This is a very central location if it's your first time in Rome as it was for the larger part of our group. The apartment is older, like most buildings here and could use new AC in the living room and at least one of the rooms, but it was not uncomfortable at night. Overall a great stay and hosts.

Can’t beat the location. Central to everything and lovely views of the piazza Navano. Apartments stays cool and the space was larger than expected. Truly a special place. Unfortunately, the fountains are down for maintenance in the piazza and look to be for several more months. Did slow the crowds a lot. I would make only 1 recommendation to the owner: consider new beds. They seemed well worn with body impressions and was a little uncomfortable. Would stay again if we’re back in the area. The apartment was great for our group of 7 and was close to the places we intended to visit during our short stay. Our host was responsive and helpful. We would stay there again if we had the opportunity.

The apartment was in the perfect place, the Piazza Novana. You are close to everything within a walking distance. 30-minute walk to the Colosseum, 20-minute walk to the Vatican and 10-minute walk to the Trevi, Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, etc. Don't forget to visit the "Steelers Bar", La Botticella if you're a Steelers fan! Emma was absolutely great to work with! The apartment was just as described and fit our family of 5 perfectly! Having 3 bathrooms was awesome, since it allowed everyone to clean up quickly before going out for the evening for dinner and to walk around. The sushi restaurant next door was a great place to eat, when we needed a break from all of the pasta and pizza. The Taxi station was 1 minute around the corner which would be convenient for a smaller group of people. Trying to find a taxi for 5 is very hard. Most, if not all taxis, only hold 4. If we ever go back to Rome, we would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Emma was an amazing host for our stay in Rome. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The apartment was in a wonderful location and had an amazing view of Piazza Navona. It was wonderful to be able to cook breakfasts on our own and have a place to go in the afternoon for a brief time to escape the blazing summer heat. The kitchen was well stocked and enabled us to prepare dinner and breakfasts easily. It was wonderful to have three full bathrooms to making getting ready/cleaning up easy to do.
One word of advice to travelers from the US-washcloths are not common in Europe; if you would like to have washcloths, you need to bring your own.
Enjoy your stay in this amazing flat. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Rome!

Our family of 5 adults from the USA stayed here and this apartment exceeded our expectations. It was our first trip to Rome, and we had much to see, and this location was prime. You are walking distance from most of the big ticket spots. The living room is a great social space and you can open the windows and overlook the piazza.
The host was lovely and helpful and was there to meet us in person to check in.
One item of note is that there is a washer but no dryer. But you can simply wash your clothes and put them on a rack and let them dry in the sun (just like the locals do). Being from the USA that may sound like a huge inconvenience but it’s honestly not a big deal at all.
If we ever go back to Rome it’s likely we’ll stay here again. It was an absolutely awesome experience and I fully recommend this place. -Anthony

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay!! There were three couples traveling together to celebrate my husband’s retirement. The apartment location was perfect and we had plenty of room to relax. Emma was a fabulous host as well!

This home is amazing... The view of the Piazza is spectacular! The home is very clean, with lots of room for a big family. Emma, the host is amazing... She met us and showed us everything, she even made dinner reservations for us. When we left, we forgot something at the home and she went above and beyond, mailing it back to us. My only advice is; rent this beautiful property now, before someone else does. You will love it! We can't wait to come back...

This apartment has a gorgeous view of Piazza Navona with large windows that you can open so you can hear and see all the activity in the piazza. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The check in process was easy and helpful with great restaurant recommendations. Easy 5-20 minute to walk to any of the main Roman sites.

We had a fantastic stay at this property, the location cannot be beat. It's right in the heart of Rome, the windows open onto the Piazza Navona. The linens and bathrooms were very clean, beds comfortable, and kitchen well-equipped. Very safe and well-lit, doors were secure. Usual quirks with an old building, nothing out of the ordinary for Europe. There is a lift to help with luggage, which was definitely useful.
The host was readily available via WhatsApp. We had one issue with a key not working properly shortly after arriving. The host returned immediately and gave us a new one to make sure we didn't waste any time on our vacation. He also provided us restaurant recommendations for the area, and got us a driver to/from the airport. This made for an excellent family vacation in a city I had never visited before.
Five stars all around -- I cannot recommend this property enough!

