We loved this house! It was comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed for our stay.
10.0 / 10.0
The space is family friendly and has a lot of sleeping room, it is one block from the promenod and very walkable to the city center. Lots of space to spread out, relax, and eat.
Property management did not provide enough toilet paper, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, garbage sacks, or dish towels. The whole house has four dish towels. The tv's don't work very well, the remotes are not responsive. And there is nowhere to store food. These things may not seem like a big deal but when you are staying with ten guests it makes things difficult.

The home does need some updating but it was great for our family of 9 to stay. It got the job done

The sun room was a perfect spot for our teenagers to hang out and play games. We were all very comfortable in the home. It was quite cozy.

Stayed here over a weekend with family. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen was well equipped and had all that we needed to make meals. The neighborhood was quiet and easy walk to the beach. Driveway is a little tight so if you have larger vehicles be careful but can park on the street if needed. We would stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this home. Since our first stay in 2020 the home has had some changes (the yard for example) that have made it even better. The location is great just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of a busy weekend but just close enough to be part of the hustle and bustle. Great home and highly recommend if you have pets. We will be back.

The house was clean and well stocked with essentials. Beds were comfortable. Loved having a fire pit! Close to walk to beach or to town. Will stay here again!

I've have stayed in plenty of hotels that allow pets, and have never had a problem with cleanliness. So I assumed that a rental house would be the same. Big mistake! This house was so gross. There was dog hair everywhere - on the couches, on the linens, and on the floors (like full on dog hair dust bunnies). There were gross stains on much of the upholstery. The home was so dirty that two of our family members started having trouble breathing, to the point that staying was not an option. We had to be moved to a different property, which was smaller, quite far away, and also had issues - but at least we could breathe.

We especially liked the sun room. It was nice during the rain. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was close to beach access.

Clean, spacious, well stocked home. Within a 15 minute walk to everything. We took a couple walking turns through the neighborhood and arrived at everything. The house itself is very family friendly, and has everything we needed to be comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and we were able to relax and sleep well. Highly recommend this location.

Loved that the house was so close to the beach. House was clean and tidy and pet friendly. Perfect for what we needed at Christmas.

This house is perfectly located in Seaside. It was extremely clean and comfortable for our family vacation. My only recommendation is to replace the couch in the living room with something more comfortable - I realize it is a foldout couch, but as a sofa the seat is hard and flat, and there is essentially no back support. Replacing the living room furniture would make this house a total win!

The house was in a good location to enjoy the beach We had trouble with the front door lock every time we used it. So frustrating! Needs to be replaced. Asked one question regarding cleaning and response was quick.

Nice rental close to beach and town. The rental was not very clean. Found two cockroaches in kitchen drawers/cabinets.

Loved this trip! Lots of things to do and the house was perfect. I was scared when I read that one renter said that the sun room smelled like fog urine and that they couldn’t use it. We didn’t smell a thing and spent a lot of time in the sun room eating meals and playing cards there. It’s a great little area for the family to relax in. There were 6 adults 2 children and 1 dog. We fit nicely into this well maintained home close to the beach. We went on several beach trips, zip lining, mini golf, seafood dinners, card games and s’mores by the fire at night. We all had a very good time. Thank you Vacasa!

We really enjoyed this house. It's much bigger than it looks from the outside. We had an issue with the oven, but luckily we hadnt planned on using it much & we were able to save our dinner with the very nice outdoor grill. A quirk of the house design was that in order to access the backyard, we had to go through the bedrooms. Perfectly located to walk everywhere in a nice quiet neighborhood. We really appreciated the dog-friendly home.

Loved that we stayed in house that was being worked .

The house met all our needs from the solarium, to the fenced yard for our dog, to sleeping and eating accommodations. The kitchen had what we needed to cook and eat with. It would have been nice to have the TV remotes with the TVs they worked on, and directions to lights and how to use the microwave. We had fun learning. The fireplace is a nice feature for winding down in the evenings, as well as the solarim to see the sunrises and sunsets.

As described. Good location. Close to city center and prom. Kitchen well stocked. Atrium a plus! Comfortable except for the living room couch. Code given did not open box. Called and given another code solved it. But had to get in back door cuz lock on front door just spun. Otherwise no problems. Enjoyed our warm stay at the coast.

This place was nice and was the only place we could find that allowed my family to bring 4 dogs. Most things made sense in this home but there we a couple things that I didn’t understand. First and foremost, the internet was ok at best, it didn’t cover the whole house and effected the streaming that was there instead of cable. Had a leaking sink issue, called the Vacasa 800 number they came out the next day, shut off the water, said the manager would come by and look at it and call a plumber if needed, we’ll never saw him or received a call about it. We checked out the next day so maybe they just waited but it was a little concerning. Overall a good place and will possibly stay again.

