This by far was beyond our expectations, the cottage was over the top. Everything went smoothly, prestine, very enjoyable. Definitely going back next year. Views beyond spectacular, from sunrise to sunset. Perfect location, near everything - No negatives at all!!!! Wonderful place... Thank you again for letting us have our vacation there.

Our stay was wonderful, the property was just as described and the decks and views were absolutely incredible. Perfect for families. We will definitely be back.

Great location and dock

Fantastic rental! Fabulous hosts! Only issue was a few bugs, that said it is a lakeside cabin rental. Decent for 6 people. Never had the feeling of walking on each other. Decently spacious. Beautiful views and very conveniently located!

Very nice.... Felt like you were at home very comfortable and the view and the deck's are amazing to relax and enjoy the scenery..... Without a doubt would like to go back....... It's a turn key home. All you need is things to fill the fridge.....

My husband and I had a great weekend at this property, it was everything advertised.

Property was very adequate.We knew it was not 5 star but it served our purpose. Kitchen had everything one needed and a nice gas grill also. Some of the windows did not lock. Not bad when you are on a budget.

We had a great stay. The cottage is very close to the water in relation to the other cottages. Very clean and great location. My only complaint would be no air conditioning which shouldn’t be an issue except we had unseasonably hot and humid days the week we were there.

This was a perfect spot for our Winni vacation, location is close to all attractions and the dock space was a bonus. The house was very clean and we had no trouble at all checking in. The views are spectacular! What a pleasure to wake up every morning to a gorgeous sunrise over the lake right from our front deck.

Spacious cottage on water with great views

The rental was everything that we were hoping for and more. It was very clean and big enough for everyone to had there own space. We wanted our grandchildren to experience some of our childhood memories. Watching the sunrise over the lake, morning breakfast on the deck, swimming in the lake for the first time, catching their 1st fish, enjoying the fireworks on the 4th of July and just enjoying the time with family. Thank you for the memories. Would definitely love the opportunity to rent again.

My family of 4 rented this house for a week in July. The location is fantastic. It is convenient to anything and everything the area has to offer. This cottage is just steps from the lake and also comes with the use of a boat slip which is a huge bonus. The cottage itself was very clean and well furnished. There is also a large deck overlooking the lake to enjoy. I would highly recommend this cottage if you’re looking for a nice relaxing vacation at the lake. We’ll definitely plan on returning soon!

We had a great vacation. We are originally from the lakes region area and we were happy to be able to visit with our family and friends while we stayed at this cute cabin on our favorite lake "Winni". We did bring our boat and once we figured out how to use the "whips" provided on the dock we were happy our boat was more secure. It is a busy boating area which caused heavy wake to really rock the boat at the dock. Other than that, perfect weather for boating, swimming, cookouts, relaxing and getting up to hear the loons and watch the sunrise. We all had a great time.

Have been vacationing at this lake for my whole life and have spent about 30 of the years at this location/community. Great spot for families and boating

Everything was great. We had a wonderful time. I brought my children to this same "community" for one week every summer when they were growing up, for 15 to 20 years. It was a wonderful experience to return years later with my now, adult children and two year old granddaughter. A wonderful time for all. I would definitely rent here again. (Actually, my parents introduced me to this community when I was about 8 years old. 4 generations from my family have now vacationed here.)

Very convenient for boating and fishing

This conveniently located cottage was just right for our family of four adults. As boat owners, finding a rental with 3 bedrooms, two baths, AND dock access was key and we were not disappointed. We launched the boat at nearby Fay's Marina ($30), and stored the trailer in the designated parking area at the condo. The cottage itself has a great view, and the community deck was an added bonus for boat watching (M/S Mount Washington passes by en route to Weirs Beach) and taking in the natural beauty of the area. The cottage deck is very large, great for dining and relaxing. Beds were comfortable, however, the smallest room was a tight squeeze and the only place for luggage was on top of the spare bed. The larger twin room had good storage in the dresser and under-bed drawers, though again, lacked space to stash luggage. The master bedroom was more than adequate space-wise, though for us the full size bed was less than ideal (we're tall, and used to a queen), and since we knew in advance we made it work. Both bathrooms had everything we needed, with the small water heater (as mentioned in another review) something we had to adapt to so we took showers with water turned off while soaping up. Communication with the owner was great, putting us at ease that if something came up it would be taken care of promptly. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and will consider returning in the future.

The property was perfect for 5 adults 1child. Ran out of hot water frequently. Location great, boat dock excellent. Would definitely rent again.

This home was perfect for our family of 4 (kids ages 9 and 6). Our kids loved fishing off the dock (bring worms!) and swimming out to the floating platform. Location was perfect, about a 10 minute drive to Weirs Beach and restaurants. We hope to return in the future!

Location location location!. This cottage is part of a small group of older cottages on a shared property. Right on the lake., small beach perfect for little kids , and a nice common area for games and fun. The house is good sized for 4, a little tight for 6 but will work especially for kids. Nice deck in front, has a dock available for your boat right there. It’s a great homey cottage in a great place.

We had a wonderful week here. This cottage is located perfectly to enjoy all the amenities on the property- close to the beach and docks with a beautiful water view. The cottage kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and the layout is great. The deck was nice with 2 tables. Having access to a 21’ dock is a bonus! Everyone we met was very friendly. My grandson loved swimming out to the raft (we all did). There was a horseshoe pit and badminton net…..we hadn’t played that in years but found some rackets at Walmart and had a lot of fun. The WiFi worked well. Even tho there’s lots to do in this area, we barely left the property and we’re never bored! Hated to leave.

What can I say about this cottage. I'm so glad I stumbled on this listing. The cottage is located in close proximity to Weirs beach, shopping, Patrick's, and much more. The cottage itself is quaint and cozy with a very vintage vibe. You can tell it is well loved by the owner. The owner was very responsive with our questions, and helped us locate the cottage since we were a bit lost. The views are AMAZING! The private beach and decks are a pleasant surprise. I did not think the pictures did the cottage justice, and its more spectacular in person. It was definitely big enough for a family of 4. I look forward to booking at this location again.

It had an excellent location and was very comfortable. The three bedrooms, plus kitchen and relaxing family room for the four of us were great.

We had a great week staying here. The location was perfect. Right on the lake and near all of the essential services and attractions. Would highly recommend.
