Master Bedroom has King Size bed, flat screen TV, 2nd Bedroom has Queen size Bed Flat screen TV, 3rd Bedroom has Bunk beds with full and twin size mattress. Air Mattress also provided if needed. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with Dishware, toaster Oven, Blender, microwave and much more. Outside Gas Grill and Patio set. Off street parking - 6 BEACH BADGES INCLUDED!!! - Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs / Umbrella /Beach Buggy all kept in garage to be used during your stay. Linens can be included for additional fee. Overall a nice property that is well situated. Good beach equipment and nice kitchen. Everything worked well except the locks are a little touchy. There is a fire siren a few doors down that went off twice in our visit. Comfortable beds

Home needs thorough cleaning & appliances & furniture updated! TLC needed from homeowners to make this house welcoming & clean for guests! We had mice droppings in oven & countertops! Unfortunate stay.

Cute duplex house with all the necessities for a nice beach vacation. The location is the star, walkable to the beach, bay, restaurants, bars, the market, and shops. The kitchen had the essentials and was clean. We stayed at the end of the summer season and some things were a bit worn/broken (shower tiles broken off, broken towel holder, bathroom sink drained slowly (they did have Drano under the sink which helped), some pillows were soiled ) and bathrooms could use a deep clean. Not much usable outdoor space, porches are very small. Overall it was a good place to stay and be close to everything.

Loved the shady front yard for our granddaughter to play outside, the garage was a special treat loaded with beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella, etc. A great week on LBI.

None of the door, lock box or garage codes worked to get in with the exception of one lock box which had to be pried open. House was cleaned but not well. Luckily I brought my own quilt and pillows along with linens because the ones that were there did not smell clean. Not sure why this house was listed as a 5 star property.

This house is just the BEST! Very well kept, clean, lovely decor, and well appointed for cooking, grilling and dining. Beds are comfy and the property and location are charming. The owners are very responsive to communications. We would rent here again in a minute.

A Pleasant Stay in Beach Haven

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Shawn and Phil’s home in Beach Haven which was well situated for a family with young children. The beach is only a few blocks away and you have convenient access to many restaurants, entertainment and a somewhat pricey supermarket. The home itself had a comfortable layout although outdoor space is limited. We particularly liked the porch with the two very comfortable Adirondack chairs. We also really appreciated the new BBQ and the washer dryer which were pleasant features for the unit. It was easy to communicate with Shawn, who was very responsive, but we found little need for much outreach. Like many units in beach areas this townhome shows some wear but it is fully functional. Our stay and other renters experiences could benefit if many basics such as sheets, toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher liquid, hand soap and hangers were provided in the cost of the unit. However, as I previously noted, there is a supermarket down the block and any necessities can be easily purchased.

House was very clean and looked better in person then in the pics. Perfect location close to the market, restaurants, beach, bay and attractions. We parked the car and never had to get back into it. Had a question and owner responded right away. Would go back for sure.

the overall property was good, but it could use some work and cleaning. The BBQ grill was a total waste, it was fifty . Hasn't been clean in ages, the outside and inside. We couldn't use, a disappointment. the bunk beds were not the ones pictured in the viewing of the house. the mattress was very bad,In that room an outlet was hanging from the wall, we wanted to have our 3 year old sleep in that room. The one bathroom outside the master bedroom had a fifty shower curtain. These things should be addressed by the owner, if they want return renters

This was a seamless experience renting the property and communication with the owners. We love Beach Haven and this home is ideally located in town. Easy strolls to watch sunsets at the bay, restaurants, beach, stores and amusement/water parks. We had an unfortunate accident at the end of the trip and the owners were very accommodating to our need. Home had a nice beach decor.
