Immaculate well cared for condo located on the top (third) floor of the Legacy condominium complex. Our condo is location on Plymouth Place between Ocean and Atlantic Ave, one (1) block from the beach and boardwalk. This freshly renovated rental property includes wireless internet, four (4) Beach Tags, a beach umbrella and two beach chairs.

Our condominium has two bedrooms, one jack-and-jill bathroom, a living room and a brand new kitchen (2022). The condo includes one Queen-size bed in the master bedroom, one twin bunk bed with trundle in the second bedroom, and one new queen- size sleeper sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen has an electric stove top, convection microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. However, there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance for those who do not want to cook on vacation. Enjoy coffee or dinner on our third floor balcony with a great sea breeze and newly installed (2021) SunSetter retractable awning . There are peeks of the Ocean and beautiful views of the Ferris Wheel and Atlantic City at night.

Three flat screen TV's with cable and wireless internet HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE and WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY !!

Park your car in our private covered parking garage and walk to the beach, boards, rides, shopping and more as there is no need to drive again. Our condominium is in the heart of Ocean City!!

Enjoy the beach with the beach tags and sand chairs/umbrella provided or relax by our sparkling pool (open weekends only from Memorial Day through Father’s Day weekend, then daily until Labor Day). You will be steps away from the OC Water Park, Castaway Cove and Wonderland Amusements. Stroll the boards in the evening with weekly events going on.

This condominium is a non-smoking unit with no pets allowed. We rent to families only to ensure a pleasurable vacation. (No Senior or Prom Weeks.)

The condo is in a perfect location to access the boardwalk and beach. The reserved parking is a definitely a nice perk. The condo itself is a great layout for families, one main bedroom with a smaller bedroom that had bunkbeds for the kids. The space was very clean and easy to check-in/out of. We'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family getaway to Ocean City. We'll definitely be back.

Great location, close to beach, boardwalk, and shops. Far enough from boardwalk to not be noisy. Pool was a nice addition and alternative to the beach. Owner was very responsive to messages. Would definitely rent again.

This condo was just as described: perfectly clean and in an excellent location. The hosts communicated everything that you need, and I didn't have to contact them for anything. Location to the beach and the boardwalk cannot be beat. Thank you for a wonderful beach weekend- look forward to returning !

We had a great time staying in OCNJ! This was perfectly close to the beach and boardwalk and we got to visit both multiple times! The chairs and sand toys were much appreciated to reduce packing. The pre stay info was SO thorough and appreciated that I think the only thing I forgot was hand soap! The accomodations were clean and very nice. The kids used the bottom bunk and trundle as we didn't want the little guy trying to climb up the bunk and it worked perfectly! The weather was so nice we didn't use any air/heat but just the fans. Thank you so much for a great weekend away from home!

Great unit for a small family and the owners couldn't be more accommodating. Nicely stocked kitchen. Sand chairs, toys and cart were a really nice treat to save space on items to bring. Would love to rent again in the future.

We had a great time, loved the condo! It was clean, and spacious for the two of us. The beds were super comfortable! Loved the new kitchen. Kristen and Tom were fantastic hosts for our weekend in Ocean City. Their communication was super fast and clear, and there were absolutely no surprises. The Hovers’ place was the perfect location and size, and offered the amenities our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) needed for a fun trip to kick off the summer, with convenient access to the beach and boardwalk. Kristen was very friendly, provided detailed instructions, and was a great communicator. They obviously take pride in ownership, and it can be seen in the details, quality, and cleanliness of the condo amenities and decor. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable, and my kids loved the bunk beds! The pool looked great but was not open for use yet, which Kristen was upfront about it not being open until the season officially started. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely book again!

The whole renting experience from start to finish was fantastic! Kristen and Tom were extremely kind, responsive, helpful and flexible when we wanted to add an additional day to our long weekend. The property was immaculate and the location was perfect for restaurants and family friendly things to do on and off the boardwalk. They provided beach tags, beach chairs, books for the kids, a covered parking spot and a great lounging area on the balcony. Highly recommend!!

Wow! If your looking to book this place, don't hesitate. Tom and Kristen were nothing but over the top impressive from start to finish. We had a girls weekend for a 10th birthday and never used the car once. Perfect location for walking to everything. The place is immaculate and decorated so sweet! The owners even left toiletries and other items to use so we didn't have to bring everything. We own a shore house in Somers Point, but will definitely be coming back to stay at this amazing place again! Thanks so much for the BEST BIRTHDAY WEEKEND!!!!!

We had a great stay for a long weekend at OCNJ! The condo was exceptionally clean and perfect for our family of four. We loved the deck with the awning for sitting in the morning having coffee or in evening after a fun day. The location is great since it is so close to the beach and boardwalk, but at the same time far enough away that is quiet too. Kristen, the owner, was extremely helpful, responsive and kind throughout our booking and stay. We highly recommend staying here and plan to come again soon!