We were 5 adults and 4 children (3mo to 8yrs). Plenty of space for all. Walkable to beach and main street activities. Comfy beds. Would stay again.

This is a very charming, very clean home that is a short stroll to The Promenade and beach. It had everything we needed for our week-long visit to Seaside, Oregon EXCEPT FOR:
- Bed in the master bedroom needs to be improved. It was not comfortable
- The fluorescent lightbulbs in the guest bathroom should be replaced. They rapidly flickered for a solid 5-6 minute that I thought I was at a Rave, and could have triggered a seizure in someone prone to seizures. We left them on to avoid having to deal with that jarring experience
- Sofa was not comfortable to sit in because it does not have a functional backrest (NOTE: it was comfortable to lay down on and watch tv or read a book)
- Reclining living room chairs were rickety and exhilarating when transitioning into the reclining position because you felt like you were going to flip over on to your head
- There isn’t much green space for dogs to attend to their morning, afternoon, evening toilet-needs due to the hardscaping of the backyard. But there was a side yard that was overgrown with weeds that—if mowed or weed-whacked—would have provided that much needed space for those who bring their dogs with them on vacation.
Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if these minor improvements were attended to.

I don’t like that unlike most VRBO’s this house did not have a digital key, it had regular keys that anyone could make copies of. Also the front door has a mail slot in it which lets in a breeze of cold air and makes you feel a bit unsafe as people have been known to unlock doors going through the mail slot. The furnishings were not quite accurate for the master room. There is no sitting area which we thought would be a plus giving us a place to relax away from everyone else. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. The queen in front room seemed more like a full size. Location was great and the fenced yard is great for a dog.

Check out time
We really had a good time and the house was nice. It is a little disappointing when you have to check out so early. We barely had time to make breakfast and see the ocean one last time before we had to rush around and pack up things and leave. 12 would be a nicer time to check out.

Great location
House was 1 block from beach and 9 blocks from town. Amenities were great. Plenty of room, although the furniture in the living space was uncomfortable.

Nice home but needs some updating!
The house it self was nice and spacious. The living room furniture was very old and uncomfortable. We would definitely rent it again if the furniture gets updated.

The house was set up very nicely and so close to the beach, loved every minute of our stay there. Cleanliness of the house was fantastic. Thank you for such a wonderful stay in your house.

Clean and roomy. Nice amenities. Kitchen cooking items needs updating
Good location. Easy walk to beach. House is nice and roomy inside. Comfortable furniture. Please note, the kitchen is not user friendly to cook. Not because of appliances but, the cookware, pots, pans, cooking bowls feel like they were purchased at garage sales. All mismatched stuff, scratched and over used. Also well used cooking utensils and no basic spices available. We threw away most food we brought and got food to go. But nice solarium and washer/dryer. Great master bedroom.

Cute house! GREAT stay!
The house was very clean. I loved how many options there were for sleeping. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. I loved the back sunroom. The only negative I had would be the back sliding glass door. It is definitely broken and off the track. With young kids that could be extremely dangerous so we just didn't use the backyard.

Cozy house
My husband and I were very impressed at how much room there was available. It was well stocked with all the essentials. Towels, small appliances, 3 Televisions, lights , etc. definitely will be returning again.

Beach, Homeless People and not well maintained
Close to beach, which is nice.
Super old couch sofa, and futon very awkward to open and use. Misleading. Uncomfortable.
Squeaky, uncomfortable beds (King/Queen).
Very dated bathrooms, sink cabinets are so short hard for tall people to use.
Terrible kitchen layout. Fridge makes it hard to pass by.
Old squeaky wood floors.
Very slow wifi. 20 mbps - could only use one TV at a time. Advertised for 8-10 people but on reality this only fits 6 max.
Couch bed should be replaced. Futon also.
Kitchen light was missing bulb - not good lighting anyways.
Those are all the negatives.
Positives:
It was easy to check in, and I loved the temperature of the house easy to use thermostat.
Close to beach if that is your thing.
Lots of extra towels.
Quiet neighbors. Never heard a peep.
I liked having the Roku/TV stuff.
Sun room was a nice place for kids to play with a space heater.

Seaside Vacay
We loved our stay. Super close to the beach with a little backyard for our dog. Plenty of space for all and strong internet so we could work when needed. Vacasa checked in via text a few times to make sure all was well.

The location was fantastic, just steps to the beach and promenade. The house was very well set up, had everything we needed, and was very clean.
