The apartment has 2 1/2 bedrooms, a large living room, a bathroom, a kitchen a parking space, a garage (if desired) and a large balcony.
The beautiful apartment also has a split air conditioner inverter !!
The house is away from the hectic of the day and is located in a quiet courtyard. In the courtyard is a large garden and several parking spaces and garages.
The living room has a large dining table, two sofa beds, (140x200) and a large balcony.
The large bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and a sofa bed with a large wardrobe.
The smaller bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.
The half-room has a sofa bed (120x200).
If necessary, an extra bed or a cot can be set up with a baby chair.
The kitchen is fully equipped (incl. Oven with 4 ceramic hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, pots, spices and much more!).
This apartment is really the best of the best. It has just been completely renovated and furnished with new furniture. The apartment is very spacious (88sqm).
Although only 2 minutes walk from the train station, the apartment is still quiet because it is located in a large courtyard.
From the station Dachau one is in about 20-25 minutes in the city center of Munich. The S-Bahn trains and trains run in the main pages every 10 minutes, otherwise every 20 minutes.
In the bathroom there is a shower-bath combi.
In the basement is a laundry room with several washers and dryers.
Bed covers, bath and hand towels, a dish cloth, are always there!
The television is from Telekom (Magenta) and has many channels.
Wi-Fi is also very fast.
Everything, incl. Bed linen, final cleaning, etc. are included in the price!
You can arrive at any time. We have a key lock for this.
My wife and I live about 15 minutes from the apartment and are easily accessible.
Dachau is a beautiful city with many sights and attractions. It has a castle and several castle gardens, old churches, etc. Also very well known is the concentration camp from the 2. World War.
Every day, many people come from all over the world to understand the awfulness of the Hitler era, to prevent that ever happens again.
In front of the station is also the main bus station of Dachau. Thus it is very easy to drive to the concentration camp.
