This 2-bedroom 2 bath house has a kitchen with all the extras to cook your catch or prepare a gourmet meal. There is a 4-burner grill for your enjoyment. The open floor plan and water views will be a lasting memory for years to come. For the boating enthusiast, the dock is on protected canal waters. We have patio furniture that seats 6 for your use. The cottage has modern furniture, new beds, appliances and flat screen HDTVs. You are 23 miles from the best restaurants, historical district, and sites of Key West. Take a ride out to world-famous Looe Key Reef and swim with the large goliath groupers and explore a living reef or dive the world renowned Key West wreck the 'Vandenberg'. Be sure to visit Bahia Honda State Park, voted among the top 25 most beautiful beaches in the US, Swim with the dolphins at the Dolphin Research Center, tour the Hemingway house, stop by the Truman Little White House, take your picture at the Southernmost Point, visit Mallory Square at the end of Duval Street for an unforgettable Key West Sunset, or take one of the many sunset cruises for the experience of a lifetime.
We, the owners, have been renting 3 homes for the past 12 plus years, and you can look us up as owners through number of positive reviews on various sites. We do our very best to provide for a pleasant vacation at a reasonable cost. Guests do not like too many rules and neither do we. We have kept the rules as minimal as possible so as not to violate Monroe County Rental Rules and keep our cabin enjoyable for you and for future guests.

A. Minimum Rental is 28 Days to a single family or party (no subleases allowed). This code from MONROE county is strictly enforced, and there are simply no exceptions to this rule. Rentals less than 28 days will never be considered. We typically request all guests to sign a lease with a minimum of 28 consecutive day stays to be protected.
Q. What is the max size of the boat we can bring and what are your good neighbor policies?
A. Only 24 to 30 ft. boats are allowed. While we do not guarantee tide or launch conditions, the average high tide is around 5 ft plus and low tide is 3.5 feet plus. The max boat size that has been comfortably docked has been 34 feet. Renters can boat and fish at their own risk following national, state and county rules. Guests can enjoy themselves within property lot lines. There is no trespassing into neighboring lots or swimming or boating into neighboring docks. See navigation map (in photo gallery) for entry and exit to from dock to the bay. Quiet time is from 9 pm to 8am. We are the few places that have a private boat ramp and incredible sunset views.

The property was very nice, I wanted to rent again for next March but found out that vrbo had already rented it out without asking if we were interested in rerenting.. in the past that was part of the contract. very unhappy with that part of my trip.

Nice small home. Furniture was comfy. Everything was clean. Neighborhood was very safe. The view was amazing! Hosts were very quick to respond and always ready to help.

The house was absolutely amazing. From a boaters perspective to a vacationers perspective this home hits all marks. We had a great family vacation we loved sitting on the porch looking out over the open water. We had such an amazing time and couldn't ask for anything more. This will be our first look for the next vacation!

Wonderful Vacation
This is the second year we have stayed at this house. We love the location, the VIEWS, and having a boat ramp on the premises. It is a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are very friendly. The place is nicely decorated, clean, and up to date. The owners are very welcoming and get things fixed if anything needs repairs. If we come back to Cudjoe, this will be the only place we stay.

This house exceeded our expectations. The interior is clean and up to date. The views were spectacular. Very quiet , peaceful neighborhood. Spoke with the owners several times, I feel like we became friends, their only concern was to be sure our stay was comfortable. The boat launch onsite is a definite plus. We will be back. We have stayed at 5 other homes on Cudjoe over the years and this was the best. On a scale of 1-10. It is 10+

As advertised!! Cudjoe Key isn’t Duck Key or Islamorada, and that makes it a really relaxed and an easy place to hang out; 25 mins to Key West for dinner with family.
What a perfect location for a fishing person. I launched / loaded my 20’ Aquasport easily, docking is good.
Sleeper place; if you want pretty quick access to fishing water, this is it.
Small/narrow but adequate channel puts you in 3+ feet once you leave the dock.
About the house, all good. New, cool bathrooms, air conditioner gets very cold
Downstairs area great for anything, nice big open space.
Great communications with Janet and Ali they were easy to transact with, helpful, and gracious property owners.
I recommend this property if you’re wanting to fish, chill and enjoy the end of the day

