This unit was the choice of the architect back in 1973 and has been in the family since 1975. The Northshore has one of the best beaches and piers that one can find at Lake Tahoe on 26 acres of land. Renters may access the private beach, swimming pool, tennis courts, and a large lawn which is all just steps from the condo. The condo is also stocked with HD plasmas which includes premium movie channels, 50 top DVDs and high-speed WiFi. Resort is amazing! Unit has a lot of space - 4 floors! Kitchen needs some help! Better knives, new cookie sheets, more storage containers, matching glasses, etc. Unit needs some attention to clean out unused items.

Rented this unit for a family reunion. The location and amenities of the development are superb. While the unit is dated, it had everything we needed for our 5 day stay and we were very comfortable there. Spent a lot of time at the beach/lake, pickleball, short drive to Tahoe City and Truckee River rafting and wonderful restaurants. Greg was very responsive to my questions and any concerns I had. The listing description appears to be old and after one of our conversations he updated the listing description immediately and added back in the premium TV channels. Thank you, Greg, for making our stay so wonderful.

Loved the dining room/ living room area. Made ideal for lounging while others played games and built gingerbread houses at the dining table. Beds were comfy… the kitchen was stocked with the cookware needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner including a meat thermometer. Enough dishes to set dinner table as well. On negative thing to mention is the kitchen a little small to fit three of us… but we knew that from the pictures. The immediate area is cute too… Safeway and CVS about a seven minute drive. And we walked the strip that had a bookstore, a few art galleries and consignment stores. Overall had a positive experience.

This condo has a great location with views of the lake. Very quiet neighborhood and wonderful amenities. Close to Tahoe City. Equipped with all the essentials for basic meals. We had a great stay there and can't wait to come back with some friends.

House was cozy and met our needs. Not a fancy place but we were fine with that and was a great price. Was close to places to shop and eat. Great time of the year to go with just missing big crowds for holiday and summer starting. Stayed busy during the day and were only at home to sleep in the evenings. Thank you for opening your home for us to stay!

We had a wonderful week. Condo complex has lots of amenities. We took advantage of the tennis courts, swimming pool, bocce ball, private beach with chairs and umbrellas and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The layout of the condo allows lots of privacy.

Easy to find. Delightful condo. Lots of stairs. Property is showing its age but it’s well kept up. There for a wedding so we didn’t get to experience any of the outdoor amenities like the beach, pool. (Too bad because the weather was great most of the time!)

We wanted a nice quiet spot for our family to enjoy thanksgiving this year and this property was just that! Kitchen was well equipped (plus some) for us to prepare our thanksgiving feast along with the large dining table! Plenty of space for all 6 of us to each have our own space. Easy walk down to the Lake. Beautiful, private, peaceful! Close to grocery store and small shopping area! We all loved it, would recommend and we will be back! :)

This unit is perfect for larger families. 4 bedrooms on 3 levels with a bathroom on each level makes for enough separation to not be on top of each other. We stayed with both our adult daughters and their husbands along with a toddler and an infant. It’s very adequate for a lake/mountain family vacation. Kitchen was well equipped, had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic and the beach was very nice, you barely need to leave the complex. Could use a new mattress or two, especially on the middle level. Would definitely stay again and the owner was very responsive..

Great location. Loved the coziness of the cabin as a family trip with teenage kids; kept us all together. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with utensils for prep and cooking. Would recommend and go again. The cabin was not clean upon arrival (as an oversight apparently). Got ahold of owner who was apologetic, made things right, and had someone over within a few minutes to change bedding and clean cabin.

While on directly in the water, this unit has great beach access and is close to great shops and restaurants. It’s clean, cozy, roomy, and decently equipped. We had a slight issue with a bathroom and the owner fixed it immediately. Would definitely come back.

The place is sizable so we had so much room. Two adults love to cook and we found the kitchen well stocked and quite adequate for our needs. I collect every kitchen gadget in the world and there was nothing I couldn't find in this condo. It was a lovely SHORT walk to the beach from the condo and even closer to the pool. The deck outside the living room has a great view. We never had to leave for other activities in Tahoe b/c we were well entertained with what the property had to offer. Our son kept asking why we couldn't stay longer.
