Great property. Loved layout. Kitchen supplies could have been better- limited silverware, no foil or plastic wrap. Coffee pot needed cleaning. Lower level was a bit musty but improved when we turned air and fans on. Had to replace battery in thermostat.to get it to work.

We stayed at this home for Father’s Day weekend/end of bike week.
This house was a good distance from the strip but still a popular area so we could still hear bikes at all hours of the night going back to where they were staying.
The house was clean and the owners were very easy to communicate with as well as the house manager.
We would absolutely stay here again!

A nice house with multiple areas for a large family to all feel like they had a little room when needed, but with a great family area in the middle for everyone to come together. Close to Gunstock, hiking, Laconia, everything we needed. Downstairs is a little chilly & upstairs warm, but with fireplaces you can make everything comfy.

This getaway met all our needs as a group of 7. Plenty of space to spread out. Comfortable area's to visit inside and out. Loved the patio with firepit each evening. Very convenient to Gunstock and Weirs Beach. Would definitely book again.

We stayed in October for leaf peeping and to use the adventure park at Gunstock, just a few minutes down the road. Also visited Weirs Beach, Falls at Meredith, Laconia and Funspot. The home is within 20 minutes of everything and much of it is closer. We were 2 families of 4 and everyone had plenty of their own space! The owner, Carolyn was very communicative and helpful when we were looking for rainy day activities. Outdoor space is private with a nice solo stove and great sitting area. One tip, if you like cooking, bring your own spices. They have the basics, salt and pepper and oils.
If we return to the area, we will definitely be back!

This home was so cozy and spacious for our group of cousins and friends to hangout together. Carolyn was helpful and accommodating during our stay. This place had everything. 3 floors, 3 full baths, and 9 beds (including 1 bunk, and 1 futon), there was plenty of room for our adult only getaway. Dining room table comfortably fit all 7 of us, great outdoor grille and patio with firepit. Pool table was not used but was there if we wanted it. Central air kept the house nice and cool. Central to many things Lake Winnipesaukee, and Weirs Beach. Patrick's restaurant was great with live music. Communication with owner and property manager was perfect. Advertised 3 parking spaces but we comfortably fit 7. Would definitely recommend this place and can't wait to be back.

This property was ver spacious for 5+ people. We could all do our own thing comfortably. The porch and the backyard were beautiful. Great location that left you close to attractions in the area including lakes. Private. Carolyn and Rebecca were very kind, respectable, and both ensured we had a great time. We are family members who wanted a place to get away and relax. We found that place here! The house is spacious with a lot to offer. The kitchen was well-appointed, plenty of sleeping quarters and all linens are provided. We spent a lot of time playing pool and enjoyed the finished ground floor space. There are good options nearby for restaurants. The weather was warm and rainy, otherwise we would have checked out Gunstock nearby as well.

Beautiful property. This was a family gathering for the NH marathon. Perfect place to meet up, eat, tell stories, and then get up early to run 26 miles. After the marathon we gathered back, and had a wonderful time. Kitchen is well equipped. Barbecue, deck, outdoor fire pit, and outdoor furniture as well. Home is warm and spacious feeling.

We 7 retired nurses enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. There was plenty of open space for us to hang out together as well as comfortable bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Carolyn was responsive and very helpful in guiding us to good restaurants and things to do.

We stayed here for my son's wedding the second week of September. It was the perfect home base for us to have some family time before the wedding. We had nine adults and one dog staying here, and we all had plenty of room to relax, make meals, and get dressed for the wedding. Never did we feel like we were in each other's way. Because the space was so beautiful, my daughter-in-law asked if she and her bridesmaids could get ready for the ceremony there. Again, plenty of room and bright natural light to do hair and makeup, and have some photos taken. The wraparound porch was a delight to sit out on and have morning coffee as well as to enjoy a lobster bake on Friday night. We also sat around the firepit each night, plenty of comfortable seating and firewood to use! Beds were all comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows or blankets if needed. It was 90° for two of the days that we were there, and the central air was a dream to have. Carolyn was wonderful to work with. She was responsive when we had questions, and when we had to make a change in the contract, adding a pet. All in all, I cannot say enough about this rental would highly recommend to anyone. In fact, we way we'll be back in 2023!

House was better than expected. Having rented a few houses with no air conditioning during the summer, having central air was a huge bonus. We had plenty of room for 5 adults 4 children and 1 infant. The location was perfect. It is so close to Weirs beach and Ellacoya State park. There is also a private beach we had access to. We had a great time and would love to come back again next year for our annual family vacation.

Perfect House for Family Vacation
Our family just spent a week at this house and everything was amazing! There are 3 floors of living space plus a wraparound deck and patio with fire pit in the back. It worked out that each of my siblings' families and mine slept on our own level - the top floor had a very large room and bathroom with double sinks, the middle floor had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a tub for the kids, and the basement had 2 bedrooms (one with bunk beds) and a bathroom. The house itself had everything you would need in terms of appliances, gadgets, and entertainment. We took advantage of the weather and made a fire outside most nights :) but also used the tv on the main floor and pool table in the basement.
I asked my 5 year old niece what her favorite part of vacation was and she said the beach - we had access to a private beach at a nearby condo complex. I will say that finding the beach the first day was a little confusing, but once we were in it was perfect. There was a dock, beach, a shady area with picnic benches, and bathrooms. We used some of the chairs left at the house for us as well as the provided towels.
The house is also perfectly situated near Weirs Beach and Laconia with plenty to do for everyone. We took the train around the lake, went to Funspot, rode go karts, got ice cream, etc. It will be fun to see the different things we can do as our kids get older :)
Working with Carolyn and Rebecca leading up to the vacation and during our stay was easy and straightforward. They were both so helpful and even brought us a little thank you gift for renting the house. I would definitely consider renting this house again in the future!

Perfect location for us!
We loved our stay! The deck space is wonderful for a morning cup of coffee and the fire pit was great in the evening with a glass of wine. The property is close to all the local attractions but secluded and peaceful. We’ll definitely be back!!

The location was great, as we enjoyed nearby group activities, hiking, an escape room, and mountain coaster rides. Perfect for our extended family getaway!
We stayed here for my parents' 50th anniversary and had a fantastic time. The main floor, living area, dining area, kitchen etc. were perfect for gathering together for conversations, celebrations, game playing, and of course eating! Plenty of space for everyone.
The multiple sleeping options were perfect as we had a mix of adults, young adult, and teens and were able to spread out on the 3 floors so that everyone had their own space too.
The outdoor area with firepit, basement with pool table, and main level wrap-around porch were great extra space options for when anyone needed a break from all the together time.
Highly recommend this getaway house.

Great location for a family trip
I rented this place with my two sisters. With spouses and children, there were a total of 9 of us and the house very comfortably fit all of us. Everyone had a place to sleep. The house had everything we needed. We even asked for an ironing board and the caretaker brought us one right away. There were plenty of games available, great streaming TV options and it was close to the wedding we were all attending in Meredith. I would recommend to others.
