Enjoy a beach holiday year round in this spacious, fully-furnished apartment with a completely outfitted kitchen with dishwasher and granite countertops. Clean leather furniture in living room.. Also included is new split unit air conditioning and heating downstairs, Smart TV so you can stream TV shows and movies, DVD player, wireless high-speed internet, shared coin laundry facilities in the garage, and garage parking for smaller car. Additional TVs in Master bedroom and queen bedroom and DVD player/TV in bunk room.

Stroll along the beach or on the pier and watch the surfers at some of California's best surfing breaks. Soak up the sun while lying on the beach, swim, boogie board, or watch the sunset. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and fishing equipment are included. The many restaurants to sample include Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Thai and Fisherman's on the pier. Also great cafes for breakfast and lunches. We are now your Green Holiday choice in San Clemente! Solar Electric panels on the roof produce our own electricity.

Three bedrooms and two newly renovated baths easily sleeps seven. The master bedroom has a Cal king memory foam bed, and a private tiled deck with gas bar-b-cue and deck furniture, bedroom-2 has a new comfortable Queen bed, Bedroom-3 sleeps three with a bunk bed and separate twin bed. Roll-away beds are also available for children.

Activities: Enjoy the beach and fishing pier just a short walk away, or visit nearby Dana Point Harbor, Laguna Beach, and Mission San Juan Capistrano. Also, several golf courses are available in the area. Nearby shops include everything you need plus antiques, swimwear, surf shops, post office, and arts and crafts. Also the public library is only one half block away and every Sunday there is a Farmer's Market just up the street.

We get only great reviews from our guests seeking a memorable summer holiday or a winter refuge from the cold. We also offer special discounted rates for stays of 12-29 nights for $160 per night in winter (higher in summer).

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. Check in was super easy. Condo was clean, and had everything we needed. Less than a ten min walk to the sand, even shorter walk to shops. I think we’d all stay forever and live off Chaupain bakery and Bonzai Bowls.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is excellent - we easily walked to the beach everyday (with all of our stuff, took maybe 5 minutes to walk), and it is also a super short walk to a ton of shops and restaurants just up the street. The property also gives guests access to way more beach stuff than we needed, which was great! There are plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys for the kids, even surf boards and wet suits. The apartment is updated and very nice, and has everything you'd need. The second floor deck was a nice perk as well. Overall, this is fantastic place and was perfect for my family and I!

The house was spacious and well cared for. A little older, so it had some issues like sticking cupboards. Very nice furniture! Overall it was super nice inside. It does share a wall with another unit and the young people staying there didn’t quite get the whole quiet time idea, and it’s on the main drag going down to the beach so it’s busy outside. We enjoyed our stay though.

Location location location!! Beach and pier just 5 min walk as well as downtown 5 min walk away. The condo was great. Very comfy beds and couches. Everything you need and more. Wonderful all around. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean. Brand new sofas very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Lots of dishes, utensils, and cookware. Comfortable bed. Brought our own feather pillows. Shower water pressure good enough. Lots of towels. Lots of windows so good air flow. Convenient to have off street parking - easy to park a van. Easy to communicate with Bill - very nice guy. The street was noisy at times but sleeping was not a problem. Would stay here again. Thank you Bill.

I grew up in Dan Clemente and my husband wanted his ashes spread out in the ocean so my family returned to carry out his wishes. The house and the location was absolutely perfect and I would/will definitely return.

Great location and perfect for our vacation! Plenty of space! Great living area for our whole group! The description was misleading. There were not 2.5 baths. There was a half bath downstairs, a full bath upstairs, and a shower in the bunk room. The garage is small, so big cars won't fit. Street parking is challenging close by. Even given the oddness with the bathrooms and the challenge of parking, the location was great and we loved the place!

We had a fantastic stay in San Clemente and this property is in great walking distance from the lovely pier and the shops. Our host Bill was wonderful and responsive to questions or concerns. Great location! Great weather! The house had everything we needed. It's only a 5-10 minute walk down the street to the beach and the pier. The house is equipped with beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, wet suits, and wagons to help carry it all to the beach. It is also a short walk to great restaurants and shops up the street. Once we parked at the house, we didn't need to use the car during our stay. The San Clemente Trolley bus runs every day in the summer (only on weekends in the winter) and stops at the nearby corner. The only things we wish we brought were e-bikes like the locals use to travel faster up and down the hill or expolre further along the coast.

We had a great time! There was a bit of confusion with our reservation, which meant the house was not ready when we arrived, however Bill remedied it quickly and it was no problem. The house was perfect space for us. Thank you!

Close walking distance for the beach. Hard location for babies/toddlers no yard for them to play in and it is on a pretty busy road. Property manager is easy to get a hold of and proactive.

This was an awesome place to reconnect with our Marine who had been deployed. It was close to base and walking distance to the beach and the downtown area for my teenage daughters to explore the shops. The house had everything we need to enjoy home cooked meals the area had all the restaurants to enjoy if going out. We would loved our time there and would recommend iit to families. Especially with little kids. They had everything thing you needed for the beach.

Absolutely everything is there that is needed. 10 hours on a plane and in cars and we walked into a HOME. Smelled fresh & impeccably clean. Beds and sheets were soft, plush and extra blankets & pillows were available. Ice trays were full and waiting for our beverages which could be purchased 1 block away at Freds. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance and able to feed multiple family members with ease. Access to any beach toy you can think of for adults and the young. Remarkable property, location, views and especially an owner who cares enough via email to make sure everything was in order. Expect everything and then get delivered even MORE. Thank you

What an awesome place to stay. Just a quick walk from the beach and lots of nice restaurants. We had the best time at Fisherman's Wharf on the pier for happy hour/dinner and at La Galette Creperie for breakfast. It was a great time!

This spot is ideal for anyone seeking a clean, comfy place near the beach. Surf check with coffee is just down the street and the downtown area up the street has all the right components to keep teenagers and younger happy. Disney is about 40 minutes away. This will be my go to spot for any future vacations in San Clemente. Highly recommend.

The property was perfectly situated between the beach/pier and downtown San Clemente. The property was enormous and so comfortable that it was the perfect place for much needed rest & Relaxation!! The check in process was easy, the owner was responsive, the property was very well stocked and the clean. The listing was accurate as well as the pictures. I would definitely recommend to everyone as well as stay again.

The space was perfect for my family of 5 with kids ranging from 9mos-13 years. The beach accessories in the garage were a huge highlight as we traveled from the east coast. House was super clean and comfortable and you can’t beat the location! Would definitely stay again.