This apartment is so beautiful and located looking over Piazza Navona which is just stunning. It has 3 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so great for 3 couples who want to visit Rome. It has everything you want for an easy stay and so many restaurants and bars in staggering distance.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, extremely comfortable, and there was nothing that we needed that was not available to us! The location could not be better. It was absolute perfection, and as some of us had some medical conditions, it was so easy to take a break in the middle of the day and take a little rest. We loved everything about it you felt like you were immersed in Rome. Emma was fantastic and an absolute pleasure to work with. It will absolutely be the place I stay if I come back to Rome!!

Beautiful, plenty of room and the best location in Rome. The owner was responsive and very helpful with everything from restaurants suggestions to help with transport to the airport. Her referred guide Nicole was also excellent. We had a wonderful time in the lap of luxury.

We were a group of 5 friends exploring Italy. Hosts, Carlo and Emma were amazing. They responded quickly to all of our questions before and during our stay. The VRBO is incredible. We felt like we were right in the middle of all of the activity in Navona. Navigating to all other areas was easy. The apartment is incredible. Everything needed for the comforts of home and more provided by the Hosts. They even arranged our transportation from the airport directly to the apartment. We would definitely stay here again.

I can not overstate how wonderful this property was for our visit to Rome! the location was central and so convenient being on Piazza Navonna. Even though we were close, it was quiet and we slept great! The check in process with Emma was easy and we were able to drop off our bags before the apartment check in time so we could roam the city. I would recommend this property for family, friends, and children. Thank you for an excellent experience!

The location is very central and it was a pleasure to watch the Piazza change throughout the day, from early morning dog walkers to the crowds at sunset. The living room windows let in abundant light and the large rooms and high ceilings gave a feeling of openness that we enjoyed. The apartment was surprisingly quiet inside. Everything worked. Emma and Alessandro were very good communicators. We couldn't have asked for a nicer stay.

The three bedroom, three bath apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. The large windows onto the Piazza Navona afforded wonderful views and the energy of Rome but when closed were extremely silent. Lots of space and an elevator for those who find steps challenging. Hosts were excellent with great communication and recommendations.

Everything about this rental was top notch! There is so much space for the entire family spread out. The location is central for walking to many of the must see sites. The view out the windows is like being in a travel post card. The people watching is fantastic. Highly recommended as one of the best rentals we have ever had the opportunity to vacation.

I cannot overstate how perfect this location is as well as the apartment. Beautifully decorated. Plenty of room. Overlooks piazza Navona. Clean. Air conditioning works great (nice in 107 degree days). With a large group, this spot cannot be beaten. And Emma was so responsive and helpful!!!

I had 7 of us spent 5 nights here and it was wonderful. Location was close to everything and even though the weather outside was really hot (35C+) the place was still comfortable throughout the stay.
Would have been nice to have a microwave oven, but the toaster oven worked so no real issue. Everything else worked well so no complaints.

We had a wonderful stay at Carlo and Emma’s. There are 6 of us - my husband, me and our 4 older teens. Plenty of space, clean, great location and very helpful hosts. Emma made reservations at a favorite restaurant of ours and managed to get us a table upstairs (tourists tend to wind up in the basement) and she also arranged transportation from the airport and to the port. The AC worked great - and it was HOT. The location is easily walkable to the “must see” sites.

I can’t say enough about the beautiful apartment and it’s amazing location right on Piazza Navona with incredible views of the fountains and piazza. The photos don’t do it justice. With gleaming wood floors, 12 foot ceilings and three full bedrooms and baths it is the perfect family or multiple couple location to walk to every historical location in Rome along with dozens of restaurants and shops. And our host Emma was outstanding. She helped arrange for private drivers to and from the airport, have restaurant recommendations, and responded on a moment’s notice. I hope we can return soon! Highly recommend!
