Beautiful property! Direct access to the beach and pool with lots of games to play…we did not find we needed to plan much else but did enjoy renting jet skiis and a snorkeling expedition. Main area is open concept and the breeze was great. Bedrooms well air conditioned. While we saw a few, was pleasantly surprised at the lack of bugs. Jen was highly responsive and helpful!

We visited in the spring of 2024 - a group of (ugg I do not like writing this) mid-fifties women. The house and grounds are as advertised. The house is clean and comfortable and on the most heavily blue body of water. The staff was attentive and helpful. Just note that not every taxi driver can find the house in the dark. We hope to return.

The grounds and views are breathtaking! We had a group of 7 adults and more than enough room for both gathering together and for finding our own favorite spots. Can’t beat the location - beach bar a short walk away and easy driving to Grace Bay Area. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay at the Villa! Property was exactly as on the website. Had great weather. Location unbeatable. Found ourselves going from pool to beach to pool. Beach was fantastic! Pool bar was awesome feature for afternoon gatherings. Had private chef for two nights...easy to manage in the kitchen. Rooms were well laid out and cool. Not sure I would ever stay in a hotel again! Thanks for a great trip!

This villa is so well thought out with the layout, privacy, the pool, kitchen, and beach access. It is absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable. We had 3 chef dinners from Caicos Catering that were the highlight of any meal we had here. We highly recommend them! The pool is amazing here especially the swim up bar. We had a group of 4 couples that utilized everything this villa offered including pickleball, basketballs, bean bags, beach, etc. Jen and Joseph were unbelievably hospitable and kind. They were super responsive, friendly, and gave good recommendations. Terry the owner is extremely responsive as well and they all went out of their way to ensure our group had a blast and had everything we needed.5 stars!!!! We will be back!

Where do we even begin? As you enter the gate you see the grounds are meticulously taken care of and relaxation sets in...then you come to the home...it takes your breath away! We were visiting with our young adult children and they were also in love from the moment we walked in! The open air concept isn't something we have experienced before and the breeze made it almost magical. The photos online do not even compare to the treat that awaits you! We enjoyed family dinners at the huge round table, long talks at the swim up bar and even a game or two of beach volleyball. This is the perfect place for families and couples to gather to spend quality time together. Jen and Joseph were available every time we had a question and the owner Terry, even from afar made us feel like we were right next door. This has become our favorite vacation ever as a family and memories will last a lifetime. Simply amazing...you will not regret renting this home...it is by far the most spectacular property on Long Bay Beach. Simply amazing! We also had friends come to visit and stay just down the beach, walking distance from Crossing Palms, in Swaying Palms! It too was spectacular and we are planning a visit soon...just the two of us! It's cared for and owned by the same amazing people!

Stunning property all around. The pool was a pleasure when not on the idyllic beach. Ensuites and individual spaces were well laid out, while the open, shared great room and kitchen were ideal for family gatherings.
The home is well-appointed and very well-kept, with daily maintenance and excellent communication from the property manager and team. Plenty for the family to do and still very close to Grace Bay if you want to venture out. One of our favorite family vacations all time!

Amazing place. The pics do not do it justice. World class property and hosts. My wife and I hosted 10 people at this property for our 20th wedding anniversary. We had the time of our lives. The property encompasses several acres so there is room to congregate and spread out. Can’t beat it. Great neighborhood. Beach and pool were world class.

We stayed at Crossing Palms in late February and words can not describe the amazing time we had! There were nine of us, my husband and myself, son & daughter in law, daughter and son in law and 3 grandchildren. The villa was beyond our expectations and our expectations were high! The Villa, the location, the beach were perfect for us. We used every amenity, basketball, tennis, volleyball, kayaks & paddle boards, and the stunning pool! We are definitely hoping to stay here again in the future. If you are with a group this place can't be beat!

