We rented Sea Lodges 24 and 25 for ten days. There were five adults and five children in our group. We all had a wonderful time and look forward to our return.

This property is exactly as described with spectacular location! We spent many hours on our private beachfront screened porch. Private, clean, beautiful grounds. Beach chairs and umbrella. Beautiful reef protects shallow bay for snorkeling. Easy walk to Rum Point if you want to rent jet skis or other water sporting.

Everything was great besides the TV was not working and manager replaced it and still not working for 5 days we did not have any TV at all. I got really bad BED BITES have over 20 bites all over my body and it was so uncomfortable. Needed more paper towels would be great and I got electrocuted from the stove while I was cooking.

We love Rum Point and the Sea Lodges. The location can’t be beat and it’s always so quiet. This unit was quite dated, but had everything we needed including snorkel gear so we could snorkel the reef. Chad was great to work with and was very responsive always. Things to note- there is a reef right outside in the water. You don’t want to go out without fins and a floaty (the unit had both of these). There is a lot of sea grass so bring water shoes. The mosquitos are out of control - bring bug spray! If you plan on bringing your own food to the unit, stop at Hurley’s and the liquor store next door to it on your way from the airport. We ate at Tukka’s East End one night and it was delicious. If you stay at this property don’t expect a 5 star posh resort. You will get an old, quaint little condo that makes you want to slow down and take it all in!!

We loved our stay. The view is incredible to wake up to everyday and we loved sitting on the screened porch. The beach is very quiet and usually empty. The beach does have seagrass and is rocky to enter but once a little past the snorkeling is lovely. We loved walking to the Kaibo espresso a few mornings and loved eating at Solis at Rum point and Kaibo. Many other restaurants are an easy 20-25 min away. Highly recommend!

My Wife and I came here with our 2 kids (8,12) for 10 nights and it was nothing short of relaxing. The house has A/C in the bedrooms which is great! We spent most of our time at Rum Point, Kaibo or Starfish point, all are extremely close. In the mornings and evenings we spent time on the lanai enjoying the beauty. If you are looking to truly "disconnect" and spend time with your family or by yourself this is the place. We felt this side of the island is quiet, safe, with plenty to do compared to the hustle and bustle of 7 mile beach side which is exactly what we wanted out of our vacation. Rum Point is walking distance with great snorkeling or just relaxing with your favorite beverage. Solis at Rum Point opened while we were there which is a great restaurant. Chad is a great host and Barbra the property manager was extremely helpful. You can't go wrong with this property.

We stayed at this property at the end of June into first week of July. It is a very hot and humid time on Cayman 95F and high humidity. The unit has A/C in the bedrooms but not in the living room/kitchen area. The back patio is screened in but has no shade at all and not usable in the sun at these temps without shade. The beach is very close, 30 sec walk but covered in sea grass. The water is also full with sea grass for 100 yards out before clearing up, since the water is very shallow it is not pleasant at all to go swimming as you have to walk through it for a long time. This seams to be the case for most beaches on Grand Cayman with the exception of 7 mile beach.
I can see this location to be nice in some cooler weather earlier in the year, but considering the above and pricing for accommodation at 7 mile beach we will seek out other Caribbean islands in the future.
My two cents.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our 3 peaceful nights here after being on 7 mile beach the first part of our trip, but be prepared for the super rocky shoreline. You need chacos or similar to wear out into the water. We went when the water rougher but still loved snorkeling here (you probably need to be a fairly strong swimmer). We saw tons of fish, an eagle ray, sting rays and lobsters. Barbara was fantastic! She got in touch with a company last minute for us and they delivered a kayak and paddle board for a good price which I’d highly recommend doing.

Our stay this past week was everything we wanted in a relaxing getaway. The Sea Lodges at Cayman Kai are a spectacular property, with a peaceful and quiet beach. Whole days went by when we were the only people on the beach. We spent time floating in the warm surf, snorkeling at the reef, and relaxing on the beach loungers. And at night we hung out in the peaceful lanai, sipping cocktails, listening to the sea, and gazing at the stars.
The unit itself offered everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Plus the location cannot be beat.
Chad made our stay easy, and I definitely recommend this place.

