Spacious, well-equipped home with great entertaining options and ample room for groups. Ideal for family gatherings and relaxing getaways.

Overall a fine stay! Pros: communication with property management was excellent! Gave us an early check-in, which was lovely. Rooms were comfortable and enough bathrooms for our entire family. Deck was nice, even saw a couple bears!
Cons: the place was very dated. Some of the cabinets were falling off the hinges, property management was quick to respond! Coffee maker broken, not enough flatware, over head fans broke, old refrigerator. The place was overall fine, just felt like it hadn’t been updated in a while.
Beautiful location, VERY steep driveway. Definitely need a car to get everywhere. Loved the Whistle Stop Brewery and local coffee shop!

Spacious home in a great location with plenty of entertainment. We had a great stay and would definitely book again in the future!

This property is close to area attractions while still feeling remote. Provate forepit and jot tub were a plus. The kitchen was well stocked for making family meals. Great place for our family of 10 adults and 2 babies
4.0
Our family of 7 stayed here for 4 nights. The place is huge. There was plenty of room for us to have our own space. There was everything needed for the kitchen. The game room was great for the older kids and adults. It was also nice having a living room downstairs and upstairs. There were some issues. We only had 2 cars and I can’t imagine if there were 4-5 couples trying to park in the driveway. There is only room for 2 cars and there is no turn around area. The hot tub is in the back of the home but you can only access it going out the garage. There should be a door going out the back of the garage or stairs coming off the deck. There is also no light in that area so it is very dark getting back there. It would also be nice to have shower doors or curtain for the showers. It would allow for some privacy or keep the steam in. There are lights in the shower so I’m not sure why they are open. This may be a preference of our family and not concern for anyone else. The downstairs fridge is a nice touch. Perhaps a cabinet and microwave could make it a kitchenette where people with mobility issues could occupy the downstairs and not worry about navigating the stairs. It would also be nice to have a TV in the great room. It may take away from the fireplace but would make it more inviting. It was also very dark and some type of motion light in the front along with some type of lighted/solar numbers at the entrance would be helpful for people getting to the property at night.

We enjoyed the home but there are a lot of stairs to climb just to enter the home and then to reach the main level. Then front rock walkway was very slippery so we then had to enter through the garage. We also felt that the driveway should be lit a bit better for nighttime backing out of driveway. Overall nice home but limited sunset views.

My husband and I and three other couples stayed at this property for 6 days in early November. The house is beautiful and is located in a very private community in Fairview about 15 minutes from Asheville. We were 8 adults in our 60s+ and found the house extremely comfortable and well equipped.

Very nice home with lots of bedroom space. Loved the hot tub, firepit and game room. Only downside was lots of minor damaged items throughout home. Didn't detract from stay, but annoying. Some TVs didn't work properly, spray hose in sink broken, glass in kitchen cabinet noted by previous renter still not replaced, etc. Also note that there are no outside garbage cans, we were asked to store garbage in the gameroom (which used to be the garage). This would be a problem if staying longer than weekend.

The house treated our group of 11 friends perfectly. Far enough removed, while still extremely convenient to downtown Asheville. The house was comfortable, plenty big, and had everything we wanted for an enjoyable long weekend stay.
5.0
The house had plenty of room for 4 teenagers and 3 adults. The hot tub, fire pit, pool table and ping pong table were big hits for both the teens and adults in our group. The kitchen had all of the necessary equipment for feeding a large group. The beds were very comfortable and the house was nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

My group and I had an awesome stay! Everything went smoothly and as expected. Yonder team was very responsive and helpful during the entire process, even so when we needed electricity help they were able to get an very helpful electrician out to help us due to power issues. We would definitely rent again.

Fun Asheville, NC Cabin
Overall the house was very nice. The pond was a little disappointing. No fish to be seen except a couple of large goldfish.
Also the kitchen has a broken cabinet door and also glass missing from another cabinet door. (Obvious issues that should have been fixed). Overall a very nice and clean cabin with a well equipped kitchen and good internet. It would be nice to have some Tupperware for leftovers.
Also great location, Close to Downtown but still out in the country.

