Excellente nuit dans cet hôtel. Super accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires. Chambre neuve, spacieuse et propre, literie confortable. Très bon rapport qualité prix avec petit déjeuner le matin dans le restaurant. Parking disponible pour 10€ Je recommande ce logement !!

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Un peu décevant par rapport aux commentaires dithyrambiques sur Booking

L'accueil très aimable, et même chaleureux, et le service particulièrement agréable et sympathique du serveur qui parlait français. La chambre très grande, très propre(elle semblait neuve), dotée d'une bonne literie. Lit King size confortable.

La douche!! d'apparence superbe...vaste... mais aucun mode d'emploi pour faire fonctionner cette douche qui projetait un double jet en biais. J'ai essayé les divers boutons mais rien à faire!Pas vu l'intérêt des lumières colorées. En outre, pas de tablette où poser gel douche, shampooing,etc. Pas de savonnette ni de bonnet de bain à disposition ( la douche mouillant inévitablement les cheveux) Pas de tablette dans la salle de bain pour poser trousses de toilette, flacons,etc La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas encore(or,il faisait chaud!). Ouvrir la fenêtre ne rafraîchissait guère et ,surtout ,il y avait beaucoup de bruit dû à des voisins bruyants jusqu'à une heure avancée. Enfin, le petit déjeuner servi (pas de buffet libre service) ne comportait que des pâtisseries et des biscottes! peut-être fallait-il demander tout ce qu'on trouve habituellement sur les buffets de petit déjeuner, mais cela ne nous avait pas été précisé et c'était long et incommode. Le repas du soir était satisfaisant mais rien d'exceptionnel (nous n'avons pas pris de pizzas)

le petit déjeuner est somptueux ! le spa et les équipements sont exceptionnels ! l'accueil parfaite ! la chambre spacieuse et confortable ! la baignoire balnéo n'était pas prévue dans la réservation, belle surprise !

un espace dans la salle d'eau pour poser les trousses de toilettes.

The staff is absolutely fantastic! Everyone is so welcoming, polite, available and super friendly! I had a few requests and the staff provided everything I asked, A+ team!! The rooms are new, clean, beautiful! Definitely will come back!

Kényelmes, tiszta, jól felszerelt hotel és barátságos, segítőkész tulajdonos.

A szoba tiszta volt és barátságos, méretét tekintve az átlagnál sokkal nagyobb. A reggeli bőséges és finom! A tulajdonos nagyon kedves és segítőkész! Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. A helyben készített pizza isteni finom volt! Köszönjük!

Ospitalità difficile da trovare !

I proprietari sono stati sempre gentilissimi e disponibili ! La struttura è tenuta al meglio e in ampliamento La colazione è stata sopra le aspettative sia per abbondanza che qualità.

Niente in particolare , unica cosa che sarebbe auspicabile in futuro è avere un passaggio disponibile tra area ristorazione e accesso camere così da non dover entrare e uscire da 2 ingressi separati che danno sulla via principale.

È fantastico, siamo felici, abbiamo mangiato molto bene

La camera è molto spaziosa, ha i mobili, un bollitore d'acqua elettrico, macchina da caffè, frigorifero tutto a disposizione, la doccia altrettanto è grande .... assolutamente consiglio il ristorante ch'è aperto fino tardi ,sempre era pieno di gente , i piatti sono abbondanti, qualità alta del cibo , i prezzi sono molto convenienti . Siamo venuti per d'affari e per noi era molto importante di avere sotto la mano la comodità

Non siamo riusciti a capire ed operare la TV , ma non è un problema, avevamo poco tempo per riposare

Gros coup de cœur pour cet hôtel luxe super bien placé dans cette charmante ville

On a adoré cet hôtel, tout était parfait, l'ambiance chaleureuse, l'accueil exceptionnel du patron et de toute son équipe très professionnelle, la chambre luxueuse, la salle de bain sublime, on va rêver longtemps de cet endroit et regretter de ne pas être avoir pris au moins 2 nuits, mais on reviendra, c'est certain. Le restaurant est vraiment excellent, le petit déjeuner est féérique et le diner délicieux, il faut voir les pizzas absolument fabuleuses. Le spa est incroyable et d'une propreté irréprochable, ça vaut vraiment le détour.

Sehr gut mit einem wirklich tollen Team! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Das Besitzerehepaar war überragend freundlich und hat uns verwöhnt. Man wurde behandelt wie ein guter Freund! Das Frühstück wurde auf Wunsch zusammengestellt. Da blieb kein Wunsch offen!

Ein Autostellplatz im Hof war mitunter belegt. Wir bekamen aber eine Garage angeboten bzw. konnten das Auto unweit auch kostenlos parken.

clean and comfortable modern room in restored old town house. the host family is super nice, very attentive and considerate. dinner (not included) in their restaurant was absolutely fantastic pasta and anti pasti. secure parking available.

A pearl of Liguria

The whole staff works as a family and you can feel, that it is a pleasure for them to welcome you and they make you a part of the family. The room was perfect, everything new, very comfortable, clean and stylish. You have a great balcony to relax with a bootle of vine. The breakfast with Italian pastry, cheese and ham, focaccias, etc was perfect. You should not search for the restaurants in the town - you have the best one downstairs - it is called Ricaroka and people of Albenga are coming to visit it every day, all the tables are always reserved. We are here 3 times, very delicious, simply great. Besides you are in a great place in the town - 4 minutes to the station, 3 minutes to the old town of beautiful Albenga, 10 minutes to the beach (all walking). Our children visited many hotels, my wife and I much more (over 300), but this sincere hospitality and love to the guests make Ricaroka the best one, we’ve ever visited. We spent there only 5 nights, it’s the shame, that the vacation lasts only two weeks and we wanted to visit one more place. I would definitely, without any compromises recommend Ricaroka to everybody. We would like to come once more. Carlo, grazie mille a te. Era un grande piacere conoscerti. Cordiali saluti a tutti. I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying, and I must say that the experience far exceeded my expectations. This establishment stands out not only for its magnificent facilities and comfort but especially for its exceptional staff, who truly made the stay unforgettable. One person that particularly impressed me was Antonio. From the moment I checked in, Antonio displayed a charismatic and friendly demeanour that made me feel genuinely welcome. His helpfulness knew no bounds; he was always ready to assist and had extensive knowledge about the hotel facilities and the surrounding area, providing invaluable advice and recommendations. I wholeheartedly recommend Ricaroka to anyone looking for an accommodation that truly prioritizes customer satisfaction and provides an exceptional stay. My experience was an absolute delight, all thanks to the wonderful staff and notably, Antonio. I eagerly look forward to my next stay at the Ricaroka hotel.

Wonderful experience! Antonio is an amazing host and took care of us from beginning to the end. It’s perhaps the most personalized and welcoming hotel experience I have ever had. Beautiful, clean rooms and a very friendly staff. Breakfast made to your request, no buffet here. We had lovely caffè, croissants, and I can really recommend scrambled eggs with a side of focaccia. We only stayed one night but will come back for both the restaurant and the hotel. Absolutely recommend!!

If you re in the area, and want to see a *real* Ligurian town, come to Albenga and try the Ricaroka!

My wife and I stayed at the Ricaroka in Albenga, because the town looked like an interesting place about halfway to our final destination. The town and the Ricaroka did nor disappoint ! Comfortable accommodations, good service, convenience... couldn't ask for anything more. I can heartily recommend the Ricaroka!

Everything here was just fine. No complaints...
