The place was just as expected, the neighborhood is cute and quiet, the pub next door is great, and the water is a short walk away. Will likely stay here again.

We had a great long weekend. The place was a great location. We walked everywhere to the harbor, Camden yards.
Place was perfect for 2 people.
Only down side was its city parking. We were able to find a spot on Aliceann which was unrestricted.

Property was great. Easy to get to, and great location to explore the harbors

Great stay for two people. Don’t recommend anymore than that. Excellent safe location. Starbucks 2 blocks away, a major plus!! The water 3 blocks away. Very clean.
I don’t recommend any others to stay, the pull out couch is not for comfortable sleeping.

Johns' property was just perfect for our stay in Baltimore. It was conveniently located right in the nice are so we could be right at the harbor area and enjoy the food and nightlife. We were told several times we choose a great area. We would Uber to the Penn Marc station to catch the Marc train to DC each day and it was very easy. This location is prime, and we would highly recommend staying here. It is located tucked back in a little gated area, so you did not have a lot of street noise, walking distance to several bakeries and coffee shops. Wife and I felt safe here.

Super affordable nice clean spot in an amazing area of Baltimore. Parking wasnt too bad and I walked to everything that weekend.

Location good - neighborhood quiet and location a good walk to restaurants. Lodging ok for young and agile - but challenging for 65+ aged adults as we are - tub slippery and nothing to hold onto - always afraid of falling. Bed very hard. Sofa/seating generally uncomfortable. Parking instructions inaccurate - spent a lot of time moving car and paying for meters - parking garage too far away. We expected staircase from description -- but too many other small steps throughout. Picture deceiving - place was smaller than we expected -- but does have that charming Baltimore row house mystique. Thermostat hard to find & unreachable - place needs better instructions once inside

We came down to volunteer at the Operation Christmas Child processing center and the Fells Point property ticked all the boxes for us: quiet neighborhood, restaurants and groceries within walking distance, parking manageable; the place was clean and had pretty much everything you'd need for a weekend getaway. I love my nice firm bed so this one was too soft for me, a totally subjective item, but I guess it would be my only critique. Thanks for providing all we needed!

Very cozy place with ample space for 2 people. Would love to stay here again

Our stay was perfect and exactly as described, it was unique, warm, and inviting. We had everything we needed and the space was very well organized, clean,
and comfortable. It was nice to be within walking distance of most everything in the area. The private patio area was really nice to enjoy our morning coffee. Highly recommend. So glad we stayed here. Our host John was fabulous!

The Fleet St. property was very clean, quiet and very convenient for walking to the harbor. Super easy check in and very secure. As a single middle aged gal I was able to walk back and forth to
restaurants and shops in the evening and felt very safe. A night light in the upstairs hallway would be an added little bonus.

Fells Point Courtyard was a perfect spot for our visit to Baltimore! Its quirky but very functional multi-level layout with its almost invisible entrance reminded us of an apartment we rented in Tuscany - charming, efficient, and very practical. The whole place was spotless, the location excellent, very quiet, most comfortable and very well equipped. The only slight problem was parking but we fortunately found a place within a block. John responded immediately with solutions to a couple of questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Perfect Spot
I was in town for a funeral and found this place on Home Away and instantly fell in love with the charm of the place. It definitely lived up to the pictures and my expectations. Despite being there for a funeral, we still wanted a spot that was close to the amenities that Fells Point had to offer. We enjoyed Canton Liquor House next door. Donna the owner, was super kind and sweet to us. The owner of the property was super kind as well quick to respond when I had a question. I recommend parking your vehicle and leaving it there. Parking is free but not always available close by. I discovered “Lime” scooters while I was there. Super fun to use and very cheap. They have an app to locate them and they are easy to use. “Forget the Uber, Ride a Scooter”. Thanks John for opening up your home to us.

Sweet, well kept and appointed, great convenient location
This is a perfect Baltimore getaway spot, Real, located nicely for easy access to the funky Fells Point neighborhood. It was easy for me to walk to my meeting spot at the Marriott, shopping for vittles close at hand, all good.

Clean, Quiet and Great Location!
This property is meticulously maintained and has everything you need to create a lovely home away from home retreat. The bed is super comfy and the temperature is fully adjustable. It's like your own small coachhouse. I'd like to come back whenever I visit Baltimore again!

This was a great experience. John the owner was easily accessible and his home beautiful. We wee 3 blocks to the water and tons of stuff easily accessible.

Week end getaway
Nice place in a good location to the inner harbor. Parking can be a challenge but their are many options provided. Plenty of room to lounge around and more amenities than any hotel can provide. Kitchenette was well stocked. Neighboring bar was no problem. Would book this place again.

Great location
Enjoyed our stay. Great location. Walking distance to Fells Point/Canton and short walk to InnerHarbor. Apt is very well stocked and clean. John is quick to respond to all questions and inquiries.

