. A few stairs but if you plan to see the park you will see ALOT more. Nice view, good stars. Townspeople were all very friendly. Good memories!

Outstanding Property and Service!
This is an amazing property at the foot of Sequioa National Park. After a long day adventuring on the coast, we entered the property and were immediately welcomed with a nice note from management. There is a wonderful area guide to reference, plenty of indoor and outdoor games, spacious porch and seating along the river. You will not be disappointed! Plenty of options for food and supplies in Three Rivers. However, we did trip upon a wonderful breakfast spot in nearby Woodlake called the Runway Cafe. Check it out! Rent this property...it is worth every penny. Enjoy! Thank you for the service! ~Phil n Stephanie

A Weekend Away✨
Beautiful home SUPER close to the Sequoia Ash Mountain Entrance (about a 15 minute drive). The pictures make the place seem smaller than it actually is, very large kitchen and living room area. Master bedroom has private bathroom with 4 beds, very spacious. Gazebo across the street has a beautiful view of the river. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again, very clean and comfortable place with amenities that make one feel at home.

Beautiful house
The property is absolutely gorgeous inside and out! Super clean, and made us feel comfortable during these Covid times. My kids, ages 7 and 9, enjoyed the outside play area every evening. There are several fruit and vegetable stands within the area that you can walk or drive to. Also, several shops and restaurants within distance. Robin, the property manager, was such a delight to talk to. Thank you again for the wonderful welcome when we arrived!

House was great, owners were great, location was great. The house is super nice and the upgrades, small details, and renovations were spot on. Many things for the family to do (basketball, horse shoes, chess), places to relax (we skipped one day of hiking just to stay at the house and chill), and lots of local businesses to visit (walking distance). Would certainly come again.

We spent three days at the Bridge House property in Three Rivers to celebrate our daughters 8th birthday with the family of her best friend. The house itself spacious for our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids ages from 3-8) with a large living area, well appointed kitchen and good size bed rooms. The kids enjoyed playing in the amazing play structure on the side yard and adults had a great time playing badminton in the courts. The scenery from the home is also amazing. We spent a lot of time around the gazebo by the river. Going in to the Sequoia Parks was not too long, given the season and enjoyed the fresh snow that fell just a few days ago. As other reviewers say, Robin is always there to answer any questions. There are many board games for all and we never even had to bother with the TV. Also, there are some good restaurants nearby and the Village Market was also within driving distance for groceries. All the kids said that this trip to Sequoia was their best trip ever and they unanimously agreed that the Bridge House was the best house ever.