Beautiful house and property with everything you need!
Seven couples got together for a 60th yr birthday celebration for a few days and everyone loved it! House is just as shown in the pictures.. Beautiful on both the inside and out. We especially enjoyed gathering around the firepit on 2 of the nights. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements for 5 couples. Beyond that you need to utilize the pullouts or bring your own inflatable just as a word of caution for anyone who is particular about their mattresses. Clean, well stocked kitchen, 2 refrigerators/freezers, lots of games. Food Lion is just a couple minutes away as is a cool little microbrewery called Whistle Hop which we really loved. Very easy drive to downtown Asheville. Overall great place and highly recommended!

Cozy Weekend Getaway
A group of 10 of us met up for a birthday celebration. We liked that the house was a quick 10-15 minute ride downtown. It was super spacious which allowed for everyone to have privacy at their discretion and then gather in the beautiful kitchen/den when we were doing group activities. We enjoyed the hot tub briefly (it was 20 degrees and biting wind outside). Great spot for a large group!

Perfect house for a group!
We had a wonderful time here and it was the perfect fit for a group of 10 girls. Hot tub was perfect for the cold nights and only about 15min from downtown Asheville. Would stay again!

Yonder made this stay as simple as possible. From check in to check out and all the time in between! Very spacious and fully stocked with all the necessities. Close to downtown asheville and loads of hiking! Highly recommend.

Not as luxury as listed
While the main points are true (3 king beds were great for our group) the house has not been maintained well at all. Towel hooks and hardware in bathrooms mostly all broken and missing, holes in the walls. Coffee pot has a huge crack in the side. DVD player doesn't work. Major holes in the couches. Refrigerator shelves broken. Dryer doesn't dry. Etc., etc. etc. This was all very disappointing for the price we paid. These are easy fixes and it's unfortunate the owner doesn't take care of this before the next group checks in. We would not recommend this house since there are so many other beautiful properties nearby.

Best cabin for couples trip
This was a couples trip for my birthday when I say the picuturez don’t do the house any justice. This house is beautiful with more than enough room for everybody. All the amenities were used and it’s close to things to. Definitely would recommend to my self and anyone else who needs a cabin it was gorgeous and I had the time of my life.

4 nights at Winter's Haven
The trip was wonderful and the property was great! The home is well stocked, was clean and tidy. We had ample space for all of us (9 in total, 7 adults and 2 kids). We appreciated the board games and the children's books, and the game area downstairs was a big hit. The hot tub was lovely after a long day of hiking and walking around town, and the fire pit and firewood was greatly appreciated. The kitchen is fairly well stocked, we did run out of mugs in the morning (and could not find more, but we may just not have seen them). It would be nice if there were some plastic wine/beer glasses to take out to the hot tub/fire pit (again we could have missed these). One of the sliding glass doors off the living room does not seal shut, so on the extremely windy nights we had there was a lot of howling and it was a bit disturbing. We weren't worried about someone coming in through there, as there is a wooden bar at the base to prevent this but the lack of a seal was an issue. Overall we had a great trip and would definitely return!

Relaxation in Asheville
Hi. We spent the week at Winters Haven and loved our stay! The house is beautifully built , spacious and comfortable with tons of games and things to do. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck (which could use some lounge chairs) The kitchen is modern with everything we needed to cook some meals in. We had some minor issues which the management company addressed immediately. Downtown Asheville and hiking excursions were easy to get to from the house. We all enjoyed a great stay in Asheville!!

