Zimmer Apart 1.4 liegt im 3.OG. Hatte das 3-Bettzimmer alleine. Für eine Übernachtung absolut ok

Es dauert, bis man eine Rechnung mit ausgewiesener MwSt. erhält. Zuletzt warte ich immer noch trotz mehrmaligem Anschreiben per E-Mail auf die aktuelle Rechnung und von einem Aufenthalt im Dezember

Das schlimmste was ich je gesehen hab

Es war total runter gekommen und sehr eklig. Auf dem Bett Flecken die Wände dreckig. Schimmelgeruch im Haus Gang. Einfach der Horror

Die Unterkunft ist unterste Kategorie wir sind Nachts angekommen und haben uns ein Hotel gesucht niemals hatte ich da übernachtet alles dreckig und heruntergekommenen wie kann booking com so etwas vermieten. Die Betten waren niemals frisch bezogen alles dreckig nix geputzt aber das Bad war die Höhe so was ekelhafte s Wir hatten eher im Auto übernachtet als in diesem Appartement mehr sage ich dazu nicht... Die schlimmste Unterkunft die ich jemals gebucht habe über Booking com.

Zentrale Laga ( Innenstadt ). Dank Maps leicht zu finden.

Sehr schmutziger Stadtteil ( Müll aud den Straßen, vor den Häusern . Auch im Kellerbereich des "Design Appartement " lag Müll. Das Appartement war gänzlich "abgewohnt", die abgebildeten Fotos der Wohnung waren mindestens 10 Jahre alt und entsprachen nicht mehr der aktuellen Einrichtung ( z.B. im Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer ist kein Schrank vorhanden, der Wasserhahn der Spüle hing quer, die Arbeitsplatte, der Kühlschrank und der Herd waren schadhaft. Es war nur ein Wasserglas ( und das hatte einen Sprung) vorhanden Desweiteren war eine sichtbaren Wanze ( haha gottseidank keine Bettwanze ) in der Gardine Außerdem war in der TV-Fernbedienung nur eine Batterie, was aber nicht das Problem war, da das TV- Programm auch nicht zu aktivieren war. Wir waren entsetzt, dass ein solches Appartement überhaupt angeboten wird und dann noch den Namen "Design Appartement " trägt.

Zum schlafen okay, zum dort aufhalten eher nicht so gut, man könnte aber auch etwas daraus machen.

An der Unterkunft hat mir gefallen, dass man einen direkten Ansprechpartner hatte und er auch immer direkt dran gegangen ist ans Telefon wenn etwas war.

Zum schlafen ist die Unterkunft okay, allerdings war es nicht sehr sauber und die Wohnung war sehr runter gekommen. Ich denke, dass wenn man mal streicht, vllt mal ein neuen Küchenblock und eine neue Schlafcouch aufstellt, das alles anders aussehen würde und sogar gut sein würde.

Disappointing

Separate bedrooms, 4 beds, hot water, good bathroom.

When we entered the apartment we were surprised by the conditions in which the place was left to us. -the trash was still there -the floors weren't cleaned -the tables were not clean -there were no slippers -the dishes, either there weren't enough of them or they were dirty

It is close to polis station and to ( Bazar ,the square) the area has different nationalities in particular there are a lot of gypsies and the area is lively and a lot of shouting and music in the morning at 2 am 👌👌👍👍By the way is good for the cold and boring Swedes ppl so they can have a good experience of a lot of noise and shouting and sound of different Music 😜😜

toilet paper and soap are missing and there was no lamp in the living room and the remote control was broken and the bed sofas were not good at all so worst of all the torn towels w holes and dirty 😕😠

Not a pleasent stay. Kitchen was total mess. broken dirty utensils. Bathroom was very narrow.

The kichen was total mess. The utensil were dirty and also broken and not in condition to use. This was the biggest disappointment. the kitchen supplies were also used one and dirty. The bathroom was quite small . Wash basin was no near to toilet seat that it was hiiting on head while using toilet seat.

comfy basic affordable accommodation

great location ten minutes walk out of Dortmund city. nice and warm. fast wifi, comfy beds and good shower

strange smell so windows left open. cutlery dirty and can opener broken. minor points though.

Pleasant

Kitchen was nice but we didn't use it. Bathroom was ok and clean, have wasching mashine inside.

Big room with 3 separated beds for one person. We need to conect them to sleep together with my wife. Outside was -5°C and window was oppen !!! 2 heaters inside the big room but 1 didn't work at all, so it take so loong the room to be warm enough.

there were major roadworks outside that they started at 7am. the butlins literally shook

Super cheap accommodation. basic but comfortable. 15 mins walk from centre and various transport stations.

Cheap and cheerful. Adequate facilities. Clean enough. Powerful shower. Lidl a few minutes walk away and various kebab/grill takeaways/restaurants.

Area didn’t feel great on a night walking back and we were two female travellers. Useful to know that it’s above a photo shop as we arrived in the dark and pouring rain and was trundling the streets with our cases which were a bit dark and dingy! Had to call up the number provided and appreciative that the guy answered and directed us. Lots of roadworks going on around and started at 7am. use of heavy machinery and lorries that literally had the building shaking!