If you're looking for something off the beaten path that is right on a beach then look no further! My family and I absolutely loved the property and location. It's quiet, clean and comfortable, but not some fancy or modern condo.
If you're into snorkeling, there's an awesome reef out front about 150 to 200 yards out in reasonably shallow water. If you've never snorkeled before, you at least owe it to yourself to put your face in the water right at the beaches edge. There's a coral/cement formation about 10 feet out in 4 feet of water that has an absolute ton of different species of fish. The "mini" reef is right in front of the closest beach umbrella/hut. Sergeant majors, gobies, angelfish, damselfish, flounders, etc. There's even a spiny lobster living in one of the conch shells. If you're patient, you'll no doubt see schools of fish that wander up and down the shoreline. I even saw a juvenile Barracuda 50 feet farther down the beach.
Chad was very pleasant to deal with for booking and we had absolutely no issues, even when we slightly modified our dates.
If I had to nitpick, the beach isn't some stretch of sand that goes on forever, just a couple hundred feet. If taking a long walk on the beach is your thing, you'll have to do laps back and forth.
Rum point was nice, but the whole island is still rebuilding from the most recent hurricane, so expect plenty of construction and clean up.
We would stay here again in an instant as would our vacation buddies!

Idyllic
This location can't be surpassed. It is isolated (a good thing), safe, and directly on a beautiful secluded beach. Chad and Barbara were very accommodating and communicative. It was a very peaceful vacation. If you're looking for modern life or appliances, this may not be your place. If you're looking for a rustic paradise, this is it!!

Heaven
This unit and location is unmatched. Chad is an owner that prides himself on timely communication and doing anything he can to ensure your families stay is memorable. Our family has stayed here 3 times over the last 6 years. We feel so blessed that Chad shares his home with us.

Beautiful setting. Great Beach. Needs more lights inside. Good restaurants nearby. We'll come again if Cayman Airways still flies to Denver.

Grand Cayman Vacation
This rental property was just what we were looking for. The walk to the private beach where you can snorkel close to shore or swim to the reef was terrific. It is a quiet area which is easily accessible to some great restaurants or one can cook at home too. I would highly recommend it and the owner was very attentive to our needs.

Perfect for what we wanted!
We had a wonderful time! The views from the patio were absolutely beautiful, and the beach was quiet! Great snorkeling!! The location of the property was exactly what we wanted--away from the busy "touristy" areas. It was about a 1 minute drive from Rum Point and 2 minutes from Starfish Point.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It's not ultra-fancy, but it had everything we needed! We cooked almost all of our meals there and appreciated having a washer and dryer. It was nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The only issue we had was that we arrived after dark and found it a bit challenging to find where were were supposed to be (we didn't have a GPS). Once we found the condos, we assumed there would be an office or someone to check in with. When we couldn't find anyone, we decided to just walk into #24 and found that it seemed to be ready and waiting for us (thankfully!).
We hope to visit Grand Cayman again, and when we do, we will look to stay at this property again!!

Loved our stay!
This place was amazing! We truly enjoyed being away from the crowds. We saw all the best stuff on this side of the island and the snorkeling was the best right off our beach! We were by ourselves most of the week on the beach. We could see the sun rise on our beach and take a short trip to run point to watch the sun set! Best of both worlds! This is not a place for those looking for a big party or lots of shopping etc. so if you’re looking for that, you need to stay in town! We really enjoyed the wreck beach bar and over the edge restaurant that are both very close by. But the condo was very clean and perfect for those looking to get away from it all!

Peace and Quiet
My cousin and I thought this place was amazing! Given the stress of work and busy calendars, this spot was just what we needed. It provided us with peace and quiet as we were away from tourists, yet had everything we needed at our fingertips. We really appreciated the fact we had separate bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy. Plus, if one of us was up early, we could go out on the patio and enjoy coffee and a book while the other slept. (No noise heard!) The kitchen gave us a way to save a little money by eating in, especially breakfast when it’s cooler in the day. We did encounter little issues, like spotty Wi-Fi, but we just went down to Rum Point (2 min down the road). Traveling to the Caribbean isn’t meant for connectivity to technology anyway! We didn’t see this as a big deal.
We also enjoyed the other amenities this side of the island offered...snorkeling at Starfish Point, trip to Stingray City that left from Rum Point, a bioluminescent kayak tour, and hanging out at Rum Point and Kaibo restaurant. We opted not to tour Crystal Caves, but those were nearby as well. Lovers Wall and The Blowholes weren’t too far away either. Two free and fun attractions! We did travel to Seven Mile Beach, but it was too crowded for our liking.
We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go back!