This place needs a serious maintenence break full summary not posted due to character limit
I would say overall the house was a 2 star. There are several reasons for this and after reading through past reviews it looks like some of those issues were present around over 2 years ago and have not been fixed.
We took pictures and contacted Yonder on several issues while we were there. They were receptive to the most immediate needs but in general there is a lot that needs fixed/corrected when spending as much as you spend after fees and etc.
1. The right-side garage door motor needs replaced. Because of its deficiency somebody could gain entry into the house without setting off any alarms or needing a door code. This is a security and safety risk to anyone staying there if it is not fixed because that door cannot be locked.
2. The railing from the basement to the main level needs fixed. The supports are not mounted to studs and if too much pressure is applied this could be ripped out of the wall and become a lawsuit waiting to happen. When we arrived, the rail was extremely loose, and they did send someone out to do a temporary fix but a more permanent one is needed.
3. Right side sliding glass door is a pain to latch.
4. The pots and pans along with the knives are terrible. I would advise bringing your own cookware if staying for several days.
5. To access the hot tub you have to go through one of the main garage doors. There is no access from the porch.
6. Master bedroom towels smelled like mildew.
7. Several lamps throughout the house were broken.
8. The internet does not work. Not sure what the fix is there but it has to do with the internet coming into the house, the router works fine. One of the upstairs TVs has a Roku attached but is useless without internet access.
9. The blankets in the basement living area smelled like mildew and need cleaned. We left them out so they would hopefully wash them.
10. We could smell a mildew/mold smell by the right-side basement bedroom. When looking for the source we opened the closet where the furnace is located and there is a ton of mold on the walls in that small closet.
11. Some of the furniture legitimately looks like it was a yard sale purchase from the stains and wear present on it.
12.The master bathroom on the first floor has a huge window over the tub that faces the neighboring house and no blinds if you are nude in the bathroom you are visible to the neighboring house.
Lot more to add not enough space.

Good location, nice house, beware of toaster!
Overall I enjoyed the house. It’s in a very convenient location, the rooms are spacious, hot tub was clean, the kitchen has everything you need, etc. However the toaster (right side) is broken and was billowing smoke into the kitchen the first morning (beware, no smoke alarm) and the grill caught on fire that same night. I asked ahead if the crib shown in the pictures was available and useable (have 2 under 2 yrs old) and was told yes. Upon arrival the “usable” crib was located in the loft area up a ladder and had no mattress. The game room would’ve been fun if I were in college, but the ping pong table’s uneven and it’s a miniature pool table. Again, still a nice and accommodating house. Had it not been for the double fire and the lacking crib that left me nowhere to put my kid to sleep, I probably wouldn’t have left a review. The only reason I’m doing so now is to warn people to keep and eye on appliances.

Our Stay
This property was amazing and everything we had wanted it to be. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any with a big group.

Terrific location for Family Reunion!
Our family rented all 4 homes for the Falls at Edenderry collection from Yonder, as we held a family reunion with a total of 72 of us! (Yes; big family gathering.) It was amazing in and of itself that Yonder had a property, or properties, that could accommodate a total of 72 guests; we never in our wildest dreams thought we could all stay "together" at one property. We rented a huge tent that we had setup at Pine Hollow, which essentially served as the "hub" for everything, and it stayed up the whole 4 days we stayed, and allowed for terrific outdoor meals, events and more. (One set of great grandparents even renewed their vows one evening with a cool little outdoor ceremony.) Winters Haven served as the young adult hangout, with 3 floors of space, bedrooms, and a great garage game room, fire-pit and hot tub. All 4 homes' hot tubs saw regular usage, as did the fire pits. It was even warm enough for the younger kids to swim in the pond and play/hang-out on the beach area. The homes were VERY clean, well set-up, and nicely furnished. We stayed mostly close to the homes as there was so much to do, and we wanted to see everyone, etc. However, we did take a group outing to The Biltmore, Sierra Nevada, and did the Grey Line Tour in downtown Asheville, (as suggested by Sarah w/Yonder). Much fun was had by all, and I can assure you that if our family plans another reunion in Asheville that we will be back to the Falls at Edenderry, or if a smaller group trip, simply contact Yonder for luxury accommodations; simply AWESOME!!!

Great house for groups
We had such a great experience with this property! We had 18 people and this house was more than enough room for all 18! We had some sleep on couches, but the property was great!! The kitchen had everything we needed. Also, the garage was a great place to hang out! Really had no complaints. I had called inquiring about enough towels, etc and they actually had enough for all of us! we definitely would book this again. We set up transportation through a company to downtown but all Used Uber on the way home and it was only a $15 ride. Quick access to downtown Asheville!
