We loved the proximity to both the lifts and downtown Park City. The condo itself was spacious for the two of us, and it was easy to get to the hot tub. An issue that arose at check in was fixed right away; Anne-Katherine responded promptly. We'd recommend this condo for it's location above all else; it made for a very enjoyable week skiing!

Nice property. Walk across the parking lot to get to skiing. Easy access for the bus stops. A pool and hot tub. Nice showers. Could not ask for anything more.

Nice condo, great location to walk to the lifts. Owner sent us nearly all the information we needed beforehand, so no need for further communication. Took us a couple of nights to figure out how to override the schedule on the thermostats (we like it cooler at night than what it was set to), but once we figured that out, it was smooth sailing. Would stay again.

You can’t beat this location if you’re hitting the mountain. It’s literally a 2-3 block walk to the resort/lift (pro tip, use the pool gate / front entrance to save walking up/down 14th.) We didn’t have a car and it didn’t matter. The condo is in walking distance to everything you need. 10 min to the grocery store, 15 min to restaurants on the north end (blind dog, boneyard), 15 min to old town PC.
The condo itself is a bit dated, but it worked great for the four of us. We all had our own bed and it was nice to have two bathrooms. The kitchen is relatively well stocked for any basic cooking you want to do. Although the hot tub only holds 6, we were able to use it 2 of the 3 evenings so that helped with apres ski recovery!
Check in / check out was easy. TV / cable worked well. It’s a wood burning fireplace so we didn’t go through the effort of procuring wood to burn. I didn’t use the wifi so can’t comment on speed (but cell service is great in town, and even on the mountain).
I gave a 5 star rating, but just a couple notes for sleeping:
1) sound carries quite easily. You can hear conversations from upstairs while downstairs (even the upstairs bathroom with door shut). Not a huge deal, but you should be aware if you have children or have a group with different timing for sleeping / waking up
2) the beds aren’t super comfy. I took one of the queen’s and it sags in the middle
Again, none of the above are show stoppers. The condo worked great for our group.

The condo was just what we needed. It was cozy and we were able to walk to Main Street in all the Sundance craziness. The instructions from the owner were clear and helpful. Everything went smoothly!

Our family enjoyed our time at Park City. The location was amazing. Just a short walk across the main parking lot to the lifts. Everything we needed was around a few blocks and/or a short bus ride away.
Thanks!

Only one vehicle allowed to park in neighborhood per unit. Took a second vehicle 5 miles away to park in a paid parking garage. If doing laundry bring your own quarters. The laundry machine and dryer ONLY take quarters with no change machine. Went to several stores requesting change for quarters. Not much luck due to coin shortage all just to run a load of laundry. Should have a change machine or token system or credit card taking wash machines.

We just spent a great week at Park City at Snowblaze condos. It was our first trip to Park City so we weren't exactly sure where to stay. This condo worked perfectly! The condo itself has plenty of room for us both for sleeping and hanging out. The kitchen was well appointed both with appliances, cookware and with sundries like oil, salt, spices, etc. The local grocery was great about delivering food since we did not have a rental car. Two full bathrooms made everything much easier.
The location was an easy 5 minute walk to the main base which allowed access to the Payday and Crescent lifts that get you up on the mountain quickly. Some nights we walked the 15 or so minute walk to town restaurants for dinner and some nights we would take the free bus system.
It was overall a great place to stay!!!

The condo was perfect fit for 6 guys. 2 shared a bed, but everyone else had their own spot to sleep. The condo is very open and easy to talk to people from the loft to the kitchen to the family room. The 2 bathrooms were a necessity. It is very easy to walk to the Park City lifts from front door or catch a bus one block over to get to Deer Valley. We had one issue with the water heater when we arrived, but the owner was responsive and took care of it within 24 hours. This place is great for any group looking to ski Utah.

The location of this condo was perfect for my family’s 3 generations boys’ trip to Park City! Accommodations were comfortable for 5 adult males. Easy walk to the ski lift. Easy walk to shuttle to town. Easy walk to ski rental shop. Easy check in, even though they arrived after midnight. Owner was very accommodating with a later check out time! They had a great time!

Very nice place...walking distance to downtown. Kids enjoyed the pool. Very clear instructions getting in and checking out. Hassle free relaxing stay.

Thank you to Anne-Katherine for an excellent stay at Snowblaze! My group of five stayed at this condo for five nights taking full advantage of both the location and amenities. It is about a 5-7 minute walk across the parking lot to the base of Park City mountain, simple enough. We used the free shuttle service almost everyday to get to Main Street, Grocery, etc (2-3 minute walk from the back of the complex). The communal hot tub was a great addition after skiing all day. The condo was spacious and clean. The two queen beds in the upstairs bedroom were particularly comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

Very nice cozy place. Very big. Minutes from the slopes.

The property was just as pictures. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is situated in a perfect location; right across the street from the slopes and am easy walk to fresh market and in to town . Also easy access to the bus. Had a couple glitches but Ann Katherine was easy to reach and resolved the issues. Definitely recommend!
