Good quality/cost ratio by the price I paid.

THe decoration of hotel is good. The room cleanness is good. The staff is helpful.

The breakfast needs improvement (coffee made by coffee machine was terrible, the croissants were not properly made)

The morning front desk ladies where always happy and smiling to great you. the pool was great and the breakfast was fantastic

the night manager was a little rude and didnt seem to try to keep us happy. wanted to charge us 3000 baht for an extra bed when we didnt even pay for that for the 2 nights that we spent there. cleaning staff where a little grumpy.

집사람과 함께 파타야 2박3일

파타야는 일방통행이 많은데... 여긴 택시 잘 잡히는 양방향 도로! 호텔 나오면 도보로 양쪽에 한인식당, 서비스 시설 그리고 300m 안에 편의점 두 군데 있음 객실 넓고 뜨거운 물 잘 나옴. 조식은 기본에 충실함. 김치도 나옴... 좋아요

신축 호텔이 아니기에 화장실이 조금 낣은 느낌, 수영장도 귀엽고 ㅎㅎ...(체크아웃 후 짐을 맡기고 수영장과 사워장 사용해도 된다고 하네요)

Bellissimo Hotel, Pattaya è fantastica città per trascorrere le vacanze, visitare i tempi, visitare mercatino galleggian

Lo staff molto professionale e gentile , ci ha fatto molto piacere di poter parlare in francese con la ragazza della recensioneLa mia camera era al sesto piano ed era molto ben attrezzata è insonorizzata, ma non i vetri della porta finestra, forse perché non c’è questa usanza. L'arredamento è di alta qualità. Tutto molto ben tenuto e pulito. Una vasca da bagno con vetrata molto bella in cui poter fare la doccia. Teli per il mare. Asciugamani,due bottiglie d'acqua e i prodotti da bagno gratuiti venivano riforniti giornalmente. La colazione al secondo piano era a buffet con cibo di qualità che veniva sempre riempito,c’era anche la frutta fresca. l personale della sala colazione era molto attento. Caffè non ho provato, da Italiana non ho voluto deludermi. Punto forte la macchinetta di pancake. Consiglierei subito a prendere il motorino costa 300 Bath, più vicino c’è nella stradina più giù subito dove vendono le moto è più facile per spostamenti, fino al centro commerciale Terminal21 a piedi un 20/30 min,

Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht in der Partymeile und trotzdem zentral, für mich super Hotel, wohnen möchte.

Mein Deluxezimmer lag im siebten Stock und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung machte einen qualitativ hohen Eindruck. Sehr gepflegter sauber. Ich hatte eine sehr schöne Badewanne, in der ich auch duschen konnte. Zwei Flaschen, Wasser und Pflegeprodukte umsonst wurden auch regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Das Frühstück war ein Brunch mit hochwertigen Speisen, die immer nach gefüllt wurden. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war sehr aufmerksam und hat selbst kleine Verschmutzung oder schief stehende Schilder sofort korrigiert. Für mich war das Frühstück ein Highlight. So den Tag zu Beginn ist einfach eine Freude. Busbahnhof Pattaya Nord in der Nähe, sowie der Terminal21 shopping mall. 7-Eleven gibt es ja sowieso an jeder Ecke.

Wenn es überhaupt etwas gibt, was mir nicht gefallen hat, war es der Eingangsbereich von dem Fußweg zum Gelände Eingang des Hotels. Der war etwas unübersichtlich gestaltet. Dieses lag aber mehr an den Gegebenheiten des Fußwegweges und der Straße.

The Hotel has a very good Lobby. The staff ist very reliable and polite especially the receptionists ORATHAI and PAPGAPORN alway friendly helpful and smiling. Highly recommended.

Great stay but away from main area.

Lot of attention to the front of the hotel and the lobby, neat and tidy rooms with a bath in our case.

Location is little bit far from central but about 5min bike ride from beginning of beach road.

Отличный завтрак. В номере очень чисто, ежедневная уборка,полотенца тоже меняли каждый день. Красивое лобби.

Тренажерный зал - это два велотренажера, две лавки и две любительских дорожки. Но в отелях так почти всегда наверное. Бассейн без доступа солнца, поэтому всегда холодный.

Красивый отель, хороший номер! Есть все ванные принадлежности , особенно мне понравились мягкие тапочки, под гранит не холодный, но я люблю комфорт. Хороший завтрак. Рядом 21 терминал. Чуть ниже пляж. Удобное место расположение.