Our own private resort
What a wonderful property- it felt like we had our own private resort. From the beach to the pool to the tennis court and everything in between, the location was amazing for our family of 10 and had something for everyone (grandparents included). Everything was well stocked and appreciated the attentiveness and small details. Would highly recommend!

One week in paradise!
We had an amazing week at Crossing Palms Villa. The pictures on the listing do not compare to the absolutely stunning views you will enjoy at this beautiful property. We had a wonderful week making memories that will not soon be forgotten. We enjoyed everything this home had to offer. We started our day with a wonderful breakfast at the large round table that seated all of us comfortable together. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, the tennis courts, the toys and most of all...each other! In the evening we had a wonderful meal prepared by one of our own, that never disappointed! We had some amazing corn hole tournaments that went on for hours. Our group all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crossing Palms Villa. If you are on the fence, jump off and book this beautiful property!

We were greeted by Terri, the gracious property manager who gave us a tour of the beautiful grounds. We had a couple of very minor issues during the week and she took care of them quickly and efficiently. She gave us great information about the island and tips on what to do. The house and two outdoor dwelling units gave us all a chance to spread out. Days were spent in the pool, on the beach, watching the multiple kite sailers whizz by, lying on the hammock, or playing pickle ball and basketball. The kitchen was well equipped and we had great meals accompanied by the amazing sonos sound system. Our time was pure magic at this incredible villa and we can't wait to come back some day!

Turks & Caicos Trip
We just got back from our trip to Turks & Caicos. There were 8 of us and I can't say enough how spectacular this property is. Upon our arrival, Terri the property manager was there to greet us, and show us around. The house was very clean and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. It has all the beach toys you'll need, and Terri is available to assist with special requests. Joseph comes on site daily and cleans the pool and anything else which needs to be done. One night we had a private chef prepare a gourmet meal. All in all, this property exceeded our expectations and we're going back.

Small slice of paradise...
We brought our adult kids with us to spend Thanksgiving at the Crossing Palms villa. There were a total of 8 adults and one child. I can not say enough great things about the property, Terri the property manager (and exceptional human!) and Joseph the grounds keeper. The villa is located on the prettiest beach and ocean on Turks. The water is 5-6 ft deep as far as you can swim. The villa is gorgeous. The two private bungalows we gave to our recently married couples and we shared the main house... and we still had one room to spare. The villa opened up to the beautiful pool and swim up bar which we used daily. The Coyote grill was perfect to cooking fish, lobster and hamburgers. We only went out one night as we had too much fun cooking at the house. We also enjoyed the activities the house had to offer from kayaking to paddle boarding to basketball and pickle ball. We travel many places as a family as this is one of our top two trips ever. We will be returning soon. Thanks again Terri and Joseph -you made the trip extra special! Doug

We arrived with four other couples to the most amazing views. The home is literally open air. The wide open floor plan offers fantastic views of the most perfect beach. We walked out almost a mile into the waist high water.
The rooms were perfect. We had plenty of space to host our friends. We enjoyed the outdoor showers after a day at the beach. We grilled chicken on the outdoor grill and we enjoyed many drinks around the swim up bar! We all agreed that this place is like being at a private resort. We enjoyed paddle boarding and playing pickleball on the lit courts. Terri was a available for any questions we had. (We didn’t have many as she was there to greet us upon arrival and go over every detail!) The Sonos sound system was perfect for our favorite tunes! The beds are extremely comfortable and the home was impeccably clean. No detail was overlooked in this place. Just do it! You won’t regret it! We spent hours enjoying all of the kite surfers gliding by each day. There are other homes/villas around but we felt like we had the beach to ourselves most of the time. The sand is soft and the beach is so clean.
We chose to hire a driver (Kendrick from Royal Transport) and we loved going out to dinner each evening.
We booked a Catamaran (Ocean Vibes) one afternoon and that was terrific! The water on this island is simply amazing.
We were sad to leave and are already looking forward to celebrating here again someday.
