The room with two beds is large but the other room is very small. There is complimentary coffee and snacks. The fridge is very
small and freezes things. Also, the chairs in the common seating area are very uncomfortable

Perfect place for 3 nights we have spent in Seward. Our 13 and 10 year old had their own bedroom with separate beds and bathroom and my husband and I had our own. Kitchenette had fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker. There were even some snacks so before you get a chance to get some groceries, you can have a snack. My kids got very excited about it. We got excited about coffee. The space was clean and had everything that family of 4 might need in a house.

Great location, kind responsive hosts, very clean and comfortable. Great for our stay with our adult daughter.

This VRBO was walking distance to many places in town. Easy drive to all restaurants. Comfortable beds. Excellent place to stay in Seward!

We had a great stay at this property. Owners are very prompt communicators and very welcoming. They even shared their personal wine glasses with us! We stayed in the whole place with family- it would be close quarters if you did not know the other people staying there (there are two listings at this property). It was clean and as represented in the listing. The outside area was key for us as there really isn’t any common space inside. We spent most of our evenings out there. Great location to downtown Seward- easy walk. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Seward in the future!

We were very comfortable staying here. Our kids stayed in the room with the two beds and they enjoyed that. The mini-kitchen was nice to have. Nice place to stay.

This property was perfect for our family of 5. Kids had the larger rooms 2 beds and the smaller room was fine for me and the wife. Clean accommodations and comfortable beds. Would choose this over a hotel any day. The only minor negative would be the thin walls/floors. Footsteps and flushing toilets from above can be loud. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Seward. The house was quiet and relaxing. Kenai Fiord Tour was exciting with Humpback whales breaching and feeding, the glaciers are calving and the day was beautiful.

Stayed here in Seward with our 2 adult daughters. They appreciated the room with 2 queen beds. The place has a slightly odd set up (2 locked bedrooms with a common area and small kitchenette) but it works. It was comfortable and easy to get to downtown Seward and the train depot/cruise area. We appreciated the snacks, tea, coffee, peanut butter, jam, etc, that they left for us and we made use of. Perfect place for our needs.

The property was better than expected and had everything we needed including snacks and breakfast items. Is centrally located between waterfront and downtown. Super convenient for all activities. Very quaintly decorated and in a quiet neighborhood. Will definately book this property on our next trip.

This walk-in basement apartment is located centrally to all downtown Seward activities. The historic home is well decorated and roomy with extremely comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The location is great for those with or without a vehicle. The host was very communicative as needed.

I was surprised when we got to the property. I don't think the pictures do it justice. My friends really enjoyed the accommodations--walking distance to just about everything in Seward. Host responded immediately to messages and provided many amenities, like coffee, snacks and toiletries. Will definitely recommend this place to others.

The location is perfect - walkable to everything! Not a lot of space to spread out but adequate for 4-5 people. The owners are very nice and available for any questions you have. There was a water main break in town while we were there and they came to bring us gallons of water to use in the time being. Only negative - terrible pillows!

Loved the space. Common area with two bedrooms. Clean, organized, well supplied.

This property worked out great for us. The hosts are friendly, It was clean and we loved the provided breakfast food and hot drinks. The only things I can think of that would have made it better is a comfortable place to sit and relax, and pillows that weren’t so tall and hard.

Excellent rental, very clean, close to restaurants, shops. I would recommend this property to anyone.
We didn't have to communicate with owners even though they were on property, if need be.

Beautiful walkout basement with 2 bedroom and 2 baths. No kitchen, but we’ll stocked for breakfast which was a blessing. Convenient to town with comfortable beds and very clean.

This was a great place to stay for our family to enjoy Seward and Kenai Fjords National Park! The space was clean and allowed our family to spread out. The kitchenette and snacks were appreciated. We were able to walk to the Alaska SeaLife Center, restaurants, shops, playgrounds and Two Lakes Park.

Clean,spacious comfortable
Clean, comfortable apartment with all appropriate amenities. Hosts provide excellent communication. We appreciated the coffee maker with pods, energy bars, paper cups, plates, utensils, and breakfast cereals. I would highly recommend this listing. It was exactly as described. We were two couples traveling together. One bedroom is much smaller than the other one but had a nice clean bathroom.

Nice Seward getaway
The property is a nice lower level apartment which was larger than expected. One small bedroom, and a large sleeping area with two beds. Each bedroom has a bathroom and shower. There are two common areas one with a refrigerator and microwave. We used both common areas for relaxing and playing Yahtzee. Parking is just outside. There were no issues and the hot water heat kept us warm and comfortable. Overall, we had a nice three-night stay. The coffee and snacks were appreciated. Sorry if we ate too many snacks! Craig and Nanath are great hosts!

Wonderful place, wonderful hosts
This place was perfect for our family of 5. Breakfast was delicious, the place was clean and had everything we needed, and our hosts went above and beyond. We left a few items behind by accident and Nanette mailed them back to us. Highly recommend!

Great location and very hospitable host
Naneth’s property was within walking distance to a few restaurants, and very close to everything you go to Seward to see. Breakfasts were delicious, and rooms were spacious and modern.

Great!
Hosts were very kind, thoughtful, helpful, generous. This place doesn’t have a common sitting space - like a couch - that is the only thing that could make it better. Love the location!

Great location, very clean and comfortable
Spotless, great showers, plenty of towels, snacks and coffee made a quick breakfast easy, a few blocks from everything in downtown Seward

Close, clean and comfortable...
Eagle Land was just right for our group of 6. Naneth communicated well and provided a wonderful breakfast each morning. Beds and bathrooms were clean and we slept well. There wasn't a great place to hang out other than in the beds (we would knock out the wall separating the small breakfast nook and the small sitting room and add some comfy seating), but when you're in Seward, you're probably not in all that much anyway. We weren't. But great location - very short walk to the cuter south section of town with the various shops and restaurants and the sea life center. We would definitely want to stay here again next time we're in Seward!

Perfectly accommodating
Comfy beds, delicious breakfast, and conveniently located, Eagle Land was a great spot to spend a few nights while in Seward. There was plenty of room for our 3 yo and 10 mo to roam inside and outside. Naneth is a fantastic cook!! We will likely be staying here again!!
