Our grandkids wanted to see a bear and we saw lots of them! A great property! Hope to stay there again

This cabin was absolutely amazing! The stunning views were breathtaking and the perfect backdrop for our outdoorsy vacation. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of hiking. We loved the open layout of the cabin - it was perfect for our group. The kitchen was equipped allowing us to cook a couple meals with ease. The hot tub helped melt our aches and pains from hiking 10+miles each day! Everything was clean and the cabin is well maintained. We can't wait to come back!

It was shocking to get up the roads to the place! 4 wheel drive on wet pavement is necessary. The inside is completely remodeled and nice and was clean. Everything worked great! A great solution for several people staying! Our only issue was the bath towels and washcloths desperately need replaced. The cloths several of us thought were cleaning rags!! The majority of bath towels are not what you want to use. Other than that it was a great stay! The visiting bear this morning was an exciting bonus.

Had a great stay while in Gatlinburg. The cabin was in a convenient location. It was clean and had all the amenities mentioned. The setup worked well for a family, and there was a great view.

We had a busy weekend- not leaving a lot of time to relax- but the rental was perfect for the little down time we had. It was a very clean rental which made it a very comfortable. Great view! Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate!

The location and view was AMAZING!! So many bears were seen. Be sure to lock your car doors. We did not and a bear got in the car!! Loved every minute. The pictures on line did not do this place justice. Great for our family and super clean. A must stay when in Gatlinburg.

Location is fantastic only about a mile from town but you still have some privacy. House was great, and in great condition. Plenty of room for our party of 8.
Kids loved the pool that is a short drive from the house.
Had a blast.

The cabin is actively being updated, some walls and ceilings have been replaced while others are in progress. They have everything you would need as far as appliances and dishes. Unfortunately for us the refrigerator had a constant leak so we had to use one of the few towels to keep it from flooding the kitchen. Tina did say a new fridge was being delivered the day we were leaving. Also the internet did not work for a few days which was only an issue due to having two students in our group that needed to turn in assignments. Tina did respond quickly and had a router sent to the cabin so by day 4 we were up and running with internet. The views are truly amazing and we spent most of our time on the decks having our coffee and chatting. Bears did come through quite frequently but didn’t bother us. We even saw a momma bear with her three cubs! The location is ideal! Close to gatlinburg Main Street, pigeon forge and all the trails of the great smoky mountains! Rooms were perfect and our group of 9 adults had plenty of room in this cabin. Only 1 can fit in the kitchen to cook so pick your chef and let them do their thing! The pool table kept us busy at night but it is old and the back pocket would fall out of the table dropping any balls onto the floor, not really a big deal since our group can sleep through anything! My only real complaint was with the hot tub. We would have used it daily but I think some cleanings had been missed as the water had a moldy/musty smell to it.

The property was true to the description and photos on the website. It was just the right size for our needs with fun stuff to do at the cabin as well as a quick drive to town or hiking. The view was amazing!

Such a wonderful cabin in the Smokies! From start to finish, all was wonderful! The cabin is a great size for 4 people! Great living room with comfortable furniture, bedrooms very nice and clean as well as the bathrooms! Pool table was in great condition and the deck space was so nice to enjoy having coffee on and relax with those beautiful views! The hot tub was much needed after a long day in the national park and Dollywood. We even saw bears twice! Can’t recommend this location enough! I’d love to come back!

The property and scenery were great! We did get to see a bear on the property and that was pretty cool. The house was all that was advertised. However, it was chilly and we wanted to use the fireplace but the gas had been turned off for the season. We had 8 adults staying 2 nights and did not have enough towels for the hot tub. I would book here again, but be better prepared with essentials just in case.

This cabin was amazing. As pictured. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs gave our family plenty of room to spread out. The game room was a hit for the kids. The view from the balcony is amazing. Very convenient to get to Gatlinburg and close to Pigeon Forge as well. This cabin is the cleanest we have ever stayed at as well, they do a wonderful job. Comfortable furniture. Comfortable beds.
One recommendation: back up the driveway as it is quite an incline up and a shared drive with the neighboring cabin.
We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed
We loved the bears but to let you know one bear tried climbing up the post to the deck. GladD it was daytime. The only real issue was the knob on the grill is broke luckily we had a pair of pliers. Some nails sticking up on deck. Garbage situation was awful as garbage up top was not emptied upon arrival. Being the community garbage opens at 10 so I saved down below for last day as I managed to get one in before garbage truck came. It would be nice to know garbage day. Kitchen was wonderfully well stocked.

Loved Gatlinburg and Property location
We went up for a few days stay to tour Gatlinburg, Smoky Mt. NP and go to Dollywood. The location of the cabin was great. We loved the view. It was a little confusing coming in the first day, but after that we got the hang of the roads. There are a lot of homes/cabins in the area and the roads and steeper areas took a bit to get the hang of.
The cabin was clean. It worked out well for the 9 (6 adults, 3 kids) of us. We each had our own rooms and then the living room and kitchen area to sit and visit. We had 3 vehicles, so we finally figured out to back up the driveway so we didn't have to worry about turning around.
We had seen a bear come through the day before and then discovered the top was off the septic tank. I call Tina and she was very nice and responsive. It was taken care of by the time we came back that afternoon.

Beautiful view & charming cabin
House was very clean and had enough space for 9 adults and 1 child. You are right between pigeonforge & gatlandburg. The 5-10 min ride from the main road to the Cabin can be scary. If you don't like heights..I'd just make sure you close your eyes and let someone else drive. Cabin had most things you would need for your stay. I would strongly recommend bringing extra shower towels, kitchen towels & paper plates /cups. There is a dishwasher but sometimes we'd have to run it twice and still need to re wash some dishes. The jacuzzi was amazing!! The bears came around often which we liked at first. There was a young bear that kept coming onto the deck and was aggressive towards us however. It was not afraid and we had to spray it with a hose to get it to run off. There were some areas of the banister arpubd the deck that pulled away from the floor creating a small gap, it made us nervous with our 3yrd old. Overall the place was lovely though and we'd definitely recommend it.

Sky high view
Our family consisted of nine people on this trip. Ages range from 12 years old to almost 50 years old. It was a wonderful place to spend with our family. There was plenty of space for everyone. If you are looking for a cabin way up on the mountain with great views this is the place to stay. I am terrified of heights but I will say it was nice once I got there. The ride up is a little sketchy ,But what you would expect getting up to a cabin. The cabin was extremely clean and all the linens are very nice. Definitely would stay here again.
