Our family really enjoyed their stay.

Everything was as expected and more. Downtown Disney is at most a 15 minutes walk, can also take the tram if you want to save your feet a little bit. Would recommend this place to friends.

The best part of the condo was the easy access to Disney's Tram. It was a 10 min walk to the Disney Trams! This made coming and going a plus for our family. It was probably a 20 min walk if go directly to the park entrance. You do have to cross a busy street (unless you walk down to the cross walk).
The condo is older and there were a few maintenance issues but we messaged the owner and they were resolved. The upstairs is very hot during the day (this was not an issue for us since we were gone most days, but I wouldn't have been able to nap up there). The decor was cute! Beds were comfy. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub one evening. We felt safe in the neighborhood.
The proximity to Disney is what would bring us back to this condo for sure!

Amount of beds was misleading but the sofa sleeper helped out. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Perfect location. Josh and Mindie were very good at communicating when the shower was leaking. It was fixed very quickly. Excellent place to stay.

Perfect spot for our family of four. Location cannot be beat for your park days. Pictures show you exactly what to expect.

Was a wonderful property and couldn't be any closer to Disneyland unless we stayed on property. We walked to and from the park everyday. It was close enough to go back in the afternoon for a nap and dinner and head back out later in the day.
The beds were so soft and comfortable, we got the best sleep. We would love to stay here again for any of our future Disneyland plans.
Kitchen had everything we needed.
There were 4 of us and it was a great space. I could see it getting a little crowded had we bought 7 like originally planned.

This was super clean. Very close to downtown Disney. Which is what are family needed for opening and closing the park both days. They owners responded quick to any question even before we arrived! Definitely stay here!

This was the perfect setup for our family to spend the long weekend on the west coast visiting relatives and going to Disney. Location is easy to get to from major transportation areas, and you can't beat it for Disney park/Downtown Disney access.

This property was clean, modern, very accommodating with all the amenities and just a short walk to the trams to get to Disney. We didn't have to worry about anything, plenty of blankets, towels, kitchen had everything you would need for basic cooking, mattresses were comfy...all we had to do was pick up food. We did a little cookout on the grill on the private patio, complete with s'mores. It was a wonderful place to stay. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here.

Perfect location, short walk to Disney!

Location was great, as we were able to walk right to the Disney tram each morning. Check in was super easy and we appreciated a garage to park the car. Some lingering cigarette odor (perhaps from neighboring condo? Or guests who stayed before us?). Overall, great value and we would stay again.

If you are looking for a place to stay for a Disneyland trip this place is perfect. It’s an easy walk to Downtown Disney where you can catch the Monorail to Tomorrowland. It’s also a quick walk to the parking structure where you can get a tram to the front gates. It makes it easy to come back and take a break in the middle of the day. The condo was clean and comfortable, furnished with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this place for your stay.

This was in the perfect spot to walk to Disney. The owners were amazing. Very clear and fast communication. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly.

Overall the stay was nice. Location was perfect for walking. Only issue would be the upstairs bathroom. Vent doesn’t work properly as it seems to be as old as the building. So steam builds. Due to that I’m assuming, is a bit of water rot on the wall at the base of the bath tub. Not what I would expect to see. It should have been taken care of before it was rented again. Shower was also reported to have hair in it- noticed before first shower of stay. Plus side- it was my birthday and they left a cute Mickey banner up. That was a cute touch. The amenities that are listed for families are all there and looked in good condition. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Only issue with property was it was hard to find garage at night as it is not very well lit in the area and the numbers are hard to read. Would stay again.

Very nice. Great location and quiet place

The property was great. Everything was explained and and it worked perfect for my family’s Disneyland trip. The only thing that was a miss was the condo was not ready by checkin time. We had to wait another 30 minutes for them to finish cleaning. Just a suggestion to show the walking path to Disneyland. We went the way our phones told us but eventually found a faster way. Highly recommend.

Perfect walkable location for Disneyland!

The place is closer than most off property hotels. Just a quick walk to the Tram area for Disney. The host provides items for children of all ages to help with your travel forgetfulness. Would definitely recommend for anyone who would love to experience Disneyland for multiple days without the Disney pricing.

The overall all experience was nice. The apartment we stayed at was very nice inside.
The facades of the neighbors and the swimming pool bathrooms are in need of repairs.

It was a beautiful pleasure to stay at this condominium and great access to Disney Land. I already mentioned this place to a few friends that might come down later in the year or next.