The perfect spot for the perfect vacation
Cutthroat Harbor Estates is awesome. The views of sunset and sunrise are wide, colorful, peaceful, and inspiring. The owners and caretakers worked for our comfort non-stop. The house is perfectly outfitted for long stays -- just bring your suitcase and you will want for nothing. An added advantage is you are only 22 miles from Key West where entertainment is non-stop. Top-notch restaurants are within 1-3 miles. Just do it!

A little piece of paradise.
From the very moment we arrived we were pleased. Everything was exactly as described and the owners were so helpful and pleasant to deal with. The accompanying boat launch is a must for boaters, and with the quick access to Cudjoe bay plus the sunset views, we definitely didn’t want to leave. Will be back again next year for sure, and will miss every minute until then!

Wonderful Property, Owners, Sunsets. Great Place!
After being in one place for 3 months, we kind of got attached to this place. On Cudjoe, off Spanish Main, you are minutes from shopping , the gym, and some pretty great restaurants. No more than 30 minutes from downtown. Super clean when we arrived.The master bedroom bed was super comfortable. The shower was luxurious and always ran hot. We had guests who told us the guest bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed and easy to cook in (we love to cook). But...the most spectacular part of this property are those sunsets. We would actually leave our days activities early to get back and have a cocktail on the back-porch with the world renowned Key West Sunsets. We photographed over 40 in the 3 months we were there. All different and all equally amazing. Janet and Imitiaz are really wonderful people. They were always accessible and constantly reiterated to call them for anything. The few times we had questions we got responses within minutes via text. The other big plus for us was the garage. Being able to park our vehicle out of the elements was huge. We would highly recommend this property for a fun stay in the lower Keys!

My family and I had an absolutely stay at this property. The house is immaculate and newly remodeled. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and close the Key West. The canalfront location allowed us to dock our boat for easy day trips into the Atlantic. We plan to return as soon as possible. It is without reservation that I recommend the property highly!!

BEST vacation ever.
to say this place is incredible would be a huge understatement. everything from dealing with the owner both before and during the stay(he contacted us several times to make sure things were OK) to receiving back our security deposit went very smoothly.
the house itself was perfect for us. furniture was clean and just as you'd want. location is perfect in that it is roughly the same distance either west or east to key west or marathon. we wanted a VERY low key, low stress rental and this certainly fit that bill! my son and i caught tons of fish right off the dock both morning and night (heat of the day seemed to turn off the bite). for beach trips, we chose Sombrero beach in marathon (only 25 miles east) as that was the 'sleepiest'. no crowd at all at anytime of the day as we went both early in the day once and then late in the afternoon the next. the only noise we heard at night was the peaceful sound of gentle winds/breezes flowing through the trees. AC worked very well (we're from DRY, Southern California so humidity causes us serious discomfort). we couldn't have been happier with selecting this place for our vacation!!! 2 thumbs up. in fact, planning for next year's stay is already underway!!!

Perfect Waterfront Keys Getaway
Simply perfect home for anyone who wants a Waterfront vacation. This beautiful two bedroom house overlooks a gorgeous ocean view. The house has everything you need ! Updated bathrooms, large smart TVs, a beautiful balcony overlooking the water with a nice gas grill, and a great kitchen tailor-made for visiting families. It is also only 30 minutes to Key West so you are away from the hustle and bustle but can get to Key West quickly. We went there four times during our stay and had a great time. We brought our boat with us and it's very easy to get in and out of the dock outside the house, it made boating easy. We couldn't of found a better place for our family to spend time in the keys !
