About this apartment rental
NOTICE: Due to Wyndham's change in guest policies, some dates are blacked out for guests without an owner present. Because of this, we may not be able to put your name on the reservation until the morning of check in. If this is the case, we will forward the email confirmation by 9am central time to your email and text you the confirmation number the morning of check in. This will apply to holidays, spring break, and summer reservations.
This is a beautiful Wyndham timeshare resort inside the 30,000 acres that makes up Disney World. The resort is located on the same street as Disney s Caribbean Beach Resort and Downtown Disney. The resort has beautiful landscaping, 5 pools, 2 water slides, 2 lazy rivers, ping pong, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, 18 hole mini golf, gas grills, swings, a game room, and exercise room. All of this is free to guests. Parking is also included in the rental amount.
The 2 bedroom condo has a king in the master bedroom, 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom, a sofa sleeper in the living room, and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a full kitchen and living/dining area. The condo has a washer and dryer and hair dryers in each bathroom. There is a full complement of dishes, pots, pans flatware, cookware, baking utensils, knives, dish towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and plastic garbage bags. The kitchen has full size appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, toaster, microwave, and hot pads.
The resort has a shuttle that runs to all the Disney parks plus Downtown Disney. It is currently $8 per person per round trip.
Child Needs: The resort has free pak n plays and high chairs available to guests. Just ask them when you check in, and they will have housekeeping bring them to your room.
Out cancellation policy states:
CANCELLATION INSURANCE is available for an additional fee. The fees vary, based upon the number of nights. Cancellation insurance may be purchased up to 16 days before check in. This will allow the guest a 100% refund up to and including the day of check in. Otherwise the cancellation policy is as stated: 100% refund up to 60 days before check in; 50% refund 30 to 60 days before check in. No refund less than 30 days to check in. Ask for a rate quote for cancellation insurance.

That may mean that even though the calendar says it is available, it may not be available for the exact dates or exact number of nights you requested. For example, you may request 5 nights on July 22. But I may only have a 7 night reservation on July 22 that I am holding. Regardless of how many nights I rent, I still have to pay for the full 7 nights. I can t change that to the 5 nights without losing the reservation altogether. So even though the calendar says it is open, it may require a reservation for a different number of nights. Also, I cannot rent 5 nights to you, and then the other 2 nights to someone else. Reservations don t work like that. I will let you know if your reservation for the exact dates is available. If not, I will give you alternatives if there are alternatives available.

We have stayed at Bonnett Creek several times. The resort facilities are excellent with several pools, a lazy river, shuffle board and more. The condos themselves are beginning to show wear and tear and could use a refresh.
The host communicated with us well and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again.

Magical memories were made. We totally enjoyed the pools and lazy rivers- fireworks seen from our balcony each night were a special treat. Close to the parks that were visited. Kitchen made it so easy to prepare breakfast and lunch each day. We definitely book again!!

Short drive to Disneys Boardwalk, area golf courses, and Disney Springs. Plenty of poolside chairs, the location can only be beat by a Disney owned resort.

The unit was perfect for our needs! Great location for Epcot, Disney Springs and the rest of the Disney Resorts. We had a small issue with check in with our confirmation number, but once I heard from Catherine, the rest went smoothly.

After having a terrible experience with a prior host cancelling our reservation, Cathy was super responsive and communicative in helping us secure her property reservation quickly and easily. When I had a little check-in hiccup (the front desk had a trainee who couldn’t find our correct reservation), Cathy responded quickly and got us squared away. Thank you!!

Good location and we were pleased with the apartment, it was very nice. Next time I will ask for a lake view at the check-in. Just have in mind that this is not part of the Disney Hotels that will let you reserve the rides at the park at 7 am if that is important to you.

They try to get you to agree to a time share presentation when you check in, the appliances in the units are original and old, there's absolutely nothing in the refrigerator / cupboards - condiments, coffee filters, salt, pepper, etc. Nothing. Other than that, great location, clean, well run.

everything was PERFECT THANKS! Only issue was... wish 2nd bedroom had a ceiling fan. as some in main bedroom with ceiling fan didnt like cool air at night so us in other bedroom sweated as we had no ceiling fan air to help out.

The pictures don’t match the actual handicap room we received. One of the showers was not usable as it was for handicap person, really should tell people that is the room you are getting as opposed to posting pics of another room. The rooms are dated for Wyndham resort, looks like early 2000 it was updated. It was aid we could get a cot, that was false. The pull out couch slants about 20 degrees down so it feels like you are falling off when trying to sleep. The resort itself is really nice, I would not stay in this room again.

We rented a two bed two bath apt at the Wyndam Club Bonnet Creek -- there are several of these units, so the one you see on VRBO may not be the one you get - but they are basically all the same, so not a huge deal (we got one near the main building, which is good, but with a parking lot view, which was not). The place was big and clean. Kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with basic items, so no need to bring anything. Towels and toiletries will be replenished by hotel staff, if you ask. No cleaning or turn down service, so you're on your own, but that was fine. There's a small in-unit washer dryer, which came in handy. Plenty of parking but you may have to walk a bit. Communication with the manager was great. The prices for Christmas week are steep but overall worth it, especially if you are planning to visit the Disney Springs and the Disney parks, which are only a short drive away. You'll have to drive a bit farther for grocery stores, restaurants and fast food, which are all on the other side of Rte 4., but again, not a huge deal for us. Overall, we had a great stay, as expected, no issues or surprises. Thanks!

The property is in the heart of Disney property. We we close to everything! The check in process was a little rough as they seems sort staffed. But once we got checked in we were very pleased with the quality and size of the room. We loved the balcony and enjoyed watching the fireworks from EPCOT. We will definitely book here again!!

Everyday we saw staff cleaning, whether it was wiping door handles, mopping floors or steam cleaning carpets. Inside the unit it was spotless! Clean and ready to move in for the week. Outside each building were full size grills and picnic tables which were also very clean and nice- everything looks new!! The desk staff were very accommodating but remember they sell timeshare units so they tried to get us to sign up for a tour. We only had one free day so we declined. Property is very large plenty of places to eat and many pools and playgrounds for kids of all ages. Would definitely stay here again. Very close to Disney parks and convenient.

This was the best experience we've had in our Disney World trips. We decided this is our place of choice for future trips. The condo was clean, well stocked, and very accommodating for the Disney experience. Jaye is a travel consulting and she is putting this condo in her travel recommendations for future clients. We enjoyed our stay. Located close to parks. I inquired about the shuttle during check in - I was told I would be better off getting an Uber by staff. I would not rely on this as your main transport to parks. Lots to do on property. Room smelled very musty but that was my only complaint.