Lovely stay
Had a great stay on the north end of Grand Cayman. Super quiet with a fantastic reef just off shore. Chad, the owner, and Barbara, the manager were both helpful throughout the process. Had a great stay.

Exactly what was advertised, Super Clean!
The unit had an amazing view, about a 20 second walk to the beach, quiet area. All those things said, I was very impressed with how clean the place was when we arrived. Its within walking distance to Rum Point and Kaibo beach bar.

Vacation
Enjoyed the condo and it’s location. We were looking for a place away from crowds and the Sea Lodges served this purpose well. The beach and snorkeling was wonderful. We had an issue with one of the a/c units but was resolved the next day after reporting. Overall a good stay.

We relaxed and enjoyed the quiet beach front property. The unit was as promised - neat and clean and ready to relax.

Mediocre Management
The property was as advertised for the most part, but my biggest issue was the owner. On our second day there, the Blu Ray player and the TV both stopped working unexpectedly. Not the biggest deal when you are in the Caribbean, but it was rather unfortunate since we had our 3 very young children with us who like to watch a few television shows when my wife and I are trying to relax a bit. I would have appreciated a little more concern from the owner or an attempt to make it right since I was paying for a VRBO with these amenities listed in working order, but was instead essentially met with an “Oh, well.” I was also miffed a bit when on the day prior to our last, I requested a late check out time due to a very late flight home. The owner would flat out did not respond, even though we had been communicating throughout the week, leaving my wife and I to depart the property much earlier than we had hoped. I understand things don’t always work out well, and there are some things that the owner can’t control. My biggest issue was the lack of general concern or complete silence from the individual. If you do choose to stay at this place, just be aware that you will not receive any assistance or concern from the owner.

Great place to stay with kids
The place was beautiful right on the beach which was perfect for us with having to little kids. Only 2 minutes from rum point and lots of activities. There was great snorkeling right outside the condo but the only downfall was you had to get through some pretty big patches of sea weed along the beach. This wasn’t specific to just this place but the whole island seemed to have about 25-30 ft of seaweed. Once you got past it was

Paradise at your doorstep
We just enjoyed a week stay at Seaside Paradise and already are looking forward to a return visit! This property had a few quirks, but all were minor compared to the views, the screened in porch, the ability to walk out the door and view the sunrise each day and more. We realized after touring other parts of the island that we chose wisely in finding this quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the west side. While the water was a bit choppy for me, my companions who are stronger swimmers remarked that the best snorkeling was right out from the property (this was compared to Spott's and Cemetery beaches). I highly recommend Rum Point for sunsets and snorkeling for beginners, Tukka for happy hour or their Friday fresh fish menu, and the Island Bites truck down the road! As mentioned, we hope to return in the future.

Breath taking views
Loved the ocean sound and beautiful breeze. Seems to be the best location to enjoy the Grand Cayman island atmosphere.
Appreciated the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. However,
the accommodations were mediocre. Plenty of kitchen supplies in disarray. King size bed wobbly. Bathrooms in dire need of upgrade.
Appreciated Barbara and her staff helping with our bags and silicone spray for access to the key locks.

You are not impressed with your first impression but it becomes home and you don’t want to leave.
We are in our mid 70’s and we made this trip because our youngest son was getting married on the beach at Rum Point. We had to cancel our first condo because it was one bedroom and our older son decided to come. I wasn’t sure how far we were going to be staying from everybody else going, but it turned out great. We soon learned Rum Point and the Kaibo yacht club is where everybody goes. It is just a few miles down the road, but we could go back to our QUIET, very comfortable home on the beach. We could sit on the screened in large patio, feel the ocean breeze, and watch the palm trees sway. The patio has a screened roof. Nothing compares to sitting out there at night and looking at the moon and stars, and feeling that breeze. The condo has everything you need, except a tv that works all the time. Your caretaker, Barbara, was great helping us and we enjoyed talking to her. We used the Weber grill in front and there was even charcoal and aluminum foil provided. We did cook most of our meals. Eating out is very expensive. We did splurge and ate at the The Lighthouse and Tukka. They both were very good and on the water. We had our first meal at the Kaibo yacht club on the beach,it was barefoot night and the food was outside and we ate on Picnic tables. Food wasn’t that good. We bought our groceries at Savannah at Fosters market.
Summary. The wedding was beautiful, and we loved your condo. As I sit here in frigid Indiana weather, and look across my patio at our frozen pond, I would ❤️ to be back on your condo
