Our three-bedroom, two-bath guesthouse is nestled on a quiet, dead-end residential street minutes from the heart of Homer, restaurants, the Spit, airport, shopping, parks, and the hospital with parking for boat/RV. You’ll love it because of the spacious yet cozy living area, fully stocked kitchen and laundry, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, WiFi, 2 flat screen TVs, pack-n-play and other baby/kid essentials, and large backdeck and yard with grill and outdoor seating. It's perfect for couples, business travelers, families/kids. We allow pets upon written approval. Pet fee is $75.

We had an excellent stay in Homer and even got a few sunny and warm days in August. Our host was very responsive and eager to help us really enjoy what Homer has to offer. Questions were answered quickly and suggestions were provided for nearby things to do. The home is located on a quiet street in an established neighborhood that was close to restaurants, attractions, and grocery shopping. Our large family of 6 used all the bedrooms and we were not cramped for space. Kitchen and baths were well stocked with towels and necessities. It was great house to use as our homebase in Homer, which is a great place to visit. I miss that seafood already. 5 stars!! Thank you!

The property description and photos are accurate, the place is clean and smells good without being overly scented, and is a good value for the price. We were two couples and it was a big bonus to have two full bathrooms. The host was very nice. There is helpful area info in a big binder. The kitchen was well stocked, including some spices, coffee, etc. There is a little end of season wear and tear, but it would not prevent us from staying here or recommending to others.

The house is accurately and fully described in the About This Property section above so there’s not a lot I could add about that. What I can add is that the host, Lila, is what makes this such a good choice to stay. I would rebook this location again anyway but her helpfulness is what makes this a no-brainer.

Lila is a great host, as she communicated well and often to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Even better, this home comfortably provided 6 adults and a puppy an awesome accommodation during our Homer visit. The location is just minutes from the restaurants and the Spit. Our hostess Lila is a great communicator and welcoming hostess, offering to bring over games or kitchen gadgets, etc. We had everything we needed for our two night stay, but we appreciated the offer! The house has lovely light in the kitchen/dining/living area, with comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing. The 3 bedrooms had ample "blackout" shades and drapes and wonderful mattresses, for a very comfortable sleep. The place was very clean. If it hadn't been so stormy (rain and fierce wind) we could have easily walked to the Pioneer Avenue shops and restaurants, and even taken a bit longer walk to Fat Olive's and Bishop's Beach. As it was, we drove to those places and to the spit. Thanks Lila! I definitely would choose this house again, and reommend to friends.

We enjoyed our stay. Was easy to find and keyless entery worked perfect. Everything was clean, the bedrooms were very comfy and everyone slept great after our busy days. The host checked to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Nice. Owner should make certain there are enough glassware for visitors. We only had two glasses for 4 people. We could not figure out the a/c heating thermostats. Something in the hall closet ran all day and night not sure why or what it is for. Lila was very helpful with restaurants in town. Few were open for indoor dining. Most for delivery? Very odd. TV was not easy use. When we finally got it to work all that was had to view was Netflix. But for some reason it was not the Netflix I am used to. Very odd as well. Plants, flowers trees,in the yard were most amazing and the highlight of The Who,e property.

We stayed here two nights and had all good things to say about the property and the owners. It is in a quiet and pretty neighborhood, away from the busy touristy area, which made us feel like home. The house is beautiful from outside, surrounded with flower window boxes and baskets. The house inside is spacious and decorative, very artistic. We liked having separate bedrooms for each kid, plenty of space for storage, very nice washer and dryer. Lila is so wonderful! She gave us information for tours in Homer and was great in communicating with us during our stay. We couldn't be happier.

Wonderful stay. Owners went out of their way to provide everything we needed! Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, and hot showers after a day of rainy fishing fun we’re greatly appreciated. Good location with easy access. Will definitely recommend it to my friends. Hope to return again someday!
