We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Guests making the reservation shall not be under the age of 25. Guests making the booking shall take responsibility for all guests on their reservation. Hosts may require copies of identification from guests.
There will be a surcharge of $100 if reservation is less than 7 nights in duration.
We require a Security Deposit of $500 deposit if:
*you are hosting any event, the deposit must be paid before the start of the reservation.
*you have less than 2 Airbnb reviews or
*you have any negative reviews
($500 must be received immediately after the request is accepted)
Check out is at 10 am . After 10 am check out is $25/hour.
We also host events like birthdays, filming, photo shoots, ceremonies, baby showers and weddings for an event fee of min $600 additional plus reservation fee depending on venue and # of guests. There will be a Security Deposit of $500 for any event that must be paid before the start of the reservation.
Our policy is that extra guests are considered there for the full duration of the reservation. So if you have 2 extra people and the reservation is for 4 days, there will be a charge of $25 x 4 days = $100 x 2 people = $200 for extra guests regardless of how many days they actually stay. We do not allow "swapping" of guests. Please note that children and infants are considered guests.
*We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible. If there is a maintenance issue we reserve the right to enter the property with no notice.
* Guests should not send packages to the house; we will not be responsible for any missing or damaged packages. Guests should seek alternative locations to pick up packages.
* Vrbo requires us to disclose that there are security cameras that have been installed around the outside perimeter of the house. There is also a noise monitoring device.
* We do not provide garage use as part of this Listing.
* Garden maintenance is on every Wednesday afternoon.
*Empty trash in the house and kindly help us bring out trash bins to the street Thursday night.

The property was NOT the same as the photo. The photos on the site are VERY deceptive. The home looks lovely in the photos.
First issue was check-in and checkout time, check-in was 5pm, checkout 10am. The hotels check-in is 2-3pm, and checkout is 11. This was a sure fire way of taking advantage of tenants. You literally on get 7hrs in the first day for full price (Not ok)
Next. once you enter the home it appeared to be still under construction because there were paint blotches on the walls and ceiling unfinished throughout the home.
Then, the furniture in the photo was absolutely not what was in the photos. The bed in the master bedroom had huge dips in the mattress and was attempted to be filled in by other things which made the bed hard to sleep in.
The restroom in the master bedroom was so small that one had to literally squeeze to one side in order to close the door. Nice but too small.
The photo shows single home, but it's actually another home built on to the home. There were no private parking because it was reserved for the tenant who actually lived there. Next, we were told to read the rules of the home inside the home after we paid the money which gave us no option to change homes without losing our fees. Finally we were informed upon check-in via the notes left throughout the home, they installed listening (noise) devices in the home. It felt very intrusive.
To photos of the house needs changing and the rules need to be transparent up front.

Property was very clean and the owners were easy to reach for any questions and was available to help. Home looks just like the listing and the it’s in a quiet cul de sac with stores and restaurants (depending on you choice of cuisine) close by. It is very clean and has a great backyard for holding small events. Now coming to things that could be improved: it could have a few more utensils and supplies which was very light when compared to some of the other VRBOs we have rented in the past. The property doesn’t have a laundry (washer and dryer) and the garage is not part of the listing, both of which is easy to miss in the listing. Owner was nice to help make alternate arrangements.

I will Never recommend this property VRBO should just omit them. The owner lives in an ADU beside the property and like a Hawk that can see everything and charges for anything. Do not expect your security deposit to be refunded because they will find so many violations unnecessarily.

Property is well maintained and its beautiful. Enjoyed staying there with my family to celebrate my birthday. Valerie was very nice and communicative. House is very clean and comfortable. A few things i would suggest is to bring your own coffee machine blender and trash bags. And what made us a little uncomfortable the owner lives above garage and its not mentioned in the listing.

Overall a super great experience for me and my large family. It was able to accommodate for 16+ guests. The interior and backyard were beautifully decorated. They had many supplies and necessities for us to use. Super great hosts and very nice and friendly.

This property is very beautiful inside & out. Such a good value.
We really enjoyed our stay and the house has very high quality furnishings all throughout. The entire process was very easy and we appreciate the host for their hospitality. The neighborhood is very nice and extremely quiet, the cul-de-sac helps a lot. Being located in Rowland Heights makes it easy to go anywhere you want in the LA area. We hope to stay here again in the future.

The bedrooms could use a dresser type set up otherwise there is no place to unpack clothes. We would have preferred to have the check in procedure sent in advance ratehr than having to coordinate meeting up with the owner. That said, Valerie was very kind and communicative and gave us a wonderful list of restaurants and grocery stores. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. I loved the outdoor seating in the house as well. Overall a great stay.

Host provides excellent communication! The space was perfect for my 30th birthday event, which had about 40-50 people. Everything was spotless upon arrival and rules were laid out clearly. You just have to be on top of your guests and make sure rules are followed :) everyone complimented the layout and spacing of the house. I only had 6 people that stayed the night and said the beds were SO COMFORTABLE! Backyard was also a perfect size; landscaping was beautiful. There were enough seats/tables inside and outside for guests. I would highly recommend this place for events and would definitely host here again! :)

Our family of 8 (all adults) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The location was great for us. Short walk or drive to grocery store, restaurants and shops. Good proximity to Disneyland and a shortish drive to Laguna Beach. Interesting to be in such an international community. The floor plan is open; the kitchen is spacious and the house is comfortable for eating together and hanging out. The owners were welcoming and considerate, without being intrusive. During our visit (July 2018) the landscaping was incomplete, but is in process. Great place for our purposes!
