Our host was amazing and extremely accommodating and responsive. The unit was clean and had everything that we needed plus more. Beautiful view of the lake, close access to great hikes. Would love to visit again!

If being on the third floor with no elevator doesn’t bother you keep reading. The only other thing that could be a problem with this condo is the spiral stairs to the loft is narrow and steep. If you are planning on children staying up there they will love it. The two of us that stayed up there were both over 65 and didn’t have a problem with it but keep in mind we both ski double black ski runs. It was a little difficult carrying a large bag up the spiral staircase.
The condo was renovated nicely and very well decorated. I have been staying in ski condos for about 30 years and the kitchen was equipped about the as good as any I have stayed in. We cooked several meals with no problems having the correct utensils. There was even a pyrex pie dish for us to cook a pie in. All in all we had a great time and would stay there again.

The property was in a fine location with easy access to all amenities. The property itself was mostly as listed. Top floor means top floor and the stair for this group of sea level renters was a killer. The spiral stairs to the 2nd floor were a suprise, but i didnt have to use them! Kitchen had everything needed and the place was comfortable. The registering of the cars was a process for us but i think that was just a bit of miscommunication. Even with that said i would rent again.
Thank you Kristin, we had a great time.

The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, the condo super comfortable/welcoming, and the host organized/thoughtful. The kids got pretty hot in the loft, we figured the fans better the second night.

This condo was exactly as advertised and perfect for our weekend getaway! We loved it! It had everything we could possibly have wanted. All the directions were clear and we were very comfortable here!

The property was fabulous. Just as expected.
Watch out for the older arcade games in the clubhouse....you might lose a few quarters.

The condo was very well stocked, and there was plenty of room for 5 of us. The spiral stairs are very narrow and steep so keep that in mind.

My husband and I traveled with 5 kids ranging from 11-18. The loft was a perfect spot for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies we needed to cook meals during our 3 night stay. The owner, Kristin, was very responsive when we emailed with questions. The check in directions were very clear. The clubhouse was a bit of a disappointment as it was pretty dirty and run down. However, that is not a reflection on the owner of this property at all. Would stay here again!

Frisco BBQ Fest for Father's Day
This property was amazing! The games that were at the property were great for the kids to keep them off technology. They loved the loft! The pool and hot tub area for the complex was great as well.

Nice spot
Overall the property was great. We had 8 people (4 adults, 4 kids) and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was well appointed with kitchen essentials, games and streaming services.
A few negative notes to be aware of:
Non-master bed was not good for anyone with a bad back
3rd floor with no elevator was a bit tough for older adults at altitude
Pool was much smaller than it seemed in pics, but still nice enough
None of this was enough to out-weigh the good things about the property.

Great location and beautiful property
We stayed here in April 2021. The property is located out of Silverthorne which made it close to Frisco, Breckinridge and Keystone. We did not ski this trip but did go tubing at Frisco Adventure Park. We had a funeral to attend which was right in town. The property was easy to find, had everything we needed and was very clean. Thank you to the owner for adding an extra night for me, she made it very easy.

Summer 2020
Place was very nice and fit our two families nicely. Three teenage boys slept upstairs in the loft. We were there in August so it was pretty hot upstairs and downstairs during the day. They provided vans which helped.

Disappionting Stay
The pictures are a little deceiving on this unit. The spiral staircase is extremely narrow and not to code. Our group is in dispute with the property manager over alleged damage. On our first morning the coffee maker made a huge mess. We checked to see if it was a user issue but the machine is older and was not functioning properly. We called to get a replacement- no return call. There was a very old mini coffee machine but it had a crack in the carafe. So we had to buy coffee in town- a 40 minute drive. Now we have been accused of damaging the kitchen drawers and they are holding $150 of our damage deposit. My advice- take a picture of each room.

Great views and lots of room
The cool loft area was perfect for our teenage kids! Beds, Wii and privacy. Plus, the other two bedrooms offered us all enough space for our family. The fully stocked extras were a pleasant perk and the views towards Keystone and Breckenridge were stunning. Thank you for sharing your place with us for our staycation before the holidays!

Great for a family (or two)
We rented this condo for a ski weekend. We are a family of four and shared it with another family of 4. Plenty of room for all. The place was very clean and tidy. There were a lot of supplies that I haven't seen at other places we have rented such as cotton balls, cue tips, plenty of shampoo, soap and conditioner, and more. The owner was very responsive to questions and very organized with directions and "house rules" which were very reasonable. TV's in every room with roku and even a nentendo Wii in the loft for the kids. They had a great time. We would definitely rent here again. One thing, bring shorts and a tank top. The condo is extremely warm, we left the heat all the way down (50) all weekend and it still got really warm, too the point of being hard to sleep at night. We probably should have contacted the owner to see if we were doing something wrong, but we had already contacted her for a couple of things and didn't want to be nuisance. Overall, a very nice place to stay.
