My daughter and I gave my Mother/Grandmother an 85th birthday trip and everyone loved it. Great place, relaxing, quiet, beautiful views and great beach. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing get away!

Beautiful property and a magical area. The house was perfect -super well equipped, clean etc- except lack of more than 1 queen size beds made it so other couples couldn’t join us.

This place was just what we needed, to get away and relax. Our pup loved spending time outside in the yard and watching all the birds.
What a beautiful place and the perfect getaway.

The home was cozy with a well-appointed kitchen, beautiful panoramic views of water activities of cruise ships, ferries, even a submarine coming into Port Flagler. The property was great for watching sunsets and outdoor meals. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms in great shape. Access to the beach was convenient. Beautiful neighborhood. Easy drive to Port Townsend, the Cidery and Marrowstone winery for wine tasting. A group of 5 friends enjoyed every single minute of the weekend. We’d stay there again.

Our stay was totally enjoyable. The location gave endlessly beautiful views of the Puget Sound. The home provided all the tranquility we needed to make our trip to the Olympic Peninsula perfect.

We had a great stay! A perfect place for our two couples and one child. We loved spending time in the garden and looking over the sea, including spotting a few bald eagles. The beach around the corner is amazing!

kinda perfect for 2 grown sons and Mom to celebrate a significant b-day week...master bath door needs to be modified to a barn door it really conflicted with the toilet placement.

This was a perfect home for our winter family getaway. We enjoyed sitting in the living/dining area around the fire looking at the view of Puget Sound and marine traffic. We also explored the nearby beach, Fort Flagler and Port Townsend. The home was clean, kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable and private.

The property was everything we had hoped for and more. We delighted in sitting in the living room when it was storming outside just watching life go by on the San Juan se Fuca and Admiralty Bay. We fell in love with the area and enjoyed the local restaurants. We also purchased wonderful groceries at the QFC and prepared our own meals several nights. We hope to have an opportunity to return to the area soon and would definitely contact Jenny to see if her lovely home is available again.

Perfect house for family weekend: roomy-while-cozy, comfortable, complete kitchen, great access to beach and nearby parks. Thank you!

A very nice place--we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend just one picky little detail to the owner: oil the hinges. Squeaky doors and cabinets leave the impression that maintenance is being neglected.
A note on price: ever since Vrbo took over the market, prices seem to have doubled on rentals such as this. Paying over $600/night simply isn't worth it. It is very likely that we won't use Vrbo again. There are other options

We had a fantastic weekend stay! The property is super cozy and super clean and has sweeping views from Mt. Baker to Mt. Rainier. There is a lot of beach exploring to do on the island, and with Port Townsend just a short drive, you can also find some nice dining and night life options. Highly reccommended!

What a stunning location! We were looking for a unique place to spend time with our grown kids, their spouses, and dogs. We certainly found it at this house in Nordland. The house and property had everything we needed to settle in and enjoy one another’s company. The yard overlooking the ocean was a great pace to sit and relax; what a great find! We look forward to returning.

Quiet, wooded lot with beach view. 6 houses down from beach access.
Nice deck with comfortable lawn chairs, saw lots of birds, took lots of walks with dogs. Full kitchen and nice table to play games around.
As advertised. Great place to relax.

The view is stunning and the property is large and beautiful. The shipping traffic on Admiralty Strait is fun to watch all day long. The beach is a 5 minute walk and a great place for kids to entertain themselves. There are many places to explore, hike and bike ride such as Fort Flagler State Park and nearby Port Townsend. The house has everything you need and very comfortable beds. There is a great selection of games and movies for the evening hours. We have stayed here twice and will keep coming back!

Random framed pictures of people in various places in the house made it feel like we were walking into someone else’s house rather than a neutral place to relax. Handwritten notes taped to everything of how to operate an appliance, what to do, what not to do, it was tacky. All of this info should have been placed in a nice welcome binder. Dog hair on the backside of every pillow on the sectional. Very unpleasant for someone who is allergic to pet dander. The two bed rooms with the double beds were very uncomfortable, both sagged in the middle to the point where one couple couldn’t sleep on the bed after the first night. Small rugs scattered throughout the house over the carpet became a tripping hazard. The accuracy of the online listing of amenities were not accurate, coffee pot size, (very small pot for 6 people), grill listed, (no grill) The view was fantastic, but sorry we will not be staying here again

Property is very nice and well kept. Beautiful views and access to the beach is right down the block. Very close to Mystery Bay and Fort Flagler and only about 30 minute drive to Port Townsend and Fort Worden.

Jenny’s home on Marrowstone Island is enchanting. The water and sunrise views are breathtaking; the entire island is lovely. The home is warm and cozy; when the wind was whipping the trees outdoors, we were as snug as could be inside. Our experience was entirely positive. The house was a perfect place to gather our thoughts and reflect upon the beauty that surrounded us. I highly recommend staying in Jenny’s home for a relaxing, delightful getaway.

The view is amazing and the property is unique and beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is very comfortable. We saw deer, hawks, geese, ducks and bald eagles. If the weather was warmer we would have spent all of the time in the backyard. The fireplace was cozy and our family played games and cards all weekend. We needed the relaxing weekend. You just need to bring a good book and food! Short walk to beach! There is a QFC grocery store 15 minutes away if you forget something. Definitely we will be back!

The view is what you pay for....and you pay ALOT and get....a view. House does not have as many amenities as it should for the price. Supplies were minimal, so make sure you bring what you need....I would have hoped for more generosity given the price tag....still... the view....

We’re repeat visitors, and this time got to explore the low tides, paddle board on Mystery Bay, visit the winery, and celebrate the apple festival at Finn river. We hope to visit again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy beach house. The views are spectacular! The resident bald Eagle hangs out right outside and it was so fun getting to watch him so closely. The kids had a blast adventuring everyday in the tide pools and sandy beach right beneath the house. The very short walk to the beach entrance down the road (less than 5 mins) was easy. This is the best beach!! The house is clean and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful house on a bluff
We love this property, located on a bluff with an amazing view. It's a 2min walk to the beach which is great for long walks with the dog. House in impeccable condition. Highly recommended

Relax and recharge
I didn’t know I needed a recharge until experiencing this level of peace and tranquillity. For the sake of the host, I am willing to rate this experience. For the sake of selfishly trying to keep this gem of a location as secret as possible, I won’t go into detail. Everything about this experience exceeded expectation.

Absolutely wonderful!
We loved our time staying in this vacation home. From being perfectly located on a bluff overlooking the sound, the trail to the beach only a short distance, the down pillows, very comfy beds, plush towels, and a well stocked kitchen with all of the amenities, it was a slice of heaven! Can’t wait to go back.