We stayed for 3 nights with our kids to visit Disneyland. The condo isn’t updated or fancy, but was exactly what we needed for our trip. It’s a short walk to the Disney parking garages and tram, well stocked and we had plenty of comfortable space for our family. I would definitely stay here again in place of a much pricier option at a Disney Hotel.

This was the first time with an air bjj I was really disappointed. When we arrive the place was not cleaned, they did not provide any amenities like shampoo and conditioner. The best thing about the property was the actually super close to Disney.

We loved the location and the amenities when we needed to take a break from Disney. The owner was super responsive for a last minute change to our booking and really came through for us. Would recommend!

We had a magical experience. The propert was really nice and inviting. The walk to Disneyland was really easy and fairly quick. With the children it took about 20 minute to get through Downtown Disney. If going to Disneyland Park, we suggest skipping the trams, walk to Downtown Disney and hop on the Monorail (if it’s open). The monorail will take you straight to Tomorrow Land. Overall a great place to stay when visiting Disneyland Parks.

The stay was nice, clean and accessible to Disney which was what we were looking for. I’d stay here again when I return to Disney!

Pros:
Check in was easy and place was pretty easy to find. Was nice to have space for the whole family.
Location was great, easy walk to the Disney parks, Downtown Disney, or the tram. Made it nice to come and go as needed.
The place was stocked well with anything we might need for cooking and sleeping. It was nice to have a washer and dryer too.
Cons:
The beds were fairly comfortable, but oddly creaky, especially the master.
The bedrooms also needed black out curtains, as the neighbors lights and porch light shine into the rooms all night.
The doors also didn’t close right on the bedrooms.
The tub faucet was a little complicated to get to the right temperature and the cooking utensils/pans were not clean at all.
There was also paint chipping and peeling on some walls and in the bathroom.
Overall, it was a nice place for our needs, as we weren’t there much and we would consider staying again next time we return to California.
4.0
Great place for a Disneyland vacation with comforts of home. Shopping for groceries within 10 mins, close walk to Downtown Disney, pool for relaxing mid-day, quiet neighbors.

Nice and close to Disneyland, had everything we needed.
3.0
While this property worked for our needs it was only because we weren't there very much during our stay. With 10 & 13 year old boys, having just one shower and no counter space for toiletries was tough. Everything is just very tight quarters for essentially 4 adult-sized people. Check-in & out was an easy process & the walk to Disneyland was an easy one.
4.0
Overall, this property was nice. Our family liked the Disney touches to the bathroom, kids' room, and hallways. The owners also left a surprise for our kids upon arrival which was so thoughtful and kind. The patio is nice with plants growing and was a nice place to relax. The master bedroom is very cute. The property is so close to the parks and took us about 30 minutes to walk there - we loved how close it was as we never needed to drive and worry about parking. There were also trams and the monorail which could help cut down on the walking (however, the time was about the same to arrive at the park entrance). The condo itself was nice but only contains the necessities. There were only four mugs so we had to wash them out each day in order to use them again. The bed linens and pillows were very light and flat. Wish I would've brought my own pillow. Although, overall, it served its purpose. No frills but nice and close to the park.

Stayed here with my family- this was our first time to Disneyland. Quick walk to the park, which made it easy to come back to the condo midday for a nap/rest break. The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Disneyland.

This location is amazing. I was skeptical about the walking distance in the listing, but it is legitimately a 10 minute walk, if you take your time, to the parks. We left the rental car parked the whole time and walked everywhere for the parks. Additionally, it's within 1-2 miles of about a million restaurants outside of Disney.
We had two adults and 4 large teenage boys, and it worked out great for us. Highly recommend it.

Property was clean and neat. Had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely great place for family with small children.

We LOVED how close the property was to Disney & that we didn’t need a car to get there. The townhouse is a little dated but nothing that affected our stay. We thought the directions provided in the welcome email were spot on & had no troubles finding the parking spot or entrance to the townhouse. It was perfect for our family of 3 :)
Thank you for being a great host & for the little surprise for our daughter. Made her day!
4.0
I stayed here with my son for his bday to Disneyland.
Pros:
1. The best location for Disney, within walking distance. Can’t beat it.
2. Easy check in
3. Owner Josh was very responsive and communicative
4. Thanks for the happy bday banner and gift for son.
Cons:
1. The washer machine needs to be cleaned ASAP! I know y’all smelled that washer machine.
2. An older building.. the pictures make it seem much more updated and modern than it is.
3. I HIGHLY advise you to bring your own strollers. I didn’t pack mine because the listing states there are some at the house, but when we arrived the strollers provided were dirty and not what we needed.
Overall, it’s good for a Disney trip, I hope the hosts make some minor changes to make it better.