Great location!
The House was comfortable and clean but the best part was the location. We were able to walk everywhere downtown.

Very clean and well maintained
John did a great job renovating this cozy one bedroom. It's clean and in great condition with all the needed amenities. Located in the heart of Fells Point, the location is great. It is located next to a bar, so if you're looking for complete silence or cultural sterility, book a fancy hotel room in the touristy part of the Inner Harbor. If you prefer the soothing sound of soft music and the white noise of life happening nearby as it lulls you to sleep, this is the place.

Had a great time
Place is nice. Very clean and well maintained.
Parking is a challenge but that's to be expected considering the location.

Great location with everything you could possibly need
My husband and I stayed in this great apartment over a 3 day weekend while in town for a friends wedding. The apartment is cozy and extremely well stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. There are stores, restaurants and bars within walking distance. We only wish we had more time to explore the area during our stay. Would definitely stay at this apartment again.

Perfect Place to Stay
This apartment is the absolute best in so many ways. Perfectly located in the heart of Fells Point, spacious, charming, beautifully furnished, so many nice touches and amenities (for example, there is a washer and dryer - very handy!), entertainment center, comfortably welcoming, quiet surroundings (it's located on an interior courtyard), secure and easy access...I could go on and on. This is the perfect place to stay if you want your vacation/get-way to feel like a home-away-from-home and a "part of the neighborhood" as opposed to just "visiting the neighborhood".

Great location Love Fell's Point
Already thinking about a return to Fell's Point. Stay was perfect!! Apartment is in the middle of everything. Highly recommend. Five stars all the way.

Great location.
Great location. Easy to rent. Bar next door and Ale Mary's one block over are awesome. Walked to ballpark for Orioles games.

Very Nice and affordable in Prime Location!
Perfect getaway for a couple (with up to two small kids). Nicely appointed rooms and a full size kitchen. Both bathrooms have fans! Bar next door wasn't that loud and we were there Fri to Sun on Preakness weekend!

A lovely property
I stayed here for 6 nights in May 2017 and found it to be a really pretty property. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had an excellent power and the furnishings were very tasteful. John was happy to answer any questions, e.g. on how to find local grocery stores. The first night there was some noise from the bar next door, but this didn`t happen again for the rest of my time there, and I slept really well. Fell's Point is a pretty and historic area of Baltimore and the Courtyard is very well-located for accessing the water taxi and coffee shops at the waterfront.

Great weekend location
We had a great stay in this little hide-away on Fleets Street, Baltimore. Communication was thorough and extremely helpful. Parked our car in the parking garage that was recommended and didn't touch it until Monday morning when we checked out. The accommodation was exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Thank you so much for the coffee in the pantry as it got us started the first morning! We cooked dinner Sunday as the Whole Foods was just down the street. I would highly recommend this unit. We'll be back.

This apartment was perfect for my husband and I who spent our anniversary here over the 4th of July weekend. Location is great - walk right out of your gated apartment and in just about 5 minutes you are in the quaint historic district of Fells Point and the waterfront - where restaurants are everywhere! We parked our car in the owners garage for $15 a day - which was well worth having it there and not having to deal with parking on the street or in a nearby garage and walking. Parking meters are a fortune - a quarter for 10 minutes - so you can see how that would add up! This is an older apartment, but you can see it is well maintained and well-kept with beautiful hardwood floors, a small kitchen but it did the trick for what we needed. The bed was super comfortable and nice having a TV in the bedroom as well. Fresh linens were a plus.Walked to Little Italy and had an amazing meal at Gias and a fantastic breakfast at Water for Chocolate. John was extremely friendly, efficient and responsive from the time of booking until the end of our stay. Would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay. This apartment is in a great location, just blocks away from all that Fells Point offers. Very clean, quiet, and secure. Everything was supplied and we had no issues. We will be back.

The apartment was clean, cozy and inviting. The reviews I read were honest and well deserved. John made everything easy. My son and I enjoyed the Fells Point and Inner Harbor areas for a few days with everything in walking distance or by the circulator[FREE!!]

Great values and a beautiful place to stay with one bed room upstairs with good space for two or two couples with the hide-a-bed in the living room. Pretty well appointed but could use some additional cooking utensils and bedding. Charming decor and close to everything the Inner Harbor or downtown Baltimore has to offer. The host John is very accommodating and a pleasure to work with, he made the whole transaction and check-in//check-out process smooth and easy. Next Baltimore trip, I will stay at one of his three units!
2.0
We found the unit clean and within walking distance to the harbor area as well as camden yards. Public transportation is also available. The pull out bed was typical of most, a little less comfortable than the real bed upstairs. We were prepared for a loud music and such from the adjacent bar but never heard much of anything. No problem there. This was a great place for our father son getaway..
