Zapata PH is a luxury 4,330 square feet two-level penthouse with arresting views of Lands End and the Sea of Cortez. This fine home features four spacious bedrooms, four luxurious bathrooms, and one half bathroom. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with king size beds, while the fourth bedroom includes two queen size beds. All bedrooms have their own terrace for enjoying exclusive ocean views and flat screen TVs.

The Space:
Zapata Penthouse features a soothing jacuzzi, a state-of-the-art BBQ, an airy living area that connects to a spacious terrace, and a gourmet kitchen, fully stocked with modern appliances. The residence's living room includes an 85" smart TV and a state-of-the-art high-fi Sonos sound system that allows guests to control in which of the residence's areas to listen to music. This sound system is smartphone operated.

I came here with a group of 9 girls and we were all amazed by the 5-star VIP treatment you get from the second you book the property until you're back at the airport. This was my third trip to Cabo and I'm convinced Hacienda is the best place to stay! Stunning views, best location, friendliest staff, Gorgeous property and rooms. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Will definitely be back.

We could not have asked for a better experience. The location, staff, food, and property, were all incredible. I highly recommend this as a vacation. We have traveled all over the world and rank this at the top. Thank you for an amazing trip. We will be back! All the people were incredibly kind and helpful and helped make our trip. We had a great time at the Hacienda in Cabo. The unit was perfect with 4 large bedrooms and including the 2 top masters. The jacuzzi on the balcony was a real treat that we enjoyed everyday. The service at the Hacienda as well was great. The only downside may have been the loud music late at night in the surrounding areas - but that should be expected when staying in town. Thank you!

Thank you to the Pisces group for a wonderful vacation. They handled every detail of our trip allowing us to relax & enjoy our time in Cabo. The location of this unit provides a spectacular view of Land’s End. We enjoyed watching the fishing boats & Cruise ships coming and going. Hacienda is the best location in Cabo. We are looking forward to our next vacation.

Such an incredible place to stay. Unbelievable views. The balcony was accessible from the master as well as the living area, jacuzzi on the terrace! With floor to ceiling views of the ocean -I couldn't keep my eyes off the view. You had all the comforts of home. Staff is there when you need them. Close to everything you want to do... I can keep going! Thank you to all the Pisces team we had a great time here!

WARNING: do not stay here if you value your deposit. We were charged for minor marks made on old dated tiles that had HUNDREDS of scuffs, marks and scratches. This was clearly an attempt by the owners to get other people to pay for their old beat up flooring. There are much nicer places to stay in Cabo where they won't try to reach in your pocket every chance they get.

We had a great trip and would highly recommend this unit. Everything was perfect. Becky, Marco and Manuel took care of all the details and arranged all activities and services we needed.

For our daughters 21st birthday we decided to take her and five friends to Cabo. The moment we walked in to this property I new this place was going to be perfect. The amenities are beautiful. Plenty of open space for the girls to spread out. The patio is spacious and has an incredible view. The acomadations are first class. My wife and I normally stay at Las Ventanas. We found this to be more young adult friendly, but still keeping a very high standard. This is mainly because of the location. It is in the hart of the action. Between The Mango Deck, The Ofice, Squid Row, and the marina a short walk got you to any of them. We fished with the Pisces fleet for two days. There dock was just a couple of minutes walk from the gate, and the fishing was great. First day out I went solo and got two stripped Marlin. The second day the kids came with me and all seven of us caught a Mahi Mahi in the 20-25 lbs range. We brought one back to the hotel and they prepared civeche and sushi that the staff served us on the beach in the late afternoon. I can't say enough how happy we were with this property, and we will be coming back.
