Renovated January 2020! Upgrades and beautifully decorated this tri-level villa located in a quiet area of Wild Dunes with views of the lagoon and golf course. Master bedroom includes a large private bathroom with a large tile walk-in shower, screened in porch, and private sun room. Other features include: balcony, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dishwasher, washer and dryer, cable television, four Flat screen TVs ( LR, each bedroom),3 DVDs, Wireless internet and access to the community pool and tennis courts. Linens included. No smoking. No pets. Approximately 2.5 Blocks to the beach

We had a really nice family vacation here. The beds were all comfortable (although the main bedroom could use fitted sheets with deeper pockets, as the corners kept popping off!). The villa feels spacious, and the kitchen is clean and had decent supplies (it's a little weird there are 2 dining tables, one which your legs don't really fit under...). We missed having an outdoor dining space, and FYI, the guest bath (upstairs) seemed to have water damage/mold on the ceiling and should be checked out. Also, the main bedroom blinds need repair and were broken when we arrived (a little awkward, since it's right on the golf course, but we were able to get them to mostly close). Some furniture/carpet feels a little tired, but it's vacation place at the beach, so ok. The pool is quite nice, and the tennis courts super convenient. Our biggest complaint is that the walk to the beach was farther than we'd been told it was, and longer than it looks on the map. It was probably a 3.75/5 for us (if you're a golfer, you'd likely love the location).

Villa 44 was nice. The carpet seemed old as well as some of the cushioned furniture. There were not enough towel provided and the kitchen lacked essentials. Great location, plenty of space for everyone.

The condo was really nice. The area was secluded and quiet. Loved seeing wildlife daily, especially the deers. Very relaxing! The only down side was all the stairs when you older. Getting luggage up and down was a challenge. Only thing that would of been better is beach front.

We have stayed in this unit before and it is nice. However I feel the ownership needs to clean out the garage. It is super dirty. There is sand everywhere and old chairs and bikes just randomly laying around. I like the location close to golf and the beach.

This is a great property! Very close to the pool and tennis courts, and just a few blocks from the beach...none of the reviews told us exactly where to go for the beach, but it is written on the fridge where to enter. The property itself had everything we needed, and the master bathroom is huge! Only minor complaint was we did a load of laundry, and when I checked the clothes in the dryer, when you open the dryer door, the clothes don’t stop spinning, you have to turn the cycle to “off“, which I’ve never seen before, so be careful of any small children are checking the dryer. Overall would definitely stay here again!

We loved the separation of the 3 bedrooms/bathrooms on different levels. The main living area stayed warmer than the rest of the unit, but that was the only downside. It was very clean and the pool was also nice. I would recommend it.

Location was good and kitchen and bathroom updates very nice. However while we knew there were 2 levels we didn’t realize there were also more steps down to the Master and then up to the 3rd bedroom. Steps everywhere...not for us. Also the screens on the master porch were torn and the furniture dirty. The small deck off the main area had 2 filthy old plastic chairs so there was virtually nowhere we could be outside in the pretty weather.

We had a great trip! The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved that we could easily walk to the smaller pool or a super quick drive to the beach and bigger pools at the wild dunes resort. This was also very affordable compared to others and I think it was nicer and bigger than some other options out there. Loved having all the bathrooms connected to the bedrooms too!

We were really happy with this place and location. It was a great size for 4 of us. The community pool was great and loved access to the courts as an additional option. We love wild dunes tennis center and it was a quick drive over there. The place was clean and overall nice. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but not the biggest deal. We’d return!

This was our first vacation rental and the experience was good. There were a few minor details that need to be fixed. The unit needed to have the front door replaced and screened door. Both had a crack where air was coming inside. The bed spreads had stains on them and they needed to be replaced. The rooms downstairs were very cold and the temperature couldn't be adjusted. Watch out for the alligators. Didn't see that coming.

Great location right on the golf course. A bit of a hike to the beach but the pool area was very nice and also has basketball, tennis etc. Nicely redone inside. The beds in the two bed room really need t be replaced. They are too hard. My 13 year old slept on the sofa because he said they were so hard. And he will sleep any where. Other beds were fine. It is a really nice place...

The reason we choose this unit is mainly golf cart. Very disappointed when we found flat tire and apparent defective charger. Called maintenance manager but he said they could not help us. We love this unit because of memories made here but the golf cart is major part of our memories. We've had other issues with golf cart. Hope you will make owners aware of this problem. Perfect unit with golf cart. We've rented this unit for 10+ years.

We have rented this villa for about 10 years. Have made many memories here and have loved it! However, when we arrived, we were told there was no golf cart, which is the main reason we enjoy this unit. Needless to say, the golf cart was there and we enjoyed very much. Would only rent this unit if the golf cart were available and owners need to take care of this matter. Too far from beach otherwise. We take very good care of the golf cart as well as the unit. Bathrooms were not as clean as they have always been. Problem with one tv that took half of week to get worked out. Without wifi for 12 hours. Very little toilet tissue and paper towels which was different than years before. This was our worst experience but we still made memories and enjoyed. Just things rental company and owners could work out.

Cute 3 bedroom condo at the end of the island. Kitchen is well stocked and condo has been well kept. Tennis courts and pool right across the street and the pool is wonderful! Golf cart included in the rental is a great bonus and the chairs, umbrella and beach toys were much appreciated! Would definitely stay here again.

44 Linkside was perfect for our last minute vacation destination. With teens it was nice to have the extra bathrooms and space. It was a little far from the beach but having the golf cart made up for it. Linens were provided but they could have left extra towels and washclothes.

Compared to other vacation rentals, this rental was marginal. The rental was in a good location with a nice view of the golf course and very close to the Linkside area pool and tennis courts. It was a short few minute drive by golf cart to the beach. We liked the quiet location of this rental. The pool was quiet and great for kids. We were not impressed with the outdated feeling of this rental. The light colored carpet was stained and the living room furniture very stained. There was also a wooden board missing from the railing on the balcony and would be very easy for a small child to fall through. We also felt there was a lack of information about details regarding the rental. It would have been convenient to have a welcome sheet explaining access to the garage with golf cart and swimming pool. We were not given a card to access the pool with our welcome package and had to call the management company to find out it was left out of our package. We were pleased to find beach chairs, sand toys, etc in the garage to use while there. This rental was okay for a couple of days but I would have not wanted to stay longer. It definitely needs some TLC. The management company was friendly and helpful during our stay.
